  • 미세먼지 수집을 위하여 필요한 위치 선정 방안과 위치 선정시 중요한 바람길분석, 수요조사, 유동인구, 교통량 등의 중요 기준을 반영하여 최종 선정하여야 하며, 이에 따라 설치된 측정기로부터 데이터 수집을 위해 지역적, 환경적, 지형적 요소를 감안하여 수집 항목을 결정하여야 한다. 데이터 수집시 실시간 또는 배치(Batch)로 할 것인지 여부를 결정하여야 하며, 이 보고서에서는 실시간으로 데이터 수집하는 경우를 설명하였다. 데이터 수집시 정확도를 높이기 위해 결측값, 이상값인 전처리 단계를 거쳐서 분석과 Modeling 구축을 통하여 정확도가 높은 알고리즘을 선정하여야한다. 정확도가 높은 알고리즘은 검증용 데이터 셋으로 적합성을 검증하여, 측정기 설치 위치의 적합성, 데이터 수집의 적합성, Modeling 구축 및 평가가 적합함을 지표로서 제시하여 적합성 검증을 하고자 한다.

  • Various studies are being carried out to propose a idea for improvement of traditional markets. First of all, it is needed to analysize the current situation of traditional markets. With the help of Customer Spotting Technique the Tongbok traditional market in Pyungtaek has been studied for the case study. The case study was carried out through surveys which are composed of two steps. The first is on the inquiry of users around Tongbok market. The second inquiry is to residents in Pyungtaek. The results are as following: Tongbok market is able to maintain the competitiveness. The proportion of Tongbok is relevant to 13.6% of the total Pyungtaek market, and is to be assessed as a representative market in Pyungtaek.

  • In this paper, human exposure of wireless devices was analyzed for various positions of the transmitter. The scenario for the position of the transmitting antenna was decided after discussion with ADD(Agency for Defense Development), and Korean male phantom model developed by ETRI were used to conduct simulations. The SAR values were analyzed by changing the position of the transmitter, and compared with Korean EMF regulations and ICNIRP guidelines. Additionally, human exposure was also investigated for two typical postures which can be posed by war-fighter.

  • This paper proposes the modeling of sensorless drive system using 120 degree conduction method for IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) BLDC motors and analyzes characteristics of the terminal voltage that is used to detect the rotor position. This paper shows that the ZCP (Zero-Crossing Point) of the measured terminal voltage used In sensorless control is ahead of that of the back EMF of IPM motors because they have a saliency. This research also analyzes that the amount of position detection error is related to saliency, rotor speed, and load condition. In addition, this paper shows that motors have bigger advance angles than we have expected because the ZCP of terminal voltage precedes the actual ZCP, and under operation conditions such as heavy load and high speed it may generate abnormal currents that flow toward opposite direction after phase current becomes zero.

  • 우리나라의 댐저수지는 홍수기에 상류로부터 다량의 부유물이 폐기물 등과 함께 일시에 유입되어 미관을 해치거나 상수원 수질을 악화시키는 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 부유물의 하류확산을 방지하고 수거와 처리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 부유물 차단망이 설치되어 운영 중이다. 부유물 차단망의 설치위치는 저수지내의 흐름을 고려하여 부유물을 가장 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 지점을 선정하여야 하나, 저수지 흐름을 고려하지 않고 설치될 경우 차단망이 빈번하게 훼손되거나 부유물이 적절하게 포집되지 못한 채 상류에 흩어지는 결과를 초래하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 대형저수지인 소양댐과 신규 중소규모 댐인 영주댐의 부유물 차단망 최적 설치위치를 선정하기 위하여 3차원 모형을 이용하여 다양한 조건에서의 저수지내 흐름분포와 수리적 특성을 검토하였다. 적용모형은 3차원 수리동력학 모형인 ELCOM 모형을 적용하였으며, 홍수기 표면 유속장 분포, 수직수온분포 및 밀도류 발생지점 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 최적 설치지점을 검토하였다. 시뮬레이션 조건은 200년 빈도 홍수 유입에 대해 초기 수위에 따른 영향을 고려하기 위하여 갈수위, 풍수위 등으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 소양댐의 경우 기존 설치위치에서는 plunging point가 설치지점보다 하류에 위치하여 부유물 포집 기능에는 이상이 없으나 최대유속이 2 m/s를 초과하는 것으로 나타나 안정적 운영을 위하여 이전 설치하는 것이 적합할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 신규댐인 영주댐에서는 다양한 시나리오에 대하여 분석한 결과 2개 지점이 적합한 것으로 분석되어 적치장 위치 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 최적위치를 선정하도록 하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 부유물 차단망 설치설계기준 등에 반영되어 과학적인 댐 운영관리에 활용될 것으로 판단되며, 향후 보다 안정적인 시설물 관리에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 무선인터넷 망이 개방되고 위치정보와 관련된 법률이 제정됨에 따라 위치기반서비스의 산업 활성화에 촉매 역할을 하고 있다. 또한, 이동통신관련 기술의 발달로 위치기반서비스의 기술 발전을 촉진시키고 있다. 네트워크기반과 단말기기반의 측위 기술 및 하이브리드 방식으로 위치 정확도를 향상시키는 기술과 위치정보를 보호하고, 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 플랫폼 기술, 그리고 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 응용 서비스기술이 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 위치기반서비스를 구성하는 주요 요소기술의 이슈와 동향에 대해 기술한다.

Comparative Analysis of TOA and TDOA method for position estimation of mobile station (이동국 위치 추정을 위한 TOA와 TDOA방법의 비교 분석)

  • This paper is aimed at developing an location tracking system of mobile station based on currently available mobile communication network or mobile Phone and PCS(Personal Communication System). When the location tracking of mobile stations is in services, Emergency-119, all of crime investigation, effective urban traffic management and the safety protection of Alzheimer's patients can be available. In order to track the location of the mobile and base station, assumption in this paper is to use the statistic characteristics of LOS when modeling the standard noise in case that radio path is LNOS environment. The standard variation of the standard noise is $\pm150$. First, location is estimated by the positioning algorithms of TOA and TDOA and compared each other. Second, after canceling the standard noise by Kalman filter, location is estimated by the above two positioning algorithms. Finally, the location by the Kalman filter and two positioning algorithms is estimated by smoothing method. As a result, 2 dimensional average location error is imvoved by 51.2m in TOA and 34.8m in TDOA when Kalman filer and two positioning algorithms are used, compared with the two positioning algorithm used. And there is 3 more meter improvement after smoothing than Kalman filer and two positioning algorithms used.

The Study on the Correlation between Traffic Signal Location and Stop Line Observance (신호기위치와 정지선 준수율과의 관계 연구)

  • The Korea National Police Agency launched a campaign to encourage drivers in stop line observance and to discourage stop line violation by intensively imposing fines. It was to increase stop line observance of drivers and thus traffic safety. According to statistics, the stop line observance rate was increased over 80 % of drivers during the campaign but regressed to the past after the campaign. This paper delivers the effect of the location of traffic signal lights on driver's stop line observance and develops a guideline to improve highway traffic environment in long terms. Statistical tests conducted based on field data showed that the drivers' stop line observance increases when traffic signal lights are closely installed from a stop line. It was proposed from the study that traffic signal lights be installed $10{\sim}20m$ from a stop line.

  • In the construction site of underground buildings which have severe environment such as dust, noise, vibration, the technology of rescue the builders in the construction site when accident occurs by tracking the location of the builders and express the mission of supervisor smoothly. In this study, in order to acquire the location information of the builders in the construction site of underground buildings by using MEMS INS and air pressure sensor, we firstly performed the field test in construction site, analyzed the location and the elevation accuracy based on the detected results, and then verified its practicality and rationality after all. As a result, we could acquire worker's position-accuracy within 10m in horizontal direction and 4m in vertical direction. Therefore we could judge availability in construction fields of underground structure.

Performance Analysis of Location Estimation Algorithm Considering an Extension of Searching Area (탐색범위 확장을 고려한 위치추정 알고리즘의 성능분석)

  • In this paper, we proposed a location estimation algorithm considering an extension of searching area in 2.45GHz band RTLS and analyzed its performance in terms of an average estimation error distance. The extendable searching area was assumed to be square of $300m{\times}300m$ and 2 dimensions. The arrangement shape of available readers was considered circle, rectangle, and shrinkage rectangle for extendable searching area. Also, we assumed that propagation path was LOS (Line-Of-Sight) environment, and analyzed the estimation error performance as a function of the number of received sub-blink considering an arrangement shape of available readers in searching area. From the results, compared with rectangle shape, circle shape showed the higher estimation accuracy. Also, we confirmed that the proposed location estimation algorithm provided high estimation accuracy in the shrinkage rectangle shape that was suitable for extension of searching area.
