The self-regulated learning was making an alternative idea to improve a learning effect of student who takes part in a study course. This research aimed the self- regulated learning of E-learning system. Also. in this system, the students were able to select the learning object according to the learning method for improving learning effect that students take part in study spontaneously. And the learning logic was implemented for development efficiency and operation by web service. Finally, the test result of study group who had the similar studying level displayed that the proposal method was better learning effect than exist one.

After that Internet was introduced to Korea, Web page has developed from text centered to graphic-centered at its fist stage. At the present, it is improving to a design for users. Furthermore, with the acceleration of Information super-highway construction and generalization of basic technology for multi-media, the educational environment has transformed to demander-focused and internet basis service which transcends time and space. Consequently, the educational structure is converting from instructors unilateral lead to student-centered. Additionally, the common usage and digitalization of information have an effect on progress of education quality and cost saving. Although there are plenty of educational web pages on internet, we can notice that many of them are inconvenient for users to put into practice. The reason is that many experts overlook the fundamental which is the basic skill for design and understanding of Web must be accompanied with Web design. Therefore, this thesis will find out the points users should consider for use of Web page and realize the educational web page, reflected for VRML training.

The most important technology in the electronic commerce based on Internet is to guarantee the security of trading information exchange. Many technologies are proposed as a standard to support this security problem. One of them is an XML (eXtensible Markup Language). This is used in various applications as the document standard for electronic commerce system. The XML security has become very important topic. In this paper an XML security model for web services based electronic commerce system to guarantee the secure exchange of trading information. To accomplish the security of XML, the differences of XML signature, XML encryption and XML key management scheme respect to the conventional system should be provided. The new architecture is proposed based on unique characteristics of XML. Especially the method to integrate the process management system need to the electronic commerce is proposed.

본 논문에서는 최근 인터넷 상에서 표준 공통 포맷으로 대두되고 있는 XML을 이용하여 웹 기반 원격 교육 시스템에서 강의 내용에 참조도리 참고문헌 지원 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. Three-tier 환경에서 구현한 이 시스템은 middle-tier인 웹 서버에서 데이터베이스에 저장된 참고문헌을 XML 데이터로 변환하여 효과적으로 처리함으로써 서버의 부하를 감소시키며 이것은 성능 향상으로 이어져 학습자에게 더 나은 속도로 원격 교육의 참고문헌 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 동적으로 서버와 상호작용 가능하도록 학습자가 c마고 문헌의 유익함 정도를 매긴 등급 점수 계산에 직접 참여시켜 그 결과를 볼 수 있도록 하여 학습 의욕을 더욱 고취시킬 수 있다. 앞으로 웹기반 원격교육의 참고문헌 지원 시스템은 세계 각 대학이나 연구소에 분산되어 있는 여러 데이터 소스로부터 필요한 정보만을 실시간으로 추출하여 수집, 통합, 통계 처리할 수 있도록 확장될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 원격교육을 위한 교재 설계 및 저작의 전반적인 개발원리와 세부 시스템의 알고리즘을 소개하고자한다. 리눅스는 지원하는 프로토콜이 다양하고 Windows개열 보다 낮은 사양의 하드웨어 사양에서도 서비스가 가능하므로 예산에 많은 제약을 받고 있는 학교 교육에 적합하다 원격 교육시스템의 개발 환경은 웹서버는 아파치 서버, 교재설계와 저작 모듈을 위한 응용프로그램은 컴퍼넌트 기반의 JAVA beam을 웹문서는 PHP, DBMS는 MySQL을 사용하고 있다.

현재 인류는 지식 기반 사회로 빠르게 발전하고 있으며 지식의 중요도가 상승할수록 지식을 체계적으로 전달하는 교육의 중요성도 상승하고 있다. 이와 더불어 진학 정보들은 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있는 반면 기존의 진학 정보 서비스는 정보의 내용이 극히 단편적이거나 일반적이며 신속한 정보제공이 이루어지지 않는다는 문제점을 안고 잇는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개인의 프로파일을 관리하고, 정보 간의 의미를 파악하여 관련 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 시맨틱 웹 기술을 기반으로 의미 기반의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 맞춤 지학 정보 서비스 시스템을 설계 하고자 한다.

The web is one of the most intimate technologies in people's daily lives, and most of the time, people are sharing data on the web. Simple messenger, news, video, as well as various data are now spreading through the web. In addition, with the emergence of Web assembly technology, the programs that run in the existing native environment start to enter the domain of the Web, and the data shared by the Web is now getting wider and larger in terms of VR / AR contents and big data. Therefore, in this paper, we have studied how to effectively deliver web contentsto users who use Web service by using service worker that can operate independently without being dependent on browser and cache API that can effectively store data in web browser.

초고속 인터넷 망의 구축에 따라 정보통신 교육이 활성화에 힘입어 직.간접적으로 응용하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 웹 기반 원격강의는 원거리 학습자들의 학습욕구를 자기 주도적인 학습이 되도록 전체적인 수업을 진행하므로 학습과정에서의 질의 응답을 교수자에게 면대면으로 제공하지 못하였다. 따라서 학습자가 요구한 질의 내용을 잘못 이해함에 따라 교수자가 학습과정에서의 피드백 제공을 하지 못함으로써 개인학습의 동기부여가 감소됨에 따라 흥미를 입게 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 서비스에 대한 체계적인 분석 및 설계를 위해 네비게이션 모델을 통해 질의 응답을 지원하는 QALT(Question Answer Learning Tool)를 설계 및 구현한다. 원격강의는 웹 상에서 기본적인 컨텐츠를 제시하고 그를 통해 수업이 진행되는 과정에서의 질의 응답의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 일다대(One-To-Many)의 서비스를 제공한다. 또한. 학습자는 교수자가 지정한 교육용 서버를 통해 텍스트 형식이 아닌 강의자료로 쓰인 문서파일에 직접 작성하여 질의 응답을 가능하게 된다. 그로 인해 교수자와 학생간의 질의 응답을 통해 상호작용을 원활하게 할 수 있는 보조학습도구로써의 사용이 증가될 것이다. 또한 서버에서의 폴더 서비스와 메일링 서비스를 통해 실시간 질의 응답이 가능함으로써 학습자는 강의파일에서 그림에 관한 질문에 효과를 볼 수 있고 교수자는 질문 받은 내용의 위치를 시각적으로 쉽게 볼 수 있으므로 빠른 응답이 가능하게 될 것이다.

Internet application for education has drawn interests in recent time. Usually the method of communication was unidirectional, which means teachers posted educational material on a server and students received them. Even the usage of WWW can't overcome the restriction of unidirectional communication problem. In order to solve this problem, researchers and commercial vendors began to provide packages for bidirectional solution. WBT(Web Based Test) is important subject in this viewpoint. In this paper, the development and application of the 'Module Study' will be presented. The system realize the powerful personalized tutoring, which is even beyond the capability of conventional WBT, and propose a new direction of Web Based Learning.

자연사박물관은 과학박물관 중 자연계를 구성하고 있는 자료 및 현상, 자연의 역사에 관한 자료를 자연사과학 및 자연교육의 입장에서 다루는 박물관이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 자연사박물관의 컨텐츠 자료 중 특히 천연기념물, 멸종위기종, 보호대상종 및 희귀야생종, 특산종, 신종을 중심으로 웹에 기반한 자연사박물관 컨텐츠 구축을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해, 컨텐츠 정보를 데이터베이스 시스템에 저장하고, 저장된 자료를 웹 상에서 효과적으로 서비스 할 수 있는 검색 시스템을 구축하였다.
