인터넷을 통한 정보화의 영향으로 교육 방법에도 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 교수자와 학습자간 오프라인으로 이루어졌던 교육이 온라인상에서 이루어지게 되었고, 양질의 원격 교육을 실천하려는 노력 과정에서 LMS(Learning Management System)는 많은 발전을 하게 되었다[3]. 하지만 잘 개발된 LMS 라 할 지라도 온라인 교육에서는 오프라인 교육과 같이 교수자와 학습자의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상호 의견 수렴이 어렵다[4]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LMS 기능에 확장성과 이식성을 갖는 설문 시스템을 추가 함으로써 교수자와 학습자간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 지원하고자 한다. 또한 강의 점검, 교수전략 수립, 연구, 정책수립 및 사업추진을 위한 각종 조사에 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문의 설문 조사 시스템은 오픈 소스로 전국 대학 및 교육기관을 대상으로 무상 배포 중이며 그 활용을 검증 중이다[5].

Recently, usage of swearing words on web board is the most typical Internet negative-functions. For this, technical method is proposed for blocking swearing words or sentences by analyzing swearing words usage types and behaviors. This system consists of 3 steps. Firstly, a survey, analysis of swearing words on web board and algorithm proposal for blocking these words must be studied. Secondly, sufficient and concrete opinion researches about every generations for measuring swearing degree must be accomplished. Finally, implementation on web board by programming will be done. This paper, in the first, deals with usage analysis of swearing and algorithm developement for solving these problems.

The present study examined the usability of the web site design, focusing on the cognitive characteristics of the WWW. Specifically, we conducted two major non-experimental usability testing methods on the domestic web sites with various purposes. In research I. we used an on-line questionnaire method on 12 domestic web sites. As a result. several critical usability features and factors were identified. In research 2. we carried out a heuristic evaluation method to identify more specific usability problems The result of research 2 suggests that the heuristic evaluation method reveals more specific problems of the web site design than the questionnaire method.

In this paper, we introduce an adaptive e-Learning system for engineering mathematics which is based on computer algebra system (Mathematica) and on-line authoring environment. The system provides an assessment tool for individual diagnosis using Bayesian inference network. Using this system, an instructor can easily develop mathematical web contents via web interface. Examples of such content development are illustrated in the area of linear algebra, differential equation and discrete mathematics. The diagnostic module traces a student's knowledge level based on statistical inference using the conditional probability and Bayesian updating algorithm via Netica. As part of formative evaluation, we brought this system into real university settings and analyzed students' feedback using survey.

지필검사는 매우 제한적인 학생정보만 제공한다. 그래서 온라인상에서 웹기반으로 실시하는 컴퓨터이용검사가 개발되고 시도되어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 기존의 시스템은 문항을 자유롭게 이동하며 시험을 치를 수 없다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점으로 인하여 각 문항에 소요된 시간, 답안 변경 내역, 각 문항의 방문 횟수등과 같은 심화된 정보를 얻어낼 수 없다. 이러한 심화된 정보는 교육평가 영역에서 매우 중요시되는 정보이다. 심화된 정보를 알기 위해서는 응시자가 문항을 자유롭게 이동하면서 시험을 치를 수 있어야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 기존의 시스템이 제공하는 기본 정보 이외에 심화된 정보를 얻을 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 67명의 학생들에게 지필검사와 함께 각각 적용하고 설문 조사를 실시하였다.

The aim of this paper is to develop a web-based learning system in order to motivate college students in the area of science and engineering to study college calculus. We designed and developed web-based contents, named MathBooster, using Mathematica, webMathematica and phpMath taking advantages of rapid computation and symbolic computation. The features of MathBooster consists of four parts: graphical representation of calculus concepts, textual illustrations of conceptual understanding, example-based step-by-step learning with phpMath, and quizzes with diagnostic feedback. After the MathBooster was practiced with engineering students, the formative evaluation was conducted with survey items composed in four categories: user responses, screen layout, practicing examples and diagnostic feedback in solving quizzes. The overall level of user satisfaction was statistically measured using SPSS. Those results indicate which parts of MathBooster are needed for future enhancement.

With the rapid increase in supplying and applying of mobile devices major student services in colleges are provided in mobile device-based ones. In this paper we describe a design and implementation of a dormitory works supporting service system based on mobile web to efficiently assist dormitory business and provide student convenient services especially for dormitory type public schools and colleges requiring a strict student management. The proposed system, first, improves the effectiveness of work processing, such as roll call, sleep out handling, in the aspect of business management. Second students satisfaction level is increased as giving them access under Web by providing mobile web environment. We operated the proposed system over a college dormitory living around 250 students for a semester and evaluated its usefulness by conducting a questionnaire survey.

ERP 시스템은 기업의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 생산 판매 물류 회계 인사 등 기업의 기간 업무를 조직적 횡단적으로 파악하고, 경영 자원의 활용을 전사적으로 최적화하려는 계획 관리를 위한 경영 개념으로 사용되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. ERP시스템을 도입함으로써 얻는 이점으로는 실시간으로 제공되는 각종 재무, 생산관련 자료를 통한 신속한 의사결정 지원으로 의사결정의 일관성 및 질을 향상 시킬수 있으며 효율적인 재고관리를 통한 보관 및 유통비용의 최소화 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구의 2장에서는 ERP시스템 도입의 장점 및 효과를 제시하였고 3장과 4장에서는 ERP 시스템의 만족도에 대한 평가의 설문과 설문조사를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 5장에서는 분석결과를 도출하였다.

The purpose of this research is to summarize the methodological issues in internet survey and to suggest personalized internet survey system using data mining technique for enhancing the survey quality of internet survey as well as utilizing the benefit of interactive multimedia factors of internet survey. The data mining technique used in this paper is Case Based Reasoning for adopting individual design preference affecting survey quality. For achieving the research purpose, two surveys, pre & post survey, were performed. Pre survey was done for implementing CBR database to find individual index affecting survey quality and post survey was used for measuring the peformance of personalized internet survey system. The result shows that the survey quality of personalized web survey system is better than generalized web survey system.

Web personalization has focused on extracting web pages interesting to users, to help users searching wanted information efficiently on the web. One of the main methods to achieve this is by using queries, links and users' preferred words in the pages. In this study, we surveyed from the web users the features of pages that are considered important to themselves in selecting web pages. The survey results showed that the content of the pages is the most important. However, images and readability of the page are rated as high as the content for some users. Based on this result, we present a method for maintaining relative weights of major page features differently in the profile for each user, which is used for personalizing web search results. Performance of the proposed personalization method is analyzed to prove its superiority such that it yields as much as 1.5 times higher rate than the system utilizing both queries and preferred words and about 2.3 times higher rate than a generic search engine.
