Numerical Analysis of the Suction Pile Behavior with Different Lateral Loading Locations (수치해석을 통한 횡하중 위치에 따른 석션기초의 거동 분석)

  • Numerical analyses were performed to analyze the behavior of a suction pile under lateral loads with different soil layer conditions (uniform clay layer, uniform sand layer, and multi layers consisting of clay and sand layers) and different loading locations (top, middle, and bottom of the suction pile). The results of the analyses revealed that, regardless of the soil layer conditions, the lateral resistances at the loading location of the middle of the suction pile were the maximum. For the given loading locations, the lateral resistances of the suction pile for the uniform sand layer were relatively higher than those for the multi layer. By analyzing translations and rotations of the suction pile, it was identified that the amount of translation was highly dependent on both the soil layer condition and the lateral loading location while the rotated angle varied significantly with the lateral loading location, but not much with soil layer condition.

Accuracy analysis of SPOT Orbit Modeling Using Orbit-Attitude Models (궤도기반 센서모델을 이용한 SPOT 위성 궤도모델링 정확도 분석)

  • Conventionally, in order to get accurate geolocation of satellite images we need a set of ground control points with respect to individual scenes. In this paper, we tested the possibilities of modeling satellite orbits from individual scenes by establishing a sensor model for one scene and by applying the model, which was derived from the same orbital segment, to other scenes that has been acquired from the same orbital segment. We investigated orbit-attitude models with several interpolation methods and with various parameter sets to be adjusted. We used 7 satellite images of SPOT-3 with a length of 420km and ground control points acquired from GPS surveying. Results of the conventional individual scene modeling hardly introduced differences among different interpolation methods and different adjustment parameter sets. As the results of orbit modeling, the best model was the one with Lagrange interpolation for position/velocity and linear interpolation for attitude and with position/angle bias as parameter sets. The best model showed that it is possible to model orbital segments of 420km with ground control points measured within one scene (60km).

An Analysis on Positional Accuracy of Urban Control Point for Connecting to Supplementary Control Point (지적도근점과 연계활용을 위한 도시기준점의 위치정확도 분석)

  • Supplementary control point and urban control point have different purpose and characteristic in the view of installation but their measurement method and permanent marker position are very similar. Therefore if we could use them by connecting those two control point, we would improve the arrangement density as well as minimizing cost of restoration from the loss of control point. So we tried to suggest the possibility of connecting these two control point and usage by analysing positional accuracy of urban control point on the base of supplementary control point in this study. The result of this study is as following. When analysing the positional accuracy of 13 urban control points of the study areas, there were RMSE of connection errors between ${\pm}8cm$ and ${\pm}11cm$ for each measurement point. The result confirmed the possibility of connecting supplementary control point to urban control point and its usage within the allowable error tolerance that the present cadastral law permits.

A Study on the Map Accuracy Assessment of Positioning Data Using Statistical Approach Analysis (오차분석을 이용한 지도 위치정확도 평가기법에 관한 연구)

  • This paper suggests a Map Accuracy Standards by analyzing U.S. National Map Accuracy Standards, by considering korean terrain feature and statistical error theory for paper and digital maps on the scale of 1:50,000. Map accuracy standards require horizontal accuracy to be reported as a circular error with 90% confidence level through Linear Error Probable(LEP) theory and Circular Error Probable(CEP) theory. In order to verify the proposed methodology for positioning accuracy testing, several kinds of test point were selected and tested. These test points were extracted at the centers of roads and bridges, the comers of the independent building, the edges of geographical botany, and the tops of mountains. The positioning accuracy assessment was peformed by comparing the positions of test points in digital maps generated three different sources with those acquired by high accurate GPS surveying. The digital maps were produced from aerial photographs and SPOT satellite image using analytical plotter and 1:50,000 paper map.

  • As the centralization of city, underground facilities is increasing and being more important. Although the importance of underground facilities map has been emphasized, there were many accidents related underground facilities. The inaccuracy of existing data and the carelessness of management caused many accidents. It is very important to update and to have high quality accuracy of underground facilities maps. But the underground facilities maps are mapped and updated by each institutes. So it is difficult to verify the accuracy of the data. In this study, Field Test is performed to analyze the horizontal accuracy of existing maps using Electromegnetic Induction Method, Total Station and GPS. Surveying of underground facilities in Seoul was performed for 6 institutes of underground facilities during 3 years. The aim of this study is to verify the horizontal accuracy of data and to improve the accuracy of underground facility maps. As the result of analysis, the horizontal accuracy of 6 underground facilities management institutes is 73 cm(2004), 78 cm(2005) and 75 cm(2006).

  • 중요한 사회기반시설물 중 하나인 상수관망시스템은 대부분의 시설물이 지중에 매설되어있기 때문에 지진에 취약하고 복구에 어려움이 크며, 지진 발생 시 대규모 피해로 이어질 우려가 있다. 따라서 상수관망시스템에 대한 지진피해를 최소화하고 재해로부터 신속하게 복구하기 위한 적절한 복구전략을 마련할 필요가 있다. 상수관로에 발생하는 지진피해는 크게 파손과 누수로 구분되며, 대구경 관로가 파손될 경우 대규모 단수 및 피해가 우려되므로 신속한 복구전략이 마련되어야한다. 일반적으로 파손 관로의 복구는 먼저 피해 관로 인근의 제수밸브의 차폐를 통해 통수를 차단한 후 교체 작업을 진행하는 것이 일반적이며, 해당 과정에서 밸브 차폐에 의한 단수구역의 발생이 불가피하다. 이러한 단수구역 발생은 해당 지역의 용수공급능력 저하로 이어지며, 단수구역의 범위 및 단수용량의 규모는 제수밸브의 위치 및 개수에 따라 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 기개발된 상수관망 지진피해복구 시뮬레이션 모형(Choi et al., 2018)을 개선하여 지진피해복구 시 시스템 내 제수밸브의 설치 위치와 개수에 따라 발생되는 단수구역과 단수상황이 상수관로의 용수공급능력(Serviceability)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 개선된 모형은 피해복구에 따른 용수공급능력을 정량적으로 산정할 수 있으며, 피해 관로의 복구 시 제수밸브 차폐에 의해 발생되는 단수구역을 탐색한 후, 수리해석 모의에 적용함으로써 현실적인 용수공급 상황을 모의할 수 있도록 개선되었다. 또한, EPANET3.0의 Full-PDA(Pressure driven analysis)를 이용함으로써 지진과 같은 비정상상황(다수관의 파손에 따른 압력저하)에서 좀 더 현실적인 수리해석이 가능하도록 개선되었다. 본 연구에서는 해당모형을 실제관망에 적용하여 제수밸브 설치개수 및 위치가 지진피해복구에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하였으며, 또한 효율적인 지진피해복구 방안을 제시하였다.

The Effect of Fretting Wear on Fatigue Crack Initiation Site of Press-fitted Shaft (압입축에 발생하는 프레팅 마모가 피로균열 발생 위치에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of the present paper is to evaluate the effect of the evolution of contact surface profile by fretting wear on the contact stress distribution and fatigue crack initiation site of press-fitted shaft by means of an analytical method based on experimental data. A finite element analysis was performed to analyze the stress states of press-fitted shaft, considering the worn contact surface profiles of shaft. The evolutions of contact stress as wearing of contact surface were analyzed by finite element analysis and fatigue crack nucleation sites were evaluated by fretting fatigue damage parameter (FFDP) md multiaxial fatigue criteria. It is found that the stress concentration of a contact edge in press-fitted sha손 decreases rapidly at the initial stage of total fatigue life, and its location shifts from the contact edge to the inside due to fretting wear as increasing of fatigue cycles. Thus the transition of crack nucleation position in press-fitted shaft is mainly caused by stress change of a contact edge due to the evolution of contact surface profile by fretting wear. Therefore, it is suggested that the nucleation of multiple cracks on fretted surface of press fits is strongly related to the evolution of surface profile at the initial stage of total fatigue life.

Study on location selection of integrated depot of warehouse stores utilizing AHP method (AHP법을 활용한 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구)

  • The importance of logistics of warehouse stores has increased as their prices are cheaper and more convenient than those of large supermarkets. However, few studies on integrated depot location selection of warehouse stores have been conducted. In this regard, this study aims to derive factors for integrated depot location selection and calculate weights and select the location priority of target candidates by introducing an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The analysis results exhibited that the most important selection factor was the cost reduction in transportation and delivery (0.198) followed by distance reduction in transportation and delivery (0.168), and time reduction in transportation. This study quantified the reduction in cost and increase in efficiency if depots were integrated and operated thereby presenting more realistic foundational data to hands-on workers. For the future study, the analysis model will be needed to be advanced through additional investigation on the factors in the analysis.

A Comparison of 2D hydraulic analysis on transverse structure (하도내 횡단구조물에 따른 2차원 수리분석 비교)

  • 본 연구에서는 2차원 수리모형을 이용하여 자연하천에 보가 없는 경우, 직선 보, 경사 보 3가지 경우로 적용하여 2차원 수리분석을 실시하여 상 하류 수리특성을 검토하여 향후 하천개설 및 하도 설계의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 보의 배치가 하천에 미치는 영향으로 수리특성의 변화와 유속의 변화, 토사의 이동 등 하도 내 흐름 특성의 2차원 해석결과를 도출함으로써 하도 내 횡단구조물 설치에 따른 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 보 설치로 인한 하천 주변 친수 공간 발달로 인한 여가시설, 이동편의를 위한 도로설치 등 공간조성 설계 시 기초자료로 활용가능 할 것이다. 연구대상 하도구간은 경주 시내를 통과하는 형산강의 남천합류부 2.7km 지점부터 경주시 천북면 모아리에 위치한 모아수위관측소까지 약 8.7km 구간이다. 연구대상 유역인근에 위치한 수위관측소는 경주, 모아 관측소가 있으며 수리해석을 위한 경계조건으로 활용하였다. 연구대상 구간의 상류 부근에 경주 북천이 합류하고 있으며 현재 월령보가 경사 방향으로 설치되어져 있다. 본 연구에서는 상류경계 입력자료 계획홍수량은 형산강하천기본계획보고서(2011)을 참고하였으며, 경주 금장대 부근 합류하는 북천의 계획홍수량은 북천하천기본계획보고서(2011)를 참고하였다. 하류 경계입력자료 계획홍수위도 형산강하천기본계획보고서(2011) 참고하여 2차원 수리특성을 분석하였다. 수문량에 따른 홍수위 변화특성을 분석한 결과 풍수량과 100년 빈도 홍수량에 대해서 직각보 최대수위가 높게 분석되었으며, 유속에 대해 분석한 결과 풍수량과 100년 빈도 홍수량에 대해서 직각보가 경사보보다 물넘이 부분에서 최대유속이 빠르게 분석되었다. 또한 보가 없을 경우와 풍수 시 흐름특성을 분석한 결과 유선방향이 현재의 경사보 방향과 일치하는 것으로 분석된다. 이상의 연구결과를 검토할 때, 직각보 상류에 자전거 교량을 건설할 때 최대 유속이 발생하는 위치에는 교량기초공이나 교각 부분의 보강이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 둔치 주변 유속변화가 발생할 수 있으므로 수위와 유속을 동시에 고려한 친수시설을 설치할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본고에서는 통신기기 및 통신부품을 생산하는 국내통신산업의 국제경쟁력상 위치를 분석하기 위해 국제경쟁력 결정요인과 국제 경쟁력 평가이론에 대해 설명한 다음, 이를 이용하여 일본과 우리나라 통신산업의 국제경쟁력을 비교 분석하였다.
