A Stress Concentration Analysis in Plates with Various Shaped Cutouts (유공형상에 따른 판의 응력 집중 해석)

  • 본 연구는 판에 존재하는 유공형상에 따른 응력 집중 해석이다. 일반으로 판은 가공이 쉽고 제작이 편리하여 그 사용이 많다. 이러한 판의 연결에는 원형의 유공을 이용하는 경우가 많고 구조물의 중량감소를 목적으로 유공을 만드는 경우도 있다. 그러나 판에 존재하는 유공의 경우 응력 집중으로 인한 균열생성과 같은 단점을 가진다. 이를 보완하기 위해 유공부의 최적설계 및 응력해석과 같은 많은 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원형, 정사각형과 정삼각형의 유공을 유한 요소 프로그램을 이용하여 시뮬레이션하고 유공형상에 따라 판에 발생하는 응답을 알아보았다. 또한 원형유공의 응답을 기준으로 정사각형과 정삼각형 유공의 모서리의 곡률반경을 변화시켰을 때 발생하는 응답을 비교하였다. 상용 유한 요소 프로그램인 ANSYS/Workbench를 사용하여 인장응력하의 유공판의 응답 해석을 수행하였으며 얻어진 결과를 유공의 형상, 곡률반경의 변화에 따라 분석하였다.

Reflection and Transmission Coefficients by a Surface-Mounted Horizontal Porous Plate (수면 위에 놓인 수평 유공판에 의한 반사율과 투과율)

  • The interaction of oblique incident waves with a surface-mounted horizontal porous plate is investigated using matched eigenfunction expansion method under the assumption of linear potential theory. The new boundary condition on the porous plate suggested by Zhao et al.(2010) when it is situated at the still water surface is used. The imaginary part of the first propagating-mode eigenvalue in the fluid region under a horizontal porous plate, is closely related to the energy dissipation across the porous plate. By changing the porosity, plate width, wave frequencies, and incidence angles, the reflection and transmission coefficients as well as the wave loads on the porous plate are obtained. It is found that the transmission coefficients can be significantly reduced by selecting optimal porous parameter b = 5.0, also increasing the plate width and incidence angle.

  • 본 인구에서는 직립 유공 케이슨에 현수판을 설치함으로서 입사파의 반사율을 저감시키고자 하였다. 먼저 케이슨 단면의 적정 유공율을 선정하기 위해 횡 SLIT 케이슨식 2개안 및 종 SLIT 1개안 단면에 대한 단면 실험을 실시하였다. 선행된 실험에서 가장 반사율이 낮은 SLIT 케이슨을 선택하여 유수실에 현수판을 설치 하였으며 현수판의 설치유무 및 현수판의 길이에 따른 반사계수를 검토하였다. 설치된 현수판은 장주기파에 대해서 반사율 저감효과를 얻을 수 없었지만 단주기 파에서는 반사율이 줄어드는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 해역에따라 단주기가 주류를 이루는 해역에서 현수판을 설치하면 파랑내습시 소파효과가 증대될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 이 연구에서는 보령화력발전소 방수로 수중방류구조에 대한 수리모형실험을 수행하여 수중방류구조 내 흐름 양상을 고찰하고, 수평 유공판의 거품저감 효과를 검토하였다. 수중방류구조 내 유속은 설계시 거품의 부상 및 외해 유출 방지를 위해 고려한 목표값 1 m/s 이내에 분포하였다. 또한, 2차 낙하 위치에 수평 유공판을 설치함에 따라 거품 발생량이 크게 감소함을 확인하였다. 그러나, 수평 유공판 설치에 따라서 평균유속은 거의 변화가 없었으며, 다만 외해 조위가 운전정지수위에 해당할 경우에는 수평 유공판 아래에서 연직방향 흐름의 세기가 감소하였다.

  • In ship structures many of the structural plates have cutouts, for example, at inner bottom structure, girder, upper deck hatch, floor and dia-frame etc. In the case where a plate has a cutout it experiences reduced buckling and ultimate strength and at the same time the in-plane stress under compressive load produced by hull girder bending will be redistributed In general, actual ship structure adopted reinforcement of stiffener around the cutout in order to preventing from buckling so it need to examine a buckling and ultimate strength behaviour considering a cutout because In many ship yards used class rule for calculating buckling strength but it is difficult to evaluate perforate stiffened plate with random size. In the present paper, we investigated several kinds of perforated stiffened model from actual ship and then was performed finite element series analysis varying the cutout ratio, web height, thickness and type of cross-section using commercial FEA program(ANSYS) under compressive load.

  • Ship have cutout inner bottom and girder and floor etc. Ship's structure is used much, and structure strength must be situated, but establish new concept when high stress interacts sometimes fatally the area. There is no big problem usually by aim of weight reduction, a person and change of freight, piping etc. Because cutout's existence grow up in this place, and, elastic buckling strength by load causes large effect in ultimate strength. Therefore, stiffened perforated plate considering buckling strength and ultimate strength is one of important design criteria which must examine when decide structural concept at initial design. Therefore, and, reasonable buckling strength about perforated stiffened plate need to ultimate strength limited design . Calculated ultimate strength varied several web height and cutout's dimension, and thickness in this investigated data. Used program(ANSYS) applied F.E.A code based on finite element method.

  • Ship structures are thin-walled structures and lots of cutouts, for example, of inner bottom structure, girder, upper deck hatch, floor and dia-frame etc. In the case where a plate has cutout it experiences reduced buckling and ultimate strength and at the same time the in-plane stress under compressive load produced by hull girder bending will be redistributed. In the present paper, we investigated several kinds of perforated stiffened model from actual ship structure and series of elasto-plastic large deflection analyses were performed to investigate into the influence of perforation on the buckling and ultimate strength of the perforated stiffened plate varying the cutout ratio, web height, thickness and type of cross-section by commercial FEA program(ANSYS). Closed-form formulas for predicting the ultimate strength of the perforated stiffened plate are empirically derived by curve fitting based on the Finite Element Analysis results. These formulas are used to evaluate the ultimate strength, which showed good correlation with FEM results. These results will be useful for evaluating the ultimate strength of the perforated stiffened plate in the preliminary design.

Therefore, we need reasonable & reliable design formula for elastic bucking strength of the perforated plate. The author computed numerically ultimate strength change about several aspect ratios, cutout dimension, and plate thickness by using ANSYS Finite element analysis code based on finite element method in this paper.

  • 소음제어대책 수립시, 흡음구조는 공조용소음기, 공업용소음기, Enclosure, 실 내 흡음판등에 폭넓게 이용되고 있다. 흡음구조의 재료중 글라스울은 뛰어난 흡음성능과 고온에서의 내구성 및 난연성등으로 인하여 여러 흡음재료중에 서 가장 많이 이용되고 있으나 글라스율 미립자의 비산 및 강도문제로 글라 스율에 글라스 클로스(Glass Cloth), P.E.Film등과 같은 글라스울 비산방지막 과 유공함석판을 붙인 흡음구조체로 제작하여 이용하는 것이 일반적이다. 국 내외적으로 글라스울만의 흡음율 데이타는 각종 문헌등에 많이 발표되어 있 으나 글라스울에 글라스울 비산방지막과 유공함석판을 붙인 흡음구조체의 흡음율데이타는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 글라스울 흡음구 조체의 글라스울의 밀도, 글라스울 비산방지막의 종류, 유공함석판의 유공치 수 등에 따른 흡음특성을 잔향실법 흡음율측정방법에 의해 측정 평가하고 이들을 상호 비교검토하여 각종 소음 제어대책의 기초 설계자료로 제시하고 자 한다.
