Research on Web standards compliance and professional level of domestic Web Developer (국내 웹 개발자의 웹표준 준수 및 전문성 수준에 대한 연구)

  • Recently, non-standard techniques of web like Active-X caused not only user inconvenience but also barriers to the business of Internet. The government recognized that the serious environmental situation of using Internet is needed to be improved. Especially, HTML5 convergence technology is meant to be a specific platform over the devices, users, and systems. It also means web standards to support more creative business service model and emerging market. In this paper, we performed a survey on Web standards compliance and web development professional level of domestic web developers. In addition, we present the basic direction of government policy of software and software-positive human resources policy, that is based on the analysis of the survey results. Our study will be able to contribute to construct policies to support digital convergence industry and to strengthen technical assistance and expertise to build training programs for the spread of global Web standards (HTML5).

  • 웹기반 시뮬레이션은 인터넷과 웹을 통해 시뮬레이션 실험을 하기 위해 개발되었다. 웹기반 시뮬레이션 언어는 자바언어를 사용하기 때문에 재사용성, 이식성, 웹에서의 실행성등의 특징을 가진다. 대부분의 웹기반 시뮬레이션 툴들은 주로 웹기반 시뮬레이션엔진 및 라이브러리의 개발에 중점을 맞추어 연구해 왔다. 따라서 이러한 툴들을 사용하여 모델을 개발하는 일은 여전히 모델개발자에게 전문성, 코딩능력등을 요구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 모델링 툴인 Simdraw를 소개하고 이를 이용하여 라우팅프로토콜을 시뮬레이션, 에니메이션하는 기능을 보인다. 모델 개발자는 이미 개발된 라이브러리를 사용하여 단순히 시각적 모델링 만으로 원하는 네트워크 토폴로지하에서의 라우팅 기법의 원리를 배우고 또한 성능을 평가해 볼 수 있다.

Development of Indicators for Evaluating the Web Credibility by Goodness-of-fit Analysis (지표 적합도 분석을 통한 웹 사이트 신뢰성 평가 지표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.

  • 교원의 핵심 역량 중 지식 역량이나 수행 역량 등은 교직과정 이수 결과의 확인이나 지필 시험 또는 실기 시연 등을 통해 확인 또는 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 태도 역량이나 전문성 개발역량의 일부 요소들은 별도의 도구나 평가로 심사해야 된다. 전문성 개발 역량 가운데 자기반성 노력, 지속적 학습 노력, 교육 공동체 간 의사소통 및 협력 등의 요소들은 기존의 평가 방식으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 교원의 핵심 역량을 평가하기 위해서는 교직 적성 및 인성 검사와 같은 별도의 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 교원자격을 강화하기 위한 교직 적성 및 인성 검사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 온라인 웹 검정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • e-Learning contents are composed of compounding multimedia data. It requires many professionals in contents development stage. The process of e-learning contents development can be seen as a collaborative work. In the perspective of a collaborative work process, the whole process of e-learning contents development would be regarded as collaborative work process for each participant as well as for whole group members. Most of collaborative works in contents development field are widely distributed. Members of work groups require workspaces for sharing information and communicating each other. In addition to workspaces, it also needs to support collaborative reflection such as planning for collaborative work and monitoring for work process. This paper is intended to develop the reflective collaborative work system for e-Learning contents development in order to support the systemic process of e-learning contents development. The reflective collaborative work system is composed of four supportive parts: work flow management, personal workspace, collaborative workspace, and collaborative reflection.

  • This study aims towards developing design guidelines for teachers' professional development programs (PDP) that help to improve self-regulated learning skills through OER (Open Educational Resources). To achieve the research objective, first, literature review and case studies about famous OER collections were conducted, and from these reviews, twenty-six guidelines according to ten categories suggested by Zimmerman & Martinez-Pons were derived and finalized into fifteen items in nine categories through review of five experts. Based on the guidelines, a prototype of a teacher's PDP was implemented and evaluated by seven teachers. Results of the usability evaluation proved that the design strategies implemented in the prototype might contribute to improving teacher's self-regulated learning skills and helped to find the teacher's needs based on their PDP.

  • This study developed a program that can produce videos easily and conveniently, focusing on teenage media producers. Through user research, we identified the needs and problems of teenage producers, and implemented a character customization function desired by users and an emotion and action recommendation system using GPT. In the rendering process, the final image was created by combining audio and video using OpenCV and FFmpeg. Teenage users who do not have expertise in video production can customize web drama characters through a simple interface and receive recommendations for emotions and actions with the help of GPT. The program of this study is expected to be a tool that can help teenage users who do not have expertise in editing and directing to produce high-quality videos, lower the entry barrier to video production, and contribute to the development of the one-person media industry. do. In the future, we plan to provide a video production environment considering mobile or vertical resolution versions.

  • 오늘날 웹 상에는 수 많은 온라인 커뮤니티들이 존재하고, 그 안에서 유저들이 올린 게시글(이하 포스트)를 효과적으로 검색하는 것은 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 만약 검색하는 유저들이 각기 다른 성향을 갖고 있다면 그에 맞는 검색 결과를 제공하는 것이 효과적인 검색의 한 예라 할 수 있겠다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 유저 성향 기반의 효과적인 검색을 위하여 유저의 "전문성"과 "대중성"을 정의하고 그에 기반한 포스트 랭킹을 한다. 또한 서로 다른 유저의 성향은 매우 다른 검색 결과를 나타낸다는 우리의 주장을 실험결과로 뒷받침 한다.

  • Abstract In 2017, it has been reported that Google had more than 90% of the market share in search-engines of desktops and mobiles. Most people may consider that Google surely searches the entire web area. However, according to many researches for web data, Google only searches less than 10%, surprisingly. The most region is called the Deep Web, and it is indexable by special search engines, which are different from Google because they focus on a specific segment of interest. Those engines build their own deep-web databases and run particular algorithms to provide accurate and professional search results. There is no search engine that indexes the entire Web, currently. The best way is to use several search engines together for broad and efficient searches as best as possible. This paper defines that kind of search engine as Hybrid Search Engine and provides characteristics and differences compared to conventional search engines, along with a frame of hybrid search engine.

  • 웹 관련 기술의 발전과 더불어 정보시스템의 개발에서 기계가 자동 처리할 수 있는 데이터의 기술 방법으로 온톨로지의 사용이 보편화되고 있다. 온톨로지는 특정 영역의 개념과 그들간의 관계를 단순 명료하게 기술한다. 지식 발견을 위한 도메인 온톨로지 구축은 도메인의 이해, 데이터의 이해, 테스크의 이해, 온톨로지 학습, 온톨로지 평가, 정제 등 다단계를 통해 완성되나 전문성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 학습 기반 도메인 온톨로지 구축방법을 제안하고 건강데이터를 위한 온톨로지 구축에서 응용하였다. 제안된 학습 기반 온톨로지 구축 방법은 건강데이터의 세부 영역별 개념과 관계를 밝히는데 유용하였다.
