This paper implemented the web service that converts general web page to the web page using the speech recognition and the web service consumer that provides speech recognition service for the web page. This system has the web service consumer, the web service provider that converts the web page and the web service provider that provides speech recognition. The web service provider that converts the web page analyzes general web page by using the regular expression and converts it to the speech-recognition web page. The speech recognizer is the web service providers that implemented in the previous study. As a result of experiment, we show that this system changes web page by analyzing tags and extracts hyperlink.

본 논문은 일반 웹페이지를 음성인식이 가능한 웹페이지로 전환하고, 이 페이지가 사용 될 수 있는 웹서비스를 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시스템은 웹서비스 소비자와 웹서비스 제공자로 구성되어 있다. 웹서비스 소비자는 다음에 설명하는 두개의 웹서비스 제공자를 호출하는 기능과 재구성된 웹페이지외 xml 문서를 저장하는 기능, xml 문서로부터 사용자의 음성과 매핑되는 URL을 검색하는 기능을 포함하고 있다. 웹서비스 제공자는 웹페이지를 변환하는 웹서비스 제공자와 음성인식 웹서비스 제공자이다. 웹페이지 변환 웹서비스 제공자는 일반 웹페이지를 분석하여 필요한 태그를 변환하는 기능과 하이퍼링크 값인 URL을 추출하는 기능으로 구성되어 있다. 사용자의 음성을 분석하고 인식하는 음성인식기는 기존의 연구에서 구현된 음성인식 웹서비스 제공자를 이용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify important web pages in a particular area The basic premise is that citation analysis can show a similar relationship among different web pages. Web pages about‘weather’were found using a search engine Each web page was examined by hyperlink from other web pases and/or to other web pages. After this process, seven web pases are linked by many web pages. Seven web pages were analyzed by co-citation analysis. The result shows that selected web pages are linked by characteristics of information provided.

웹 상의 정보는 여러 페이지들에 걸쳐 표현되고 있으나 대부분의 웹 브라우저는 웹 페이지 단위로 정보를 다루고 있기 때문에 사용자는 원하는 정보를 얻기 위해 여러 웹 페이지들을 방문해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 요구에 부합되는 정보를 검색해 여러 페이지 상에 흩어져 있는 정보들에 대해 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 컬렉션 페이지를 제공한다. 컬렉션 페이지는 검색된 웹 페이지들의 링크 관계를 제공하여 페이지들 사이에서의 정보의 구성을 알 수 있게 하고, 관련도 높은 페이지들의 주요 내용을 미리 가져와 보여 줌으로써 정보에 대한 접근성을 높인다. 이를 위해 페이지 안에서 시각적으로 구분되는 동일한 주제의 정보를 담은 블록을 의미 구역으로 정의하고 웹 페이지를 실제 정보의 단위인 의미 구역으로 나누었다. 또한 의미 구역단위의 검색으로 여러 주제의 정보를 담고 있는 웹 페이지에 대한 검색 결과의 정확성을 높인다.

As designing webpage has become part of daily life, the public library tends to use the webpage for the information service and the public relations as well. In this context, this study explores the theoretical background on the webpage of public libraries； investigates and analyzes, based on previous studies, the webpage of public libraries in Seoul in terms of its informations structure and contents : and suggests some recommendations, through designing and controlling, for the effective use of the webpage of public libraries.

일반적으로 웹 페이지 변조 점검 시스템은 해시 코드를 이용한다. 해시 코드 방법은 웹 페이지의 민감한 변화를 즉시 찾아 낼 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 인터넷 포털이나 뉴스 사이트 등의 동적인 웹 페이지의 경우에 적용하기 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 포털이나 뉴스 사이트 등과 같은 웹 페이지의 내용이 계속해서 변화하는 경우에도 적용할 수 있는 N-Gram 색인 기반의 웹 페이지 변조 점검 시스템인 웹 레이더 시스템을 제시한다. 웹 레이더 시스템은 정상적인 웹 페이지의 N-Gram 색인과 점검 시에 생성한 N-Gram 색인을 비교하여 두 인덱스의 동일 N-Gram의 발생 비율 차이를 합한 값을 N-Gram 색인 거리로 정의하고 이 값을 이용하여 웹 페이지 변조를 확인한다 본 논문에서 제시하는 웹 레이더 시스템은 구조화되지 않은 동적 웹 페이지의 변조를 원격에서 점검할 수 있다.

Recently, the amount of web pages, which include various information, has been drastically increased according to the explosive increase of WWW usage. Therefore, the need for web page classification arose in order to make it easier to access web pages and to make it possible to search the web pages through the grouping. Web page classification means the classification of various web pages that are scattered on the web according to the similarity of documents or the keywords contained in the documents. Web page classification method can be applied to various areas such as web page searching, group searching and e-mail filtering. However, it is impossible to handle the tremendous amount of web pages on the web by using the manual classification. Also, the automatic web page classification has the accuracy problem in that it fails to distinguish the different web pages written in different forms without classification errors. In this paper, we propose the automatic web page classification system using meta-tag that can be obtained from the web pages in order to solve the inaccurate web page retrieval problem.

정보통신의 발달과 인터넷의 대중화로 인해 웹페이지 구축이 생활화됨에 따라 의학도서관에서도 웹페이지를 통한 효과적인 정보제공이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 의학도서관 웹페이지를 대상으로 웹페이지 설계기준에 따라 구조와 내용을 분석하여 문제점을 살펴보고 활성화 방안을 마련하여, 웹페이지를 통한 효과적인 의학도서관의 정보서비스 제공에 기여하고자 한다.

Due to the exponential increase of information, search and access for the Web information or service takes much time. Web information is represented through several web pages using hyperlinks and each web page is contains several topics. However. most existing web tools don't reflect such web authoring tendencies and treat it as an independent information unit. This inconsistency yields inherent problems in web browsing and searching. In this paper, we propose a web surfing assistant called LinkBroker that provides collodion pages. They are composed of relevant information extracted from several web pages that have table and frame structure in order to improve accessibility to web information. Especially, the system extracts a set of web pages that are logically connected and groups those pages using table and frame tags. Then, essential information blocks in each page of a group are extracted to construct an integrated summary page. It Provides a comprehensive view to user and one cut way to access distributed information. Experimental results show the effectiveness and usefulness of LinkBroker system.

As the webpage has become part of our daily lives, libraries tend to use the webpage for the information service and for the pubic relations as well. In that, the importance on the management of webpage in libraries has been emphasized. This study explores the theoretical background on the webpage and its management; surveys and analyzes the webpages of 20 medical libraries in Seoul in terms of its management; and suggests some recommendations for the effective management of webpages in libraries.
