본 연구에서는 '02년 제작 배포된 한국하천지도의 활용성을 극대화하고 하천관리업무 지원의 체계성을 확보하기 위하여 기 구축된 한국하천지도 추진현황 및 GIS DB를 분석하여 최신 IT기술 적용방안을 검토하였다. 또한, 최신 기술 동향 분석을 통하여 한국하천지도의 활용성 극대화를 위한 위치기반서비스(LBS; Location Based Service) 기술을 선정하여 시스템 설계 구축하였으며, 실시간 하천관리기술 확보를 위하여 건교부 및 공사에서 추진 중에 있는 정보시스템 현황을 조사 분석하여 한국하천지도의 유무선통합서비스 체계 구축을 위한 추진전략을 제시하였다. 이로써, 하천관련 종합적인 정보제공 기반을 구축함으로써 하천관리 업무시 웹 및 모바일 시스템을 통하여 조사자료 및 관리정보를 실시간 조회 및 활용할 수 있는 체계 구축이 가능하여 하천업무의 효율성 및 대국민 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

인터넷 사용자가 급증함에 따라 온톨로지를 이용한 지능형 웹이나 인터넷 사용자에게 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 예로 문맥광고는 인터넷 사용자들이 뉴스나 커뮤니티 사이트에서 콘텐츠를 조회하고, 해당 콘텐츠와 일치하거나 관련성이 높은 제품 또는 서비스 정보를 제공하는 광고기법이다. 그러나 문맥 광고는 사용자에게 다양한 콘텐츠 및 사이트 추천 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 다양한 콘텐츠 및 사이트 추천 서비스를 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자가 조회한 콘텐츠의 내용을 대표할 수 있는 중요 키워드를 선정하고, 콘텐츠 내에서 추출된 키워드간의 연관성을 분석하여 관련 콘텐츠 및 사이트를 추천하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 또한 연관키워드리스트 생성방법을 고속연관규칙을 이용하여 처리속도를 줄이고, 사용자가 선호할 만한 다양한 콘텐츠와 관련된 사이트를 제공하는 방법에 대해 제안한다.

This paper proposes automatic generation method of proxy client code to automation of web service selection process through a monitoring agent. The technique of this paper help service consumer to provide source code of proxy client as it bring an attribute value of specific element of WSDL document using template rule. Namely, a XSLT script file provide code frame of dynamic invocation interface model. The automatic code generation technique need to solving starvation status of selection architecture. It is required to creating request HTTP message for every service on the result of search. The created proxy client program code generate dummy message about services. The proposed client code generation method show us a possibility of application in the automatic generation programming domain.

인터넷 도구 중의 하나인 탐색엔진은 월드 와이드 웹의 보편화와 함께 중요한 매개체로 자리잡고 있다. 탐색엔진은 서비스 제공형태에 의해 크게 분류체계 제공형과 주제어 검색 제공형으로 나뉘어 지는데, 분류체계 제공형 엔진에 대한 연구는 그 이용빈도에 비해 부족한 편이다. 따라서, 인터넷 이용자의 탐색노력을 줄이는데 보다 유용한 분류체계 제공형 엔진에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 분류체계 제공에 중점을 두고 있는 국내외의 대표적인 탐색엔진 6종과 문헌 분류이론인 KDC와 DDC를 선정하여 그 분류체계를 비교ㆍ분석하여 적합한 형태의 탐색엔진 분류체계의 모형을 구축하고자 한다.

본 논문은 한국전산원 차세대 인터넷 응용서비스 2차 과제로 선정된 "개인 이동성을 지닌 지능형 웹 컨퍼런스 개발"을 수행함에 따른 결과를 정리했다. 일반적으로 인터넷 전화 프로토콜의 신호 프로토콜로 H.323과 SIP를 사용하고 있다. 최근 들어 H.323의 몇몇 낙제점 때문에 인터넷에 적합한 SIP로 대치되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 SIP는 기존 H.323과 달리 멀티미디어 컨퍼런스에 관한 신호 프로토콜이 명시 되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이런 SIP의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 멀티미디어 컨퍼런스를 위한 SIP 확장에 대해 기술한다.

This study aims to investigate the current state of digital reference services using electronic bulletin boards in Korean academic libraries and to suggest improvements. Through the examination of 205 academic library websites, 56 libraries were identified to use electronic bulletin for digital references. The digital reference service questions and responses from four libraries were further analyzed: the types of reference question, the structure and accuracy of answers, and digital reference completion time. The implications of this study for future research and practice lie in its provision of a systematic way to design practical guidelines for virtual reference services.

This paper analyzes if the rapidly increasing cyber universities' remote education provides services based on web accessibility standard and suggest the direction to reduce information difference between people. It selected 10 cyber universities recognized by the government and analyzed the application situation of the web accessibility using' A-Prompt', an evaluation and analysis tool for web accessibility focusing on factors that can be evaluated technically. It also compared it with $\ulcorner$cyber universities remote education web accessibility result$\lrcorner$ performed in 2006 to confirm if the accessibility is improved according to 'web contents accessibility instruction (KWCAG) 1.0. The result shows that the items such as the use of text and the support of supplementary explanation tool have improved. But it was analyzed that it is difficult for people to use web contents provided by domestic cyber universities. So the educational contents' accessibility application must be considered to solve such problems and publicize the remote education.

개발자 채용 시장은 기술 요구 사항이 시시각각 변화하는 동적인 환경이다. 구직자는 빠른 변화로 새롭게 생겨나는 기술 스택 및 채용 트렌드를 한눈에 파악하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 개발자 채용 시장에서 요구되는 기술 동향을 시각화하여 효율적으로 파악할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 웹 크롤링 기술을 활용해 채용 공고에서 요구되는 구인 요구사항을 수집하고 분석한다. 분석 결과는 기술 빈도, 지역별, 학력별 및 경력별로 제공되며, 사용자가 선택한 유형의 기술 동향 분석 결과를 시각화하여 제공한다. 이를 통해 개발자는 채용 시장에서 요구되는 기술을 식별하고 학습할 기술을 선정하는 과정을 간소화할 수 있다. 이러한 접근 방식은 효율적인 채용 시장 기술 동향 분석에 도움을 주고, 나아가 교육 기관이 채용 시장에서 요구되는 기술을 정확히 파악하여 교육 커리큘럼에 활용할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

본 논문은 한국형 모범사례 표준(KMWBP) 및 KMOK(Korean Mobile OK)를 기반으로 하는 모바일웹서비스에 대하여 인증절차를 수행하는 경우에 요구되는 인증 체계를 규정한다. 이 인증체계 표준을 통하여 관련된 인증시나리오, 인증프로세스 및 평가항목 선정 등의 규격 등과 상호연계성을 제공하며, 주요내용으로는 인증 체제의 구조, 인증 시스템의 범위, 요구되는 기구 및 절차 등에 대해 기술한다. 모바일OK 인증체계 및 구조 표준화를 통하여 모바일 OK 시험 및 인증과 관련된 시험 및 인증을 실시하는 경우에 가이드라인으로 활용 가능하며, 아울러 콘텐츠 및 브라우저의 기술적 변화에 따른 웹시장에서의 산업 경쟁력 확보에 이바지 할 것이다.

While numerous studies have suggested the significance of uncertainty during the process of information-seeking, less research has investigated user uncertainty in the actual search process using a real system. This study investigated user perceptions of uncertainty in the process of the selection of Web search terms in the real information-seeking process. The subjects at the doctoral or post-doctoral level were limited to the discipline of science in order to understand user perceptions in this field. The findings revealed various dimensions, types, and incidents of uncertainty. The typology of uncertainty facilitated an understanding of the subjects' information-seeking context by identifying various aspects of the context that constituted the subjects' uncertainty The identification of two principal origins of uncertainty based on the different types of uncertainty generated implications to improve information systems and services.
