Security services that support electric energy service gateway require relatively high reliability. In particular, the application services that accompany communications and data are run organically. Each of the security services should support a secure service platform that supports a secure, scalable life cycle for existing services which should be extends security layer of Universal Middleware. In this convergence platform, it is the study of security transfer modular services that allow independent life cycle management of systems through Universal middleware. First, It is modular in terms of energy consumption service and data, enabling real-time operation, communications, remote management and applications. Second, the life cycle of the secure module to support start, stop and updating of the security module by applying the security policy module layer concept. It is modular system enabling to design of dyanmic models in the smart grid, the service was intended to be standardized and applied to the security service platform.

The population is aging rapidly in Korea. From that point of view, 'aging' becomes our reality, and the progression of aging brings about far-reaching changes throughout the whole country. The developed countries are making vigorous preparations for aging now, but our country has not been doing well. So it is necessary to research the counter plan for aging. As an aged society is coming dose at hand, we need the urgent overall countermeasures to decrease the difficulties and troubles the elderly are suffering in their daily lives. This thesis studied the documents and literatures on the fundamental direction of design in preparation for an aged society. The fundamental direction of design needs the conversion to the view that will enable society to cope with the problems of aging. One of solutions for them is Universal Design. Universal Design should be embodied with synthetic and diversified approaches and strategies. 1 expect the healthy aged society with Universal Design mind to build the society where everyone can live together.

While IoT device sensing data or financial transaction data is transmitted in real time, huge data traffic is generated in processing it. This huge data can be effectively compressed or transmitted using universal code, which is a real-time lossless compressor. In this paper, we propose our BL-beta code, which is newly developed universal code for compressing stock trading data, which the maximum range of measured values is difficult to predict and is generated within a relatively constant range over a very short period of time. For compressing real-time stock trading data, Compared with the fixed length bit transmission, the compression efficiency is at least 49.5% higher than that of the fixed length bit transmission, and the compression transmission performance is 16.6% better than the Exponential Golomb code.
