현재 과학과 수행평가는 교사평가가 주를 이루고 있기 때문에 평가 결과의 피드백이 신속하게 이루어지지 못하고, 동료평가가 거의 이루어지지 않는다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹의 장점을 이용하여 인터넷 상의 다양한 자료를 보고서 작성에 이용할 수 있고 동료평가와 교사평가를 동시에 시행할 수 있는 웹 기반 과학 보고서 수행 평가 시스템을 설계하였다. 이 시스템의 흐름은 교사의 평가 과제 제출을 시작으로 학생들이 각자 다양한 정보를 수집하여 보고서를 작성하며 작성된 보고서를 동료 및 교사가 일정한 평가 기준에 의거하여 평가한 후, 학습자에게 평가 결과를 피드백하는 것으로 설계되었다. 이러한 시스템을 통해 교사의 업무 부담 경감은 물론, 학습자의 학습 의욕과 성취도 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

사회과에서는 학생들이 주제를 정해 스스로 계획을 세워 조사하고, 사회를 탐구해 가며 조사 보고서를 정리해가는 능력을 중요시 여겨왔다. 따라서 교육 현장에서 가장 많이 사용되는 사회과 수행평가 방법도 조사 보고서 방법이다. 하지만 대부분의 학습자들은 '보고서를 작성해오라'는 지시를 받고 뚜렷한 목표나 체계적인 형식 없이 보고서를 작성하고, 교사에게 제출한 후 학기말 평가 결과만을 일방향적으로 통보 받아왔다. 이에 본 연구는 정적인 텍스트 위주의 보고서 형식에서 벗어나 웹에서 효율적이고 평가의 질을 높일 수 있는 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 설계하였다.

In this paper we implemented a web-based performance monitoring system for web mail server. For this system we derived performance monitoring items and fixed its threshold values for each measuring items. We used the SCOM 2007 server monitoring tool for collecting the performance data of web mail server and Exchange server management pack and server monitoring rules of SCOM 2007 to set the performance analysis parameters. We implemented this performance monitoring system using C# programming based on the ASP.NET framework. This system supports web-based performance report, failure report and resource availability report from the performance analysis results. Therefore the manager can easily detect the failures of web mail server in advance and decrease the number of failure over 60%. Also this system helps manager to minimize the recovery time when the failure occurs.

최근 정부의 R&D 연구에 대한 지원 규모 증가로 인해 전국가적으로 활발하게 기술 연구가 진행되고 있지만 예산을 집행하는 과정에서 기술 연구개발 과제의 중복연구로 시간과 예산을 낭비하는 사례를 노출하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 정부 R&D 과제 선정과정에서 연구주제의 중복성 방지 등 근원적 혁신이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기술 및 빅데이터 분석 기술(하둡, 아마존 웹 서비스)과 같은 데이터 분석 기술이 도입된 클라우드 기반 R&D 연구 보고서 문서표절 및 유사도를 검출하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 SaaS 형태의 "on-demand software"로 웹 접속만으로 사용이 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 반복적인 검침업무 및 분석을 자동화하여 보다 효율적으로 전력사용량 및 부하사용량을 파악하고, 이를 자동으로 분석할 수 있도록 한 웹기반 전력관리 시스템을 소개한다. 당사에서 개발한 웹기반 전력관리 시스템은 디지털 장치와 컴퓨터 S/W를 통해 각 피더별 데이터를 실시간으로 수집, 가공하여 데이터베이스에 저장하고 보고서 등을 자동으로 작성하며, 피더별 부하 비교/분석 둥을 통하여 전력 사용량 및 부하사용량에 대한 분석을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 웹 브라우져를 통해 인터넷이 연결된 곳이면 어디에서나 실시간 계측값, 이력트렌드 둥의 필요한 정보를 제공받을 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, (주)효성, 창원공장에 적용된 사례를 통하여 웹기반 전력 판리 시스템을 설치하였을 때 얻을 수 있는 효과를 분석하였다.

IDC는 기업 및 개인 고객에게 전산 설비나 네트워크 설비를 유치하여 유지·보수 등의 서비스를 제공하는 곳으로, 서버 장비 및 통신장비의 운영과 관리를 대행하여 서버의 안정성, 보안성과 서버가 제공하는 서비스의 품질을 유지해 주는 시설이다. 하지만 학교나 일부기업에서는 자신들의 고유 서비스를 위해 호스트를 자신들의 NOC(Network Operation Center)에 놓아두게 되고, 그러면 IDC에서 지원하는 다양한 관리 서비스를 제공받지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 IDC 관리형 인터넷 서비스 모니터링 및 관리시스템의 구조를 제안하고 시스템을 구현한다. 웹에서 효과적인 모니터링 및 관리를 위하여 JAVA 기반의 설계를 하였으며, 인터넷 서비스에 대한 효율적인 관리를 위하여 ICMP 프로콜을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 원격지의 서버의 상태나 인터넷 서비스의 전반적인 상태를 일정하게 유지하며, 웹을 기반으로 하여 모니터링 및 관리를 할 수 있다. 중요 기능은 데이터의 주기적인 수집과, 수집된 정보를 데이터 베이스에 저장함으로써 네트워크의 상태 변화에 대한 지속적인 관찰이 가능하다. 또한 시스템에 어떤 문제가 발생하였다고 판단될 경우 효율적이고 신속한 대처가 이루어지도록 하기 위하여 관리자에게 보고서를 제출하게 된다.

본 연구에서는 공학교육인증에서 구성원의 의견이나 요구사항을 효과적으로 파악하기 위한 설문조사 수행 절차와 웹 기반 설문시스템의 기능 및 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하고 제안된 프레임워크에 따라 웹 기반 설문시스템을 개발한 방법을 소개한다. 본 설문시스템은 설문문항을 문항은행식으로 설문대상자별, 설문 영역별로 DB화하여 계층적으로 관리함으로써 체계적인 설문문항의 관리는 물론 웹 기반 설문지 작성의 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 웹상에서 전자메일을 통하여 설문조사를 수행하여 비용, 시간, 에러 발생을 줄일 수 있다는 면에서 큰 장점을 갖고 있으며, 설문조사 결과를 다양한 방식으로 분석하여 도식적 표현을 통한 보고서 작성 기능을 제공한다.

In social studies the ability of a student to investigate after deciding the subject and individual planning to search for society and to put investigation reports in order has been taken as highly important. The social studies performance evaluation methods used most frequently in education is also one of the investigation report method. However, when most students get the task "Write the report", they might write the report without any distinct object or organized structure. The evaluation result given by the teacher at the end of term is thus one sided. The recent performance evaluation is to keep the existing evaluation and let only the result have importance, not the essential meaning. So this paper is to build and materialize a web-based performance evaluation system, to be able to evaluate a course of classes. This paper's purposes was to write the reports in setting the standard form that the students research and collect the various data as based in the system and to improve the quality of evaluation and to inspire the study motivation as acting the mutuality action among the students and between them and teachers as giving a feedback at once after evaluating among colleagues by suggested evaluation views.

In this paper, we design and implement web based Intranet Management Report Publisher (IMRP) that generates automatically daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report for configuration, performance and fault management of the Intranet. Intranet managers can analyze status of the Intranet with IMRP easier The IMRP publishes the Intranet management reports based on TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture) using CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture). The advantages of this architecture are to protect the Intranet management system by being connected to the User Agent program and to raise the efficiency of maintenance by modifying only the User Agent program as accessing part of the Intranet management system is needed to change.

Current performance evaluation of the natural science section mainly focuses on teacher evaluation, which causes slow feedback on the evaluation result and little evaluation on colleagues due to limits of time and space. In addition, report performance evaluation, which is a main target of the evaluation in the natural science section, is conducted mostly based on records of experiments and observation without any systematic forms. Such performance evaluation cannot meet expectation on the evaluation for a self-adjustment through instant feedback on the evaluation result and improvement of motivation through sharing common performance standard. Therefore, the study here completes an experiment/research report through information sharing and discussion among colleague learners based on the web and uses it for colleague or teacher evaluation. In addition, it is intended to recognize needs of learners and develop a performance evaluation system that can provide learners with appropriate feedback through the result.
