As the environment of wireless mobile is developed, the number of users who want to searching the information on the mobile internet is increasing as same as the contents are increasing. However the contents is just offered limited contents which should be charged such as download sounds and images. Users cannot be satisfied with their needs for searching information. The other hands, the reason why cannot achieved the effective comparison with costs is that the costs of development contents is very expensive. So variable contents cannot produced as much as users want. On this papers will introduce the way of producing the mobile contents by low cost. The program 'Mobuilder' will be introduced, which is the program to transfer directly form web contents to mobile contents. And it will propose the guideline to design mobile contents and mobile web will be developed mobile news site by proposed guideline and build the mobile site.

Recently, many WMS(Web Map Services) and POI(Point of Interest) services come to be in service on the Internet using Web GIS(Geographic Information System) as Information Technology and computer H/W are evolved faster in its speed, network bandwidth and features. The Web GIS is, however, limited and constrained on the specification of its system configuration, the service class provided and the presentation methodology of a map. As the mobile Internet becomes popular in mobile service, Web GIS service on mobile environment is strongly required and to be provided by location based WMS(Web Map Service) on a mobile client such as PDA with location information of the user. In this paper, we made an effort to design and implement a GIS computing environment by thin client for mobile web map service. For implementing the thin client GIS computing environment. we were using NGII's(National Geographic Information Institute's) DXF map, representing the map by SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) recommended by OGC(OpenGis Consortium), and adapting standard XML web service to provide the thin client GIS service on PDA by applying the location information of the user in realtime with GPS on mobile environment.

Recently, the rapid development of biotechnology brings the explosion of biological data and biological data host. Moreover, these data are highly distributed and heterogeneous, reflecting the distribution and heterogeneity of the Molecular Biology research community. As a consequence, the integration and interoperability of molecular biology databases are issue of considerable importance. But, up to now, most of the integrated systems such as link based system, data warehouse based system have many problems which are keeping the data up to date when the schema and data of the data source are changed. For this reason, the integrated system using web service technology that allow biological data to be fully exploited have been proposed. In this paper, we built the integrated system if the bio sequence information bated on the web service technology. The developed system allows users to get data with many format such as BSML, GenBank, Fasta to traverse disparate data resources. Also, it has better retrieval performance because the retrieval modules of the external database proceed in parallel.

The tophead monitor is a dual screen monitor that concludes auxiliary monitor with size 6.4 inch on the top of monitor. The bottom monitor screen provide previous function in the same way as before and the auxiliary monitor screen is arranged contents of internet advertising icon, banner advertising icon, moving picture screen, mail icon, etc. If you click contents, contents is moved peristaltically with the bottom monitor screen. The dual monitor screen is controlled by mouse and keyboard in the same way as before.

최근 다양하고 복잡한 물류 환경을 지원하기위해 다양한 비즈니스 솔루션이 생겨났다. 기업에서는 이러한 비즈니스 솔루션을 이용하고 있지만, 더 나은 물류 시스템 구축을 위해 RFID 시스템과의 통합에 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 RFID기반의 효율적인 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션을 위해서는 다양한 비즈니스 요구를 수용할 수 있는 개발환경이 제공되어야 한다. 또한 성능 향상 및 확장성, 그리고 새로운 애플리케이션으로의 전환 및 레거시 시스템과의 연동을 고려한 표준 환경의 지원이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 기반의 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션 개발 환경을 위한 효율적인 Enterprise Application Framework(EAF)를 제안한다. EAF는 EPCglobal Network, 웹 서비스, XML 등의 표준 환경을 기반으로 애플리케이션 개발에 표준을 제공한다. 또한 여러 도메인의 물류 시스템을 고려하여 효율적으로 RFID관련 비즈니스 프로세스를 개발할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.

멀티 클라우드 서비스 제공자가 연동된 환경에서 각 데이터 센터에 위치하고 있는 물리 노드들의 위치에 따라서 클라우드 서비스 사용자와 연결된 네트워크 속도에 차이가 발생하고 이에 의해서 각 물리 노드에서 생성되는 가상 자원 인스턴스의 작업 처리 성능에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 특히 웹 어플리케이션과 같은 네트워크 성능에 의존도가 높은 응용의 경우 이에 대한 성능 영향의 정도가 매우 크게 증가한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 클라우드 서비스 사용자와 가상 자원 인스턴스간의 물리적인 거리 및 동적인 네트워크 상황을 고려한 적응적 가상 자원 할당 기법을 소개한다.

The aim of this paper is to develop a web-based learning system in order to motivate college students in the area of science and engineering to study college calculus. We designed and developed web-based contents, named MathBooster, using Mathematica, webMathematica and phpMath taking advantages of rapid computation and symbolic computation. The features of MathBooster consists of four parts: graphical representation of calculus concepts, textual illustrations of conceptual understanding, example-based step-by-step learning with phpMath, and quizzes with diagnostic feedback. After the MathBooster was practiced with engineering students, the formative evaluation was conducted with survey items composed in four categories: user responses, screen layout, practicing examples and diagnostic feedback in solving quizzes. The overall level of user satisfaction was statistically measured using SPSS. Those results indicate which parts of MathBooster are needed for future enhancement.

This study aims to investigate a possibility of using topographic information by web mapping in open environments. Web mapping intends to focus on a map analysis and application of the function and geo-visualization. Functions of Web topographic info-map include a spatial analysis, enlargement and minimization, movement, landuse information, user-controling 3 dimension map, landform cross-section analysis, shortest path analysis. The web system adopts SVG(scalable vector graphics), MYSQL, PHP, XML for mapping. SVG has open source policy, so everyone can use it, as well, it is effective on flexible database linkage, cartographic representation. 3D map is intended to represent 3D map by user-controlled sunshine putting pixel opacity by elevation values after making DEM. Landform is designed to show a cross-section analysis and statistics by retrieving height information from database engine with clicking two points on the map. Shortest path analysis within regions uses Dijkstra's algorithm. Near future, resultantly, the area of WebGIS will have to meet more social demands for use-created geo-information and application, so more researches are needed to be web mapping more applicable for users.

In technology advances, The field of military and security surveillance system for a wide range of interest is required. Surveillance system offers a variety of services by the software that work with a remote access server. This paper shows the results of the implementation using three platforms as Mjpg-streamer for server, Arduino-multiwii for control system, OpenNI and OpenCV for image processing.
