Establishing a Integrated Water Quality Management System for Coastal Area (연안역 수질정보통합관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구)

  • 해양과 인접해 있는 연안역은 오염물질이 집중적으로 배출되는 곳으로 수질 및 환경오염이 문제시되고 있는 지역이다. 계속적인 연안역 수질악화를 막기 위해서는 광범위한 지역으로부터 배출되는 대량의 오염원 데이터와 환경정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 GIS기반의 수질정보통합관리시스템이 필수적이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 연안역의 점ㆍ비점오염원 자료, 수질측정자료, 생태자료 등을 구축하고, 구축된 오염원 데이터를 바탕으로 원단위를 이용한 오염부하산정시스템을 구축함으로써 연안역 수질정보를 통합관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 오염부하량 산정은 가지야마 수식모델을 이용하여 유출량을 산정, 원단위를 이용한 발생 및 배출부하 산정, 유달율을 고려한 유달부하량 및 유입농도 산정을 포함한다. 오염부하량 산정시스템은 사용자의 오염원 DB의 갱신에 따라 오염부하산정에 즉시 반영되도록 설계하였다. 나아가 효율적인 결과분석 체계 지원을 위하여 GIS를 이용한 오염부하량을 색의 농도차를 이용 도식하여 전체유역에 대한 임의지점에 발생하는 오염원 규모 및 유출 특성을 한눈에 조회가 가능하도록 함으로써 편리성을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 연안역 수질정보통합관리시스템은 수질관리에 있어 오염원자료의 유출과정의 해석을 통해 유역내 효율적인 오염원자료의 관리방안을 수립할 수 있도록 지원이 가능하며, 연안역으로 유입되는 오염량의 예측을 통하여 친환경 대안 제시를 위한 수질관리방안의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Internet-based Apparel Fabric Information System (인터넷을 기반으로 하는 의류용 소재 정보시스템)

  • In this research, an internet-based fabric information system has been developed. Recently, the numbers of textile industries which have their own homepages to advertise their product fabrics fur apparel through the Internet and textile e-Commerce web sites rapidly increase. Unfortunately, traditional fabric information systems based on direct meeting and trust cannot give sufficient information to numerous visitors of the Internet sites including fabric buyers for apparel. They can just view 3-dimensional fabric images and text-based specifications such as fabric density, composition, colors, weight, etc. To solve these problems, the new fabric information system fur apparel has been developed. The web-based fabric information system is composed of the following six modules; $\circled1$ fabric database management system, $\circled2$ a 3-D fabric drape image viewer to illustrate fabric appearances, $\circled3$ a virtual wearing system to apply a fabric to garment designs, $\circled4$ a fabric property viewer to confirm fabric characteristics, $\circled5$ a QC (quality control) document generator to manufacture high qualify garments with a fabric, and$\circled6$actual display mall to view actual fabrics. The fabric information system is simply performed by visitors clicking the buttons hyper-linked with JAVA applets on web browser. The web-based fabric information system enables the web site visitors to understand fabrics shown on the Internet in more details.

  • ICT 산업의 패러다임은 인터넷 중심에서 모바일 중심으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이로 인해 모바일 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 범위가 늘어나고 있으며, 새로운 모바일 어플리케이션을 제공하여 제품을 홍보하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 천연 염색 정보를 언제 어디서나 편리하게 제공하기 위한 모바일 어플리케이션을 설계한다. 이 모바일 어플리케이션은 천연염색 관련 자원, 색채, 염색 섬유원단, 제품 중심으로 정보를 제공한다.

Water Quality Assessment in Hwangryong River Basin using GIS (GIS를 이용한 황룡강 유역의 수질오염평가)

  • 유역의 수질오염 평가는 GIS의 이용으로 더욱 발달되었는데 이 방법에서는 일반적으로 이용 할 수 있는 자료 즉, 소유역 구분도 및 하천망도, DEM, 강우자료, 유량측정지점 및 측정자료, 오염부하량 원단위자료, 수질측정자료, 토지이용자료, 점오염원(축산농가, 인구, 산업체)자료 등을 사용하여 유역에 대한 연간 평균 오염부하량과 오염농도를 계산할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 장성과 광주 일부분을 유역으로 하는 황룡강 유역에 대해 GIS를 이용하여 수질오염을 평가하였다. 점오염원의 오염부하량은 수계 내에서 발생하는 점오염원의 위치를 기준으로 원단위를 적용하여 오염부하량을 구하였다 비점오염원 농도는 연평균 오염부하량을 총연간 누적유량으로 나눔으로써 계산하였다. 유역의 연평균 오염부하량에 대한 공간분포 그리드를 만들기 위해 각각의 그리드 셀에 대해 오염농도와 유출량을 곱한 값을 하류방향으로 누적하여 계산하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 사용하여 대상 유역에 대한 비점오염원 수질 농도의 예측치를 계산하였며, 이 예측치와 실측치를 비교 분석함으로서 개발된 모형을 검증하였다. 대상유역의 자료를 사용하여 황룡강 유역에 대한 개략적인 수질오염을 평가한 결과 BOD 유달율은 약 20%정도로 나타났다.

  • 2.5D Mapping system that embody in this paper can make new design by doing draping to live various texture and model picture image of fashion clothes by pattern, and can confirm clothes work to simulation without producing direction sample or product directly. Also, the system can support function that can forecast fabric design and state of end article exactly, and the system can bring competitive power elevation of fashion industry and cost-cutting effect by doing draping using database of fabric and model picture image. 2.5D Mapping system composed and embodied by mesh warp algorithm module, light and shade extraction and application module, mapping path extraction module, mesh creation and transformation module, and 2.5D mapping module for more natural draping. Future work plans to study 3D fashion design system that graft together 3D clothes technology and 3D human body embodiment technology to do based on embodiment technology of 2.5D mapping system and overcomes expression limit of 2.5D mapping technology.

The Essential Information Items to be included in the E-catalogues for B2B Commerce of Textile Materials (섬유 원단(가공지) B2B 업체의 전자카탈로그 정보 항목에 관한 연구)

  • For the commerce of sensual goods such as textile products, feel and touch is very important. Although on-line B2B commerce in textile materials are increasing currently, off-line sample exchange process is also required in order to make a decision. So far it is evident that the means of on-line communication is not sufficient to both customers and suppliers. The aim of this study is to improve the e-catalogues, which is the equivalent of showroom of off-line business, by analyzing information items offered in currently opened B2B sites and to categorize the essential information items to be included in the I-catalogues. The study was carried out as follows: First e-catalogues of many B2B sites were compared and analyzed from the viewpoint of customers, apparel manufacturers. Second, apparel manufacturers were interviewed to find out what causes the inconvenience, which prevent them to do B2B commerce. Third, on the basis of these n analysis, the researcher categorized information items of the e-catalogue. The apparel manufacturers were interviewed on the feasibility of the information items researcher suggested forth, With the results, we proposed an e-catalogue of 53 information items. Fifth, Another point of this study is that we tried to clarify the terminology for e-catalogue. Often textile traders and apparel manufacturers understand a same information with difference.

Prediction of water quality on some reservoirs with a simple model (단순(單純)모델을 이용(利用)한 저수지(貯水池) 수질예측(水質豫測))

  • To understand the fundamental features of reservoir environment and its future aspects, a simple predictive model for water quality was attempted with the aid of data easily obtained, Based on the data from 12 reservoirs in Korea, application of the simple predictive model was successfully made by means of statistical methods and simple physical submodels. Significant information on th effects of retention time on primary production in a reservoir, longitudinal change in water quality affected by certain non-dimensional parameters were also obtained. The chlorophyll-a concentration can be predicted by the equation as ; chlorophyll-a=($395{\time}limiting$ nutrient concentration) - 1.090.

Emission Rates Estimation by Vehicle Type in Seoul Using the Vehicle Inspection Data (차량 검사 데이터를 활용한 서울시 자동차 유형별 배출 가스량 원단위 산정)

  • One of the major causes of serious air pollution worldwide is emissions from road transportation. A number of countries are working to reduce vehicle emissions, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government is also implementing active policies to reduce emissions by setting a target of 40% by 2030. Implementing these policies requires the introduction of practical indicators. Most of the domestic emissions are calculated by the emission coefficient, a function of speed at the National Institute of Environmental Research under the Ministry of Environment, but the dynamic variable speed is limited to being used as an indicator of the number of eco-friendly vehicles. Therefore, this study calculated the emission rates in Seoul using the vehicle registration data of Seoul and the vehicle inspection data from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority. The tendency of emissions was determined according to key variables such as vehicle type, fuel and mileage. Emissions were based on carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter measured by vehicle inspection from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority. As a result, the emission rates showed a significant trend according to the model year and mileage. This can be used as a policy indicator to preferentially switch commercial vehicles with old model years and long mileage when switching eco-friendly vehicles in Seoul.
