  • Attitude toward the advertising is widely used in studies of traditional mass media advertising. As internet marketing becomes more important, attitude toward the website will gain parallel status in evaluating effectiveness. And also, studies on relationship among attitude toward the website, attitude toward the advertising, attention to the commercial, attitude toward the brand, & purchase intention was needed. This study sets a hypothetical model about the relationship among attitude toward the website, attitude toward the advertising, attention to the commercial, attitude toward the brand, & purchase intention. And to testify this model, 10 hypotheses were set. The results of the analysis, all variables were related significantly.

An Exploratory Study on the Relationship Between Tourism Motivations and On-line Tourism Information Search Behavior (관광동기와 인터넷 관광정보 검색간의 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • The public Information systems for destination marketing have poorly operated and failed to satisfy tourists' needs. Public tourism website mainly offers fundamental tourism information such as transportation, lodging and prime attractions, which is mainly specialized in commercial web sites, and fails to attract tourists. For the public benefits, marketing strategy publicl DMOs have to specialize their tourism information, and attract specific target markets. Thus, this study examined the effect of tourism motivations on information search behavior to figure out the importance of tourism information. The results show that the level of escapist motivation positively to the perceived importance of fundamental informations, and the level of activist motivation effects positively to the perceived importance of objective-specific informations. These results give show problems of regional tourism information site and implications are suggested.

A Study on Research Services of Presidential Archives in Korea (대통령기록관의 검색, 열람 및 연구지원 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate services of presidential archives in Korea for users who utilize holdings of the archives for scholarly purposes, as well as to examine users' perception of the services. For these purposes, the study analyzed the content of 13 U.S. presidential libraries' Web sites in terms of their research services. In addition, it examined the content of a Korean presidential archives' Web site regarding its research services. Telephone interviews of three staff members of the presidential archives were conducted to better understand the services. With this, three users who have written research papers by using presidential records were interviewed by telephone. It was found that federated search services, access by subjects, and related records of search results were considered necessary by users. A variety of digitized records should be provided online and the services needed should be changed from mere processing of FOIA requests to archival reference services to meet users' needs. Congruently, the presidential archives should provide specialized services to offer records relevant to users' research interests and to provide the compilation of selected records crucial for research.

  • 정보통신의 발달과 인터넷의 확산으로 정보에 대한 사용자의 욕구가 다양해졌다. 최근에는 인물을 중심으로 검색을 제공하는 웹(Web)사이트들이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 웹사이트들을 살펴보면 텍스트 위주의 서비스를 제공하거나 Hyper Link를 이용한 검색 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 특히 사이버 족보들은 단순히 자신의 위치만 검색이 가능하고 자신의 형제, 부모, 자식의 위치를 검색하기에는 불가능하다. 또한 대부분의 사이버 족보에서는 조상들의 유물이나 유적에 대하여 이미지와 부연 설명만을 제공하고 있어 후손들에게 많은 정보를 제공하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 트리 알고리즘을 도입하여 사이버 족보를 설계해 보았다. 사이버 족보 내에서 자신만이 아니라 부모, 형제, 그리고 본인의 자식까지 검색이 가능한 알고리즘을 설계하였으며 조상들의 유물과 유적에 대하여 검색이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

  • 웹기반 감성 DB 시스템은 G7 감성공학사업에 대한 연구결과를 체계적으로 분석하고, 웹을 이용하여 조회.검색을 용이하게 하기 위하여 감성지표를 분야별로 분류하여 서비스하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 감성공학사업으로 산출한 각종 정보물과 연구 결과물들을 인터넷을 통하여 소개하고 있다. 그러나 이 시스템은 데이터의 다양성으로 인하여 사용자 인터페이스를 더욱 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹사이트에 대한 평가를 실시하여 웹사이트의 주요 성공요인을 파악하고 이를 관리하고자, 감성공학 학술 및 연구정보서비스 웹사이트 평가를 위한 모델을 개발하였다.

  • 행정정보공표는 시민이 공개요청을 하기 전에 공공기관이 사전에 행정정보를 요청하기 전에 미리 공개하는 제도이다. 이 제도는 국민의 알권리 충족을 위해 2004년 "정보공개법"에 도입되었고 2011년에 동법 시행령을 통하여 좀 더 구체화 되었다. 이에 따라, 공공기관은 "정보공개법"과 "정보공개운영매뉴얼" 등을 기준으로 행정정보를 사전에 공개하고 있다. 본 연구는 중앙행정기관 중 17개부 웹사이트를 대상으로 행정정보를 사전에 공표하고 있는지, 공표된 목록을 웹사이트에서 어떤 형식으로 공개하고 있는지, 사전공표한 행정정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 방법을 제공하는지 등의 3가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 내부규정 및 지침에 법에서 요구한대로 행정정보공표를 사전에 제공하는 기관이 5개에 불과했으며, 규정 및 지침에 따라 웹사이트에서 제공하지 않았고, 메뉴의 구성도 통일성이 부족하며, 원문정보로의 접근을 위한 링크연결과 검색기능에 대한 문제점을 발견하였다.

A Study on the Influence of Consumers Functional Recognition on Their Switching Behaviors, using Food Providers' Web Sites (외식기업 온라인 웹사이트를 이용하는 소비자들의 기능별 지각 수준이 전환 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of food service web site users' functional recognition extent on switching behaviors. For this, a survey of web site users was carried out. As for analytic methods, frequency analysis was used to examine respondents' demographic features. In addition, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out used to look into the influence of functional recognition of food providers' web sites on switching behaviors. Study findings are as follows: all the functional variables such as entertainment, advertisement & public relations, communication and purchase decision-making function have significant influence on users' switching behaviors. When users' recognition extent of food providers' online web sites is high, their switching behavior is also high. In particular, the following clause have the greatest influence upon users' switching behaviors pattern. In the function of entertainment, (1) it is easy to search on web site; in the advertisement function, (2) the image of restaurant can easily be recognize; In the communication function, (3) the image of new products can be seen with ease; and in the purchase decision-making function, (4) web sites are easily accessible.

Fast URL Lookup Using URL Prefix Hash Tree (URL Prefix 해시 트리를 이용한 URL 목록 검색 속도 향상)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient URL lookup algorithm for URL list-based web contents filtering systems. Converting a URL list into URL prefix form and building a hash tree representation of them, the proposed algorithm performs tree searches for URL lookups. It eliminates redundant searches of hash table method. Experimental results show that proposed algorithm is $62%{\sim}210%$ faster, depending on the number of segment, than conventional hash table method.

Analysis of Website Services of Support Center for Childcare of Districts (시군구 육아종합지원센터 웹사이트 서비스 현황 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumer centered on-line services of Support Center for Childcare(SCC) of districts. For this purpose this study analyzed the 69 on-line services in websites of SCC. The materials used to evaluate the website services in this study were revised from Lee(2009)'s, Moon(2005)'s and Lee(2005)'s study. The evaluation categories are composed of information providing services, complaints handling services, online participation services, and usability services. The result of this study are as follows. First, in the aspect of information providing services, introduction to SCC, main business of SCC, and related website ranked high. Second, in the aspect of complaints handling services, complaint service board and complaint process notice ranked high. Third, in the aspect of online participation services, on-line application and reservation ranked high. Fourth, in the aspect of usability services, integrated searching, site map, and personal information protection ranked high. The results of this study showed that websites of SCC of districts tried to various services to communicate the consumers. Also the results of this study revealed the contents and problem of websites of SCC, and implied the more systematic and efficient services of SCC.

A Customized Tourism System Using Log Data on Hadoop (로그 데이터를 이용한 하둡기반 맞춤형 관광시스템)

  • As the usage of internet is increasing, a lot of user behavior are written in a log file and the researches and industries using the log files are getting activated recently. This paper uses the Hadoop based on open source distributed computing platform and proposes a customized tourism system by analyzing user behaviors in the log files. The proposed system uses Google Analytics to get user's log files from the website that users visit, and stores search terms extracted by MapReduce to HDFS. Also it gathers features about the sight-seeing places or cities which travelers want to tour from travel guide websites by Octopus application. It suggests the customized cities by matching the search terms and city features. NBP(next bit permutation) algorithm to rearrange the search terms and city features is used to increase the probability of matching. Some customized cities are suggested by analyzing log files for 39 users to show the performance of the proposed system.
