In this study, we tried to suggest a plan to improve the efficiency of operation after analyzing the actual conditions by selecting case areas operated by the cadastral resurvey responsible agency system. The research results are as follows. In the evaluation of the selection of a cadastral resurvey agency, a method to raise the qualitative evaluation score was suggested. The expansion of support for the cadastral resurvey agency made it possible to automatically connect and install when the LandyGo program is updated, and suggested that prior training should be stipulated in the related regulations. In the performance of cadastral resurvey surveying and division of duties, the installation of temporary boundary monuments and determine boundary monuments should be integrated. And this suggested the direction of conserving the project cost of the cadastral resurvey agency through joint implementation. Also, in the short-term and long-term perspectives, a plan for realization of project cost distribution in connection with the expansion of the entrustment of the cadastral resurvey responsible agency was presented. If the responsible agency system is operated by reflecting the results of this research, it is expected to improve the satisfaction of the project participants and shorten the project period.

The subject of this study is whether the relevant ordinances of Chungcheongnam-do's five local governments, operating intermediary support organizations for contracted-out community building, comply with the regional innovation and cooperative governance-based perspective. The examination results are summarized as follows. About the normative system: first, village building does not present that it is a participation- and cooperation-based collective activity of various related actors; second, the cooperative governance-based implementation system was not presented as a key term; third, "numerous relevant subjects' participation" and "democratic decision-making and cooperative promotion" are not presented as basic principles; fourth, the subjects are limited to residents and the administration, and only their responsibilities are presented. About the effectiveness system: first, the establishment of a master plan, a primary means, and the establishment of an in-charge department and collaboration system in the administration are presented as optional provisions; second, the nature of the relevant committees and intermediary support organizations is not presented as "public-private cooperation-based system"; third, the area of the function and authority of the relevant committees is limited to review and consultation. Fourth, the related information about the intermediary support organization structure and system, the establishment and operation of the secretariat, and the practical operation of the center is not presented. In sum, to make related ordinances become institutional grounds with stronger effectiveness, reconstructing them by strictly applying the perspectives of regional innovation and cooperative governance is necessary.

This paper investigate to construct a new strategic trading model which contains the broker and overconfident informed trader. Assuming more favorable situation for the broker, this paper construct a two period model. At period I overconfident informed trader and liquidity traders participate to trade. At this time the broker does not execute transaction of his own account. he only transfer customer's order by commission. At period 2, the broker identifies informed trade of previous period and he execute the trade of his own account with liquidity traders. The effects of overconfidence to the expected transaction volume and expected transaction profit, and price variability are summarized as follows: (i) As the degree of overconfidence increases, the expected transaction volume of informed trader increases. Under the restriction of moderate degree of overconfidence, it also increases the expected transaction volume of broker. In sum, overconfidence behavior of informed trader increases the expected transaction volume. (ii) As the degree of overconfidence increases, the both expected profit of informed trader and broker decrease. (iii) As the degree of overconfidence increases, unconditional variances of price for each periods increase. And as the degree of overconfidence increases, the informativeness of prices for each period increase. Finally, some limitations of this paper and direction for further research were suggested.

The objective of this study was to analyze the market structure of the Garak Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which has the greatest influence among agricultural products wholesale markets and plays a key role in domestic agricultural products distribution. In addition, through analysis of the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation, which is a major distributor of the Garak Market, the connection relationship between the market structure of the Garak Market and the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation was able to be identified. From 2007 to 2018, it was found that the market structure of Garak Market was a monopoly. In addition, the average production efficiency of the five wholesale market corporations was 0.95, indicating that the wholesale market corporation in Garak Market has an efficient production structure with high output compared to input. Therefore, in order to activate the agricultural products wholesale market and protect the rights of producers and consumers based on the analysis results, it is necessary to implement a policy that can establish a competition system among agricultural products wholesale market distributors.

Recently, impact investment has attracted attention all over the world. This is intended to effectively solve problems by combining private capital and various financial techniques with social and environmental needs, as it is recognized that it is difficult to solve social and environmental problems. Impact investment means a mixture of financial, social, and environmental aspects. This refers to an investment focused on such a blended value, through which it simultaneously achieves financial and social values such as return on investment. The purpose of this study is to study whether impact investment, which has become a new issue, is actually applicable in Korea. This study first considers the concept and method of impact investment, and a prior study on social enterprises and impact investment that pursue social values. In particular, after analyzing in detail the social performance-related bonds (SIB) and operational cases, we intend to explore the possible applicability of impact investment to Korea. The results and implications of this study are, first, changes in the government's attitude toward impact finance. The government should entrust innovative public works to market-proven service providers to enhance the professionalism and efficiency of public service projects. Second, the legal system must innovate. Impact investment should provide an institutional foundation to pursue social problem solving simultaneously, not maximizing financial performance. Third, when investing in public works in the private sector, impact investment must clearly demand social performance and clarify the evaluation accordingly. The project execution process should create an impact environment that is more free and active.

Gaesung was the Mecca of Korean ginseng. Factors that Gaesung has been a leading brand of Korean ginseng were multiplicative. Those were natural conditions and huge commercial capital, red ginseng factory, creative business systems and etc. We can quote BongSang Son, SungHak Kong and JeongHo Kim as a famous Gaesung' ginseng merchants. They, as leaders modern ginseng industry had supplied the method of cultivation, prevention of phyto-diseases, excellent ginseng seed, and prepayment system of farming capital. The Gaesung merchants also adopted modern marketing techniques : commercial advertisement, made-order sales, changing package of the ginseng products. The book 'The Dictionary of Korean Companies and Stores' which was published in 1927 introduces BongSang Son as a great businessman in Gaesung. He was not only merchants but also educator and social worker. He practiced the spirit of entrepreneurship. BongSang Son's role of pioneer contributed to the development of Korean ginseng and Gaesung. Due to such efforts of Gaesung merchants, Korean ginseng industry were took a great step forward. This article considered the development of Korean ginseng industry through the life and achievement of the ginseng magnate BongSang Son who was a representative one of Gaesung merchants.

본 연구는 기술에 대한 대용개념으로 사용되고 있는 연구개발투자의 효과가 산업의 생산성 향상에 얼마만큼 기여하고 있는가에 관한 실증연구로, 그 효 과를 자체 연구개발효과와 파급효과로 나누어 측정하는 데 목적이 있다. 파 급효과의 경우, 중간재의 거래를 통한 체화된 파급효과와 산업간의 기술거리 로 인한 비체화된 파급효과로 나누어 한국 제조산업을 18개로 분류한 후 각 산업의 연구개발스톡을 측정하였으며, 연구개발투자의 체화된 파급효과 측정 을 위하여 산업 연관표를 이용하여 가중치를 계산하였다. 그리고, 비체화된 파급효과 측정을 위하여는 각 산업에서 고용하고 있는 전공별 연구원 수의 자료를 이용 기술거리를 구하였다. 본 연구에서는 각각의 가중치로 구한 연 구개발스톡, 체화된 연구개발 스톡, 그리고 비체화된 연구개발 스톡을 이용 하여 각 독립변수들에 대한 한계생산성을 구하였으며, 분석 방법으로는 단순 회귀분석과 함께 시계열의 효과와 산업간 효과를 고려하는 패널데이터 분석 을 시도하였다. 체화된 파급효과와 비체화된 파급효과 중 하나만을 변수로 포함하는 경우에는 추정치가 유의한 결과를 나타내고 있지만, 두 가지의 변 수를 모두 포함하는 경우에는 보호도 일정하지 않으며 비유의적인 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 다중공선성에 의한 것으로 보인다. 두 가지 파급효과 에 대한 한계생산성 추정치는 기술과 연구개발투자가 외부성을 가지고 있으 며, 기술과 관련된 변수의 도입이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 파급효과 의 추정치는 거시차원에서 연구개발 지원의 정당성에 대한 근거를 제시하고 있으며, 기술혁신을 위한 투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. The purpose of this study was to identify issues in the family support center evaluation project by analyzing the differences in perception between evaluators and the family Support center using a meta-evaluation analysis model and seeking improvement alternatives. The results revealed a significant difference in group average: the evaluator group scored 4.21 out of 5 points, and the family center group scored 3.20 points. The improvement alternatives for each meta-evaluation item are as follows. In the evaluation environment, it is necessary to specify the purpose and utilization of evaluation within the guidelines of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. Evaluation input required the establishment of an evaluation support organization within the Korean Institute for Healthy Family. During the evaluation process, it was necessary to improve the use of the integrated family support information system and diversify communication channels. The evaluation results required the strengthening of follow-up education for family centers. In terms of evaluation utilization, it was necessary to strengthen support for various incentives and subcenters. This study provides implications for improving the evaluation system for various policy service delivery systems.

Before economical crisis in 1997, domestic company focused on increasing the size of outward experience which including organization. The result of increasing outward experience without substance was economical crisis, so after that time, many companies have been changing their focus from insourcing to strengthen the core competence to secure global market. This is becoming a cause of following that companies are reducing their outward experience. Especially, to process tasks more effectively and to cope with rapid change of business environment, such as incoming raw material from overseas/high raising of salary/rising property prices, many companies decided outsourcing method. At most of hypothesis, the result was that outsourcing can affect positively to the business. First, introducing of outsourcing during focusing on core competence can be positive effect for company performance such as business management /productivity /procurement /administration /product competitiveness /technology. Second, the result that analyzed based on a point of view of population statics after outsourcing was positive effect at the most of research. Third, result of effectiveness for every outsourcing type classified by 4M was also can be positive at the most of research. Fourth, the characteristic of population statics can be positive effect at the most of category when select outsourcing companies. Research result of outsourcing was various based on the goal of outsourcing. It is revealed by investigation of domestic/overseas treatise that there are opposite two opinions. In this research, there is no consistent result that the outsourcing can give effects on business performance, but most of hypothesis indicates that outsourcing can give positive effect on the business performance.In this research, based on the outsourcing intensity, mutual relation was analyzed. The assumption of the reason of outsourcing is economical and organizational. First, sampling numbers of research was too small so it is too difficult to get significant business performance result. (Sampling : 150, Replied : 106, Rate of Reply : 71%) Second, tried to compare significant differences of outsourcing methods which were divided based on 4M, but the there is gaps between the number of Cell and too difficult to make replier understand. Third, it is tried to find the degrees of effect that the point of view of popular statics can effect on business performances and selection of outsourced companies.
