In current Web 2.0 environment, one of the most core technology is social bookmarking which users put tags and bookmarks to their interesting Web pages. The main purpose of social bookmarking is an effective information service by use of retrieval, grouping and share based on user's bookmark information and tagging result of their interesting Web pages. But, current social bookmarking system uses the number of bookmarks and tag information separately in information retrieval, where the number of bookmarks stand for user's degree of interest on Web contents, information retrieval, and classification serve the purpose of tag information. Because of above reason, social bookmarking system does not utilize effectively the bookmark information and tagging result. This paper proposes a Web contents ranking algorithm combining bookmarks and tag information, based on preceding research on associative tag extraction by tag clustering. Moreover, we conduct a performance evaluation comparing with existing retrieval methodology for efficiency analysis of our proposed algorithm. As the result, social bookmarking system utilizing bookmark with tag, key point of our research, deduces a effective retrieval results compare with existing systems.

웹 서비스는 표준화된 XML 메시지를 통해 네트워크상에서 접근 가능한 연산들의 집합을 기술하는 인터페이스로서 많은 업계의 지원과 함께 여러 분야에 빠르게 적용되고 있다. 이러한 웹 서비스는 현재 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 등의 개방형 표준들로 구성되어 있다. 이 논문에서는 SOAP 기반 XML API호출을 통해 UDDI와 상호 작용하여 웹 서비스를 등록하고 검색하기 위한 UDDI 2.0 레지스트리 시스템의 설계와 구현을 소개한다.

e-learning은 교육의 새로운 패러다임으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 일방적인 강의식 교육으로 학습자의 참여도와 만족도등의 문제점이 있다. 또한 시스템 구축과 콘텐츠 제작 비용에 많이 투입되지만 효과성이 낮다는 지적이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0의 기술을 활용하여 기존의 문제점을 해결하는데 목적이 있다. 웹 2.0의 기술 중에 본 연구에 활용할 기술은 RSS와 위키이다. RSS는 웹 사이트의 콘텐츠를 공유하고 주고받을 수 있도록 만든 표준이다. 콘텐cm들 중에는 학습 자료로 추가 비용 없이 활용할만한 것이 많이 있다. 위키는 구성원간의 지식공유가 효율적으로 이루어 질수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 학습자들의 상호작용을 높힐 수 있는 도구이다. RSS와 위키를 접목하여 학습 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 적용결과 기존 e-learning을 사용하여 학습한 집단보다 창의적 글쓰기에 RSS와 위키를 활용하는 학습 시스템이 학습에 더욱 효과적이라는 것을 보였다.

인터넷은 그 탄생 이후로 점점 더 많은 사용자들을 가지게 되었으며, 이러한 사용자들로 인하여 인터넷으로 흘러나오는 정보의 양은 갈수록 더 많아지고 있다. 특히, 인터넷 게시판은 수많은 사용자들의 생각과 그들이 가진 정보를 교환하기 위하여 주요한 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 2.0을 활용하여 각각의 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 게시판을 설계한다. 설계될 인터넷 게시판은 사용자에게 제공되는 정보는 동일하지만, 각 사용자마다 설정된 정보에 의하여 정보의 분류가 다르게 이루어지도록 하여 자신이 원하는 정보를 보다 빠르게 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 각 사용자는 개인 게시판을 생성하여 모든 사용자가 공유하는 게시판에서 자신에게 필요한 정보만을 자동으로 수집하여 저장할 수 있으며, 외부 RSS 피드들을 필터링하여 개인 게시판에 연결하거나, 자신만의 정보를 개인 게시판에 등록할 수도 있다. 위와 같이 방법들은 사용자가 약간의 정보를 미리 등록해 주는 것만으로 여러 게시판과 RSS 피드들로부터 자기가 원하는 최신정보들을 실시간으로 수집하여 개인 게시판에 저장해주며, 간단한 클릭 몇 번으로 게시판의 형태가 변경되어 각각의 사용자가 원하는 정보를 빠른 시간에 찾을 수 있도록 해주게 될 것이다.

웹 서버는 CPU time의 대부분인 $75{\sim}78%$를 시스템 코드에서 소비하며 사용자 코드에서는 생각보다 많은 시간을 소비하지 않는다. 이것은 웹 서버의 성능에 운영체제가 많은 영향을 끼치고 있음을 암시하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Linux Trace Toolkit를 이용하여, 하이브리드 멀티 프로세스 멀티 스래드 방식의 아파치 웹 서버가 구동 중인 동안 호출되는 시스템 호출의 동작 과정과 역할에 대해 알아보고 어떤 시스템 코드에서 오버해드가 큰지를 분석하였다.

The early web technology was 2D type and exchange of information was passive generally. AS the time had passed, users wanted to participate in the 3D environment which is similar to real world actively. However VRML which is expected to bring big changes of the web environment has not been expanded owing to various circumstances. At a recent Web 2.0 is the most popular topic in the Internet business. Basic concept of Web 2.0 is implementation of comfortable UI(User Interface) and implementation of more active web than previous web. Concept of RIA(Rich Internet Application) is one of the Web 2.0 important technologies. In this paper, we designed and implemented Web Environmental Sensor Data System which has fantastic UI and various functions by using Flex.

Demands for a system which enable users to retrieve any kind of geographic and regional information over the Web have been increasing. However, in order to obtain geographic or regional information over the web, users still need to search web pages related to region by inputting keywords and to arrange the searched results with map. We can solve that problem by using the fact that most of geographic and regional information contain geographic keywords related to location. In this paper, we propose a system to retrieve geographic and regional information efficiently. For the purpose, we present a conceptual model based on three layers of "Real-World", "Knowledge", and "Applications", from the web space and construct the above link process. These layers are connected to each other and enable users to navigation information over the linkage. Especially, users can obtain various correlated information about geographic information and properties.

The concept of Web 2.0, which means that internet users are producers and also consumers is evolved according to the development of web service technology. In the Web 2.0 space, the enormous amount of web contents are produced using many social web services. Proactive display system supports various types of users's web contents. Unfortunately, private web contents sharing facility is imperfect to date. In this paper, we develop a proactive display application which identifies people, displaying their social contents such as blogs and open cafes through wide display devices or multi-media players in physical spaces. For this, we develop a social contents presentation server where users can register their profiles and information on the social contents to be shared through the developed application. Also, we develop a social contents presentation client that proactively identifies the user in close proximity and displays the user's social contents through an intuitive user interface in physical spaces. In addition, we develop an on-the-spot feedback service which supports posting various types of replies and an on-the-spot scrap service which specifies direct sharing of the contents through the intuitive user interface.

Convergence technology stimulating participation sharing openness to the public of web 2.0 such as Open-API, Mash-Up, Syndication gives diversity to education field. The convergence in education field means the revolution toward education 2.0 and new education reflecting web 2.0 stream is called 'education 2.0'. Education environment can be the space of social network intimately linked between learners, educators and educational organization. Network technology developed in ontology language makes it possible to educate semantically which understands privatized education service and connection. Especially, filtering system by the reputation system of Amazon and the collective intelligence of Wikipedia are the best samples. Education area can adopt actively because learners as educational main body can broaden their role of participation and communicate bilaterally in the equal position. In this paper, new network architecture in contents linkage is introduced and researched for utilization and analysis of the architecture for web 2.0 technology and educational contents are to be converged. Education 2.0 service utilizing convergence technology and network architecture for realizing education 2.0 is introduced and analyzed so that the research could be a preceding research to the education 2.0 platform foundation.

The web is shifting from being a medium in which information is transmitted and consumed, into being a platform in which contents are created, shared, repurposed. Web 2.0 applications are those that make the most of the intrinsic advantages of that platform. This thesis proposed a learning system based on web 2.0 for promoting statistics literacy. For this, I proposed students to create UCC(User Created Contents) data to learn principle of statistics and practical use of statistical data. To examine educational effectiveness of this study, an experimental study was conducted through the education content and method to the subject of one class in the first-grade of university located in OO city. As a result, the student understanded basic principle on statistics and perceived importance of statistics literacy and presented positive responses to statistics. In conclusion, it is confirmed that it is possible to provide effective education for students if the statistics literacy is proposed to proper education method.
