The Function of Social Criticism Film Implemented in Animation Film (애니메이션 영화 <창, 2012>에 구현된 시사고발 영화 기능)

  • The short animation directed by Sang-Ho Yeon has led the sympathy and reflection of audiences through reveling the violence of the military in the form of the social criticism film. The explores the social value of animation by the content of social criticism, not for entertainment uses but for public interest. This research addresses how the function of social criticism implements in animation film, especially, its narratives and direction. In the light of this, firstly, literature will review the general characteristics of social criticism films, Secondly, based on literature reviews, analysis tools will be drew, thirdly, the case study regarding will be processed by focusing on The function of social criticism, the technique of direction and expression of animation. As a result of this research, shows unique traits because of the hierarchical and exclusive characteristics of military culture, which differs from general characteristics of social criticism films dealing with historic and social issues. In addition to this, the function of social criticism is effectively implemented in animation film, by the creative narratives and technique of direction by a director, Sang-Ho Yeon.

The Mediating Effects of Emotional Dysregulation on the Relationship between Self-esteem and Aggresssion (자존감과 공격성의 관계에서 정서조절곤란의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation on the relationship between the specific domains of self-esteem and aggression. Three questionnaire were administered to 287 individuals and the multiple regression analyses and Baron and Kenny's hierarchical regression analyses were used. The result shows that social and objective ability and positive character had significant influence on aggression, while impulse control difficulties, lack of emotional clarity and limited access to emotion regulation strategies largely contributed to aggression. Moreover, emotional dysregulation functioned as a significant mediator variable for explaining the link between self-esteem and aggression. Impulse control difficulties have fully mediated positive personality and hostility, limited access to emotion regulation has partially mediated social and objective ability and hostility, respectively.

  • This purpose of this study is for an Airline company to discover and utilize new knowledge because knowledge and information are considered core tools for achieving high performance and competitive advantage, and achieving high performance and competitive advantage will surely determine the long-term survival of airline companies. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the causal relationships among different types of organizational culture, the knowledge sharing activities and the effectiveness of organizational work by airline members from a holistic viewpoint. The results of analysis are as follows. First, when examining the effects of the organizational culture types of airline members on knowledge sharing, a creative innovation culture, a relational group culture and a hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on knowledge sharing. Second, the knowledge sharing by airline members showed a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of organizational work. Third, the creative innovation culture, the relational group culture and the hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on the effectiveness of organizational work. Fourth, knowledge sharing did not have a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of organizational work.

  • The recent introduction of working from home due to COVID-19 has created a situation where it is difficult for organizational leaders to face their members in person, making it difficult for leadership in the general meaning to exert influence on subordinates. In this situation, this study attempted to suggest a self-leadership in which members of the organization motivate themselves and lead themselves as an alternative. In particular, this study attempted to confirm that self-leadership can be useful to MZ generation. In order to verify the effectiveness of self-leadership, job engagement was used as a dependent variable, and the mediation effect of loneliness was verified to determine how members' self-leadership affects their job engagement. In addition, it was confirmed how the self-leadership of members affects loneliness differently depending on the situational factors of overall justice. This study suggests that self-leadership can play a positive role in the current COVID-19 situation and generation MZ, and that the value of justice should be considered more important in each organization.

금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 관계에 관한 제도론적 연구

  • 자본주의 경제체제에 있어서 금융시스템과 기업시스템은 경제시스템의 핵심을 구성하는 것으로서 경제의 효율성을 좌우한다. 중요한 것은 이 두 시스템은 국가의 경제적 기능과 함께 상호관련적으로 형성되고 전개되어 나간다는 점이다. 최근 세계 경제메카니즘의 변화에 따라 이들을 어떻게 재편성할 것인가 하는 것이 주요 관심대상으로 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 국가-금융-기업 시스템간의 시스템적 상호관련성에 유의하면서 거시적인 신제도 학파적 시각에서 그 관계의 틀을 고찰, 그 유형을 분류하여 보고 특히 금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 상호관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 제도론적 시각에서 볼 때 이 문제는 제도적 환경과 제도적 장치간의 체계적 관계를 규명하는 것으로서 궁극적으로 경제행위의 지배조정 메카니즘을 시장, 위계(조직), 네트워크 중 어느 방식에 중점을 둘 것인가와 관련된다. 구체적으로 볼 때 금융시스템에 있어서의 자본시장중심적 체계와 은행중심적 체계, 기업과 시장의 범위와 기업의 네트워크적 전개, 금융과 기업간 규율시스템에 있어서의 관계 둥은 모두 이러한 시각에서 일관적으로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이들의 상호관계를 유형화시켜보고 그 논리를 우리의 현실에 적용시켜 볼 때 국가의 기능조정을 바탕으로 시장규율하에서의 네트워크적 관계를 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

A Study on Construct Validity of Contextual Performance for Social Workers (사회복지사의 맥락적 수행에 대한 개념타당성 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to test construct validity of contextual performance of social worker. The participants in this study included 170 social worker in community welfare center nationwide. A narrative data of social work practice experience and MTMM(multitriat-multimethod) data on job performance were collected. I classified meaningful contextual behavior cases by qualitative methods, and examined discriminant validity of contextual and task performance by CFA model. Data analysis showed that social workers' contextual performance has discriminant validity and sub constructs of this concept have internal consistency. However, some construct are not completely independent.

Predictors on the Health-Related Quality of Life in Families with Cancer Survivor : Focusing on the Comparison with Families of Cancer Patient Receiving Treatments (암생존자 가족의 건강 관련 삶의 질에 대한 영향 요인 : 투병 중인 암환자 가족과의 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate and to identify predictors of health-related quality of life(HRQoL) of families with cancer survivor(FCS) focusing on the comparison of families with cancer patient(FCP) receiving treatments. The research was conducted with the data for 153 FCS and 115 FCP taken from the 6th wave of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The independent variables included socio-demographic, health related, psychological and social factors. The data were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 18.0. The results showed different patterns of predictors on the HRQoL of FCS and FCP. In FCS, the statistically significant factors were stress(${\beta}=-.192$, p<.05) and exclusion from economic activities(${\beta}=-.191$, p<.05). Therefore, families of cancer patients also need appropriate interventions for each stage of the disease.

A Development of a Description System for Textile-Pattern Design Based on the Perceptual Features (지각적 속성에 기초한 섬유 패턴 디자인 요소 분석체계 개발)

  • 섬유 패턴 디자인을 체계적이고 객관적으로 기술할 수 있는 도구를 패턴 디자인의 지각적 속성에 기초하여 개발하였다. 세 단계로 이루어진 연구의 첫 단계에서는 패턴 디자인의 단계를 실제 디자인 과정에 기초하여 'PP의 디자인', 'RPU의 디자인', 'RPU의 배열'의 순서로 개념화한 후, 이 데 영역에 걸쳐 30개의 지각적 특징들을 추출하였고, 섬유 패턴 디자인을 충실히 기술할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 다음으로 추출된 30개의 지각적 특징들을 'PP의 모양에 의한 돌출성', 'PP의 색채에 의한 돌출성', 'PP들 모양의 다양성'. 'PP들의 변화도', 'PP들 색채의 다양성', 'RPU의 돌출성', 'RPU의 다양성'이라는 7개의 상위 특징으로 수렴시킨 후, 이 7개의 상위특징들을 다시 'PP에 의한 다양성', 'RPU의 돌출성' 'RPU의 다양성'이라는 4개의 최상위 특징으로 수렵시키는 방식으로 위계화 하여 섬유 패턴 디자인 요소 분석체계를 구성하였다. 또한 대표적인 섬유 패턴 디자인에 대한 이 체계의 기술 가능성을 검토함으로써 본 체계를 수정·보완하였다.

  • Many educators say that one of the key theory which is widely accepted teaching-learning process in the 7th mathematics curriculum is constructivism. They believe constructivism is very powerful as a background theory in teaching-learning mathematics and in this point of view, each student can construct knowledge by himself in the inner world. Therefore, the aspect of teaching-learning methods in the 7th mathematics curriculum focused on inquiry learning, self-directed learning, cooperative learning. Through this methods, the 7th mathematics text also composed of ease, interesting and dynamic activity oriented subjects. And constructive teaching-learning methods in mathematics is implemented variously by those whom attracted in constructivism. Thus, the purpose of this study is to build up a model that is required to systematize teaching-learning process in mathematics as a guideline for teachers. Another purpose of this study is to make clear that the presented model is appropriate process for teaching-learning in mathematics.

  • One of the theoretically and empirically grounded black boxes in HRD and firm performance link is employee' attitudes such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction. However, most studies were conducted with the regression analysis at the organizational level. This study used HLM(hierarchical linear modeling) analysis, which made it possible to estimate more accurate relationship between variables that were measured from two different levels. In addition, this study attempted to open an the black box(learning culture) in the relationship between HRD and employee attitudes. The result showed that the HRD have a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. Also the HRD showed full mediation effect of organization commitment and the job satisfaction on the Learning culture. And the result showed that the HRD in 2007 have a positive effect on employee' attitudes in 2009. These findings concluded that systematic HRD like employee's education and training must be built and also the positive culture for employee's learning like support of management's learning organization must be improved in order to promote the organizational performance(organizational commitment, job satisfaction) in company.
