본 논문에서는 비밀문서를 전자화하여 유통 시킬 수 있도록 하기위해 현재일반문서관리시스템을 분석하여 문서의 기안단계, 송ㆍ수신단계, 결재단계, 문서의 보관/저장 단계, 열람단계, 심사단계, 발송단계, 파기단계 까지를 포함한 전 과정에 수반되는 위험요소가 무엇인지를 파악하고, 각각의 보안 위험요소가 도출되고 나면 그에 상응하는 적절한 보안대책을 마련하는 방식으로 접근하여 비밀문서관리체제의 안전한 구축을 위한 보안 가이드라인을 제시한다.

Generally, asset management procedure consists of exact information collection, decision of service level, analysis of aspiration level, analysis of financial condition and available budget, preparation of asset management plan, and value of modified asset. In this study, for the risk-based asset management, condition assessment and performance measuring, assessment of failure modes and risks, evaluation/selection of treatment options, and implementation of optimum solution are additionally included. For this, bridge inventory and performance measure considering risks are classified and method of quantitative/qualitative performance measure is suggested. Also, evaluation method of risk analysis for bridge asset management is suggested and basic research is carried out for applicable method of risk-based asset management. Using suggested risk procedure and method of risk-based bridge service level evaluation, it is possible to perform resonable asset management. Moreover, it is concluded that the proposed applicable method of risk-based asset management will provide a solution to contribute the development of systematical asset management for optimal decision making and prototype asset management system.

A system to prevent disasters by collecting and analyzing environmental information such as road surface sedimentation, sinkholes, collapse risk of bridges, temperature and humidity around tram station is continuously monitored by monitoring the condition of road surface when constructing tram which is one of the urban railways. In this paper, we propose a wireless network security management system for tram roads based on LPWA that can recognize risk factors of road surface, bridge and tram station of tram in advance and prevent risk. The proposed system consists of a sensor node that detects the state of the tram road surface, a gateway that collects sensor information, and a safety management system that monitors the safety and environmental conditions of the tram road surface, and applies the low power long distance communication technology. As a result of comparing the proposed system with the LTE system in the field test, it was confirmed that there is no significant difference between the sensor information value and the critical alarm level in the monitoring system.

네트워크의 보안문제는 트래픽의 증가요인의 하나로 작용한다. 본 논문에서 키 분배와 인증 문제를 해결하면서 트래픽을 증가를 억제할 수 있는 키 관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 인터넷의 도메인 방식을 이용한 제안된 키 관리 시스템은, 기존의 키 관리 시스템인 중앙 집중형 키 관리 및 분산형 키 관리 시스템의 문제점을 개선할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 이들 시스템과 혼용하여 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 키의 인증기관은 각각의 도메인에 존재하는 키 분배 센터 내에 분산시켜 상위 도메인으로부터 인증을 받게 되므로 인증 수준을 다중으로 할 수 있으며 단일화 된 인증기관의 위험을 해결할 수 있다.

Recently, industrial accidents have continued to increase due to the industrialization, and worker safety management is recognized as essential to reduce losses due to hazardous factors at work places. To manage the safety of workers, it is required to apply customized safety management artificial intelligence technology that takes into account the characteristics of industrial sites, and a service for real-time risk detection and response to workers depending on the situation based on safety accident types and risk analysis for each task and process. The proposed safety management service consists of worker devices to acquire sensor data, edge devices to collect from IoT-based sensors, and a voice chatbot to support workers' disaster response. The voice chatbot plays a major role in interacting with workers at disaster sites to respond to risks. This paper focuses on real-time risk response using an IoT-based system and voice chatbot on a server for work safety according to the worker's situation. A Scenario-based voice chatbot is used to process responses at the edge level to provide safety management services.

본 연구에서는 자연재해에 따른 재해 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 대응을 위하여 시설물의 중요도 위험도 피해액 평가 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 인벤토리 구축을 수행하기 위해서 재해에 따른 시설물의 위험 발생 시 피해 시설물에 대한 구분 및 분류가 이루어져야한다. 하지만 재난관리가 수행되어야 하는 시설물 건축물의 정보가 정부 여러 기관에서 각기 다른 형태의 정보로 관리되어짐으로써 재난관리 업무의 효율적 운영에 대한 문제가 제기되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국의 HAZUS-MH와 DIMSuS의 위험도와 중요도 개념을 기반으로 피해 시설물의 중요도, 위험도 등을 평가할 수 있는 항목들을 선정하고 국내 시설물 분류, 건축법규 및 자산 가치 산정 정보를 활용하여 시설물 재해 대응을 위한 인벤토리 구축을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 대구 성서산업단지를 TB지역으로 선정하고, TB지역내의 수변구조물, 산업시설, 주거시설 등 다양한 시설물의 속성 정보를 수집 구축하였다. 또한 신속한 재해 대응을 위해서는 시설물 정보와 공간정보를 융합한 복합적인 정보가 필요하기 때문에 TB지역의 공간정보를 구축하고 시설물의 위치 정보를 생성하고 속성 정보와 연계하여 통합 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 제안한 인벤토리 시스템을 활용하여 신속한 재해 대응을 위한 의사결정 도구로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

Reagent Cabinet of existing that management does not classify the reagents by characteristics it has a problem that can result dangerous situations. Also, the situation impossible the ability to control the reagent cabinet from outside in the event of dangerous situations. In this paper, design a system for managing reagents it can be classified according to the characteristics and the reagent cabinet management on a mobile device. Utilizing the characteristics classification from first to sixth classification management to fit the classification of each reagent. The mobile device transmits the sensor control, reagent and sensor data monitoring, dangerous situation occurs when the alarm message. Accordingly, it is expected through the characteristics classification reduce accidents in the laboratory if the dangerous situation will be a prompt action from the outside.

도시의 안전을 위해서 재해 발생시 대응 및 복구와 같은 사후처리도 중요하지만 재해에 취약한 지역을 사전에 파악하고, 예방적 차원에서 이러한 지역들을 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 대도시 관리차원에서 필요한 방재지도의 유형 중 하나로 화재를 상정하여, 화재위험지역을 선정하는 기준을 설정하고 이 기준에 맞춰 서울시 종로구 창신동을 사례지역으로 하여 화재위험지도를 시범적으로 구축하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다 화재위험지도성은 방재업무에 있어 지역성에 기초하여 취약지구를 사전에 파악하고 체계적으로 관리하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 나아가 지구단위계획 등의 도시계획업무에서 방재를 고려한 토지이용계획 수립 및 도시계획시설 배치 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, interest in industrial accidents such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accident Punishment Act is increasing, and the demand for safety managers for safety management of workers in research institutes and industrial fields of various fields is increasing. For worker safety management, CCTVs are being installed in factories and workplaces, and workers are monitored to enhance safety management. In this paper, we intend to design a dangerous situation assessment system by constructing data using CCTV in such a workplace and modeling it in JSON format. The data modeling was produced by referring to the data set construction guide for artificial intelligence learning and the quality management guideline of the Korea National Information Society(NIA). Through this system, we want to check what kind of risk management exists in the workplace by risk situation scenario and use it to build a more systematic system.

21세기 들어 도시물관리스템의 안전성은 많은 도전에 직면해 있는 게 현실이다. 사회기반시설인 물관리시스템의 안전하고 효율적인 운영은 국민의 안전과 행복을 위해 반드시 필요하지만, 최근 물관리시스템의 안정성은 많은 위험 요인에 노출되고 있다. 이제는 안전한 물공급에 총력을 기울이고, 물부족 해소에 크게 기여할 '빗물 재이용' 시스템 개발에 힘써야 할때다.
