In vehicular networks, vehicles should be able to authenticate each other to securely communicate with network-based infrastructure, and their locations and identifiers should not be exposed from the communication messages. however, when an accident occurs, the investigating authorities have to trace down its origin. As vehicles communicate not only with RSUs(Road Side Units) but also with other vehicles, it is important to minimize the number of communication flows among the vehicles while the communication satisfies the several security properties such as anonymity, authenticity, and traceability. In our paper, when the mutual authentication protocol is working between vehicles and RSUs, the protocol offers the traceability with privacy protection using pseudonym and MAC (Message Authentication Code) chain. And also by using MAC-chain as one-time pseudonyms, our protocol does not need a separate way to manage pseudonyms.

For obtaining telematics traffic information(travel time or speed in an individual link), there are many kinds of devices to collect traffic data. Since the GPS satellite signals have been released to civil society, thank to the development of GPS technology, the GPS has become a very useful instrument for collecting traffic data. GPS can reduce the cost of installation and maintenance in contrast with existing traffic detectors which must be stationed on the ground. But. there are Problems when GPS data is applied to the existing filtering techniques used for analyzing the data collected by other detectors. This paper proposes a method to provide users with correct traffic information through filtering abnormal data caused by the unusual driving in collected data based on GPS. We have developed an algorithm that can be applied to real-time GPS data and create more reliable traffic information, by building patterns of past data and filtering abnormal data through selection of filtering areas using Quartile values. in order to verify the proposed algorithm, we experimented with actual traffic data that include probe cars equipped with a built-in GPS receiver which ran through Gangnam Street in Seoul. As a result of these experiments, it is shown that link travel speed data obtained from this algorithm is more accurate than those obtained by existing systems.

Demand-Response Transit (DRT) is public transportation that operates on flexible routes according to user requests via smartphone apps and vehicle terminals. In DRT, user preference factors are generated based on the operational method, such as wait time after calling, approach time to the boarding point, in-vehicle time, detour time (if any), and egress time after arrival. Through an SP survey, this study investigated which of these factors citizens are most sensitive to. The survey presented two DRT alternatives consisting of five attribute variables, and asked respondents to choose the preferred mode, examining two situations: commuting and leisure travel. The analysis showed that wait time after calling was the strongest factor for both commuting and leisure travel, whereas boarding point access time had the weakest influence. However, sensitivity to detours was found to be more than twice as important in leisure travel compared to commuting. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving user satisfaction and system efficiency by differentiating optimization targets according to the time of day in DRT operations.

One of recent concerns for super-tall buildings is how to manage hoisting plans and equipment efficiently. Disasters are frequently occurred in relation to electromotive hoists and cranes which are commonly used in construction sites. For construction lifts, particularly, it is highly important to conduct regular inspections or prepare against breakdown in terms of safety. However, unfortunately the reality is that regular inspections are only flatly conducted according to operating hours only. A lift, whose life span is subject to the complicated considerations such as operating hours, loading condition, and the like of each component, is far too invalid as a means of maintenance. As a way to resolve this problem and improve its convenience and safety for users, this study intends to calculate individual inspection interval for the main components of lifts by measuring their actual operating hours with sensing technology and analyzing their historical data. The findings of study include calculation of inspection intervals for the main components of lifts and classification of components to check by the actual operating hours of lift (40, 90, 130, 400 hours), which are drawn up into tables. This will make an opportunity to suggest efficient maintenance measures by enabling prevention of safety accidents and enhancement of safety for workers. Also, it will lead to increasing productivity of works by eliminating sources of delaying the term due to the breakdown of lifts.
The choice of an effective indexing method is crucial to guarantee the performance of the spatial join operator which is heavily used in geographical information systems. The R∗-tree based method is renowned as one of the most representative indexing methods. In this paper, we propose an efficient spatial join technique based on the DOT(Double Transformation) index, and compare it with the spatial Join technique based on the R∗-tree index. The DOT index transforms the MBR of an spatial object into a single numeric value using a space filling curve, and builds the B+-tree from a set of numeric values transformed as such. The DOT index is possible to be employed as a primary index for spatial objects. The proposed spatial join technique exploits the regularities in the moving patterns of space filling curves to divide a query region into a set of maximal sub-regions within which space filling curves traverse without interruption. Such division reduces the number of spatial transformations required to perform the spatial join and thus improves the performance of join processing. The experiments with the data sets of various distributions and sizes revealed that the proposed join technique is up to three times faster than the spatial join method based on the R∗-tree index.
In 1998, because of the economic crisis called IMF Crisis in Korea, Kyungbu high speed railway project could run by modifying the original plan to open it as a 1st phase only by utilizing the existing railway lines from Seoul to Siheung and the other one from Daegu to Pusan. The modified plan includes that the line from Daegu to Pusan will be constructed as a second phase in next time. Starting railway operation with the changed plan, the combined application operation of high speed rail, passenger rail and freight rail was caused partly from Seoul to Siheung to run into capital area. As a result, the opinion for additional railway line construction is insisted continuously because the operation volume of passenger rail was forced to be reduced, the service quality of it was decreased and it became difficult to add new high speed services. Moreover, with regard to Honam high speed rail, the new construction plan of station in Kangnam metro area as a basement station for starting from Suseo was changed to the plan of turning out at Osong because of the economic effectiveness and this kept resident people in Kangnam metro area and southern Kyungki area unable to get the opportunity of high speed rail service benefit. After beginning of Kyungbu high speed railway operation, national transportation system developments are focused on high speed rail, and when the second phase construction of Kyungbu high speed rail, beginning operation of Kyungjeon line, Jeolla line double track construction, Honam high speed rail in 2014, is completed, the demand for high speed rail will be increased and it is unavoidable to make Kwangmyung station as a basement station and to reduce the number of passenger rail operation. At this moment, it is valuable to consider adding the railway line capacity in capital area to improve the transferring service for citizen who live in area without Kyungbu high speed rail station and to expand the service area from Kangbuk to Kangnam and southern Kyungki area. Accordingly, in this paper, the effective rail operation method, facility plan and the other issue to be reviewed for increasing capital high speed railway lines will be mentioned.

The purpose of this study is to provide the visual landscape modelling on Josun royal tombs and surrounding. The visual landscape of traditional heritage is illustrated by the main view points of analysis. This analysis examines limited view points and cannot reflect a reality of environments. Nowadays various equipments and methodologies are developed for the visual landscape research. This study used new tools for analysis which are Sketch up (3D simulation) and mini helicopter (UAV). With those tools, this research examines not only view points of the analysis but also axis views and disincentive environments as a complex analysis. First of all, the research examined 3D modelling for the virtual simulation and drew coordinates and routes for the UAV operating. Secondly, UAV followed this routes and took linear and continuous views that are real scenes. As a result, it drew 3D simulation could illustrate and control the changing of environments such as the forest density and seasonal variations. Thus, comparing both of them shows efficiently landscape analysis. Thirdly, the study compared virtual and real landscape. Using this 3D modelling, this paper able to elaborate heritage environment and surrounding which omitted by view point analysis. Although this study has limitation practice and exercise on the field, the results and suggestions contribute to the various historic heritage managements and conservations. Moreover, it helps to explain the complex and dimensional landscape analysis.
Recently, traffic congestion has become serious due to increase of private car usages. Carsharing or other innovative public transportation systems were developed to alleviate traffic congestion and carbon emissions. These measures can make the traffic environment more comfortable, and efficient. Cloud Transportation System (CTS) is a recent carsharing model. User can rent an electronic vehicles with various traffic information through the CTS. In this study, a concept, vision and scenarios of CTS are introduced. And, authors analyzed the location of CTS rental stations and estimated CTS demands. Firstly, we analyze the number of the population, employees, students and traffic volume in study areas. Secondly, the frequency and utilization time are examined. Demand for CTS in each traffic zone was estimated. Lastly, the CTS rental station location is determined based on the analyzed data of the study areas. Evaluation standard of the determined location includes accessibility and density of population. And, the number of vehicles and that of parking zone at the rental station are estimated. The result suggests that Haewoondae Square parking lot would be assigned 11 vehicles and 14.23 parking spaces and that Dongbac parking lot be assigned 7.9 vehicles and 10.29 parking spaces. Further study requires additional real-time data for CTS to increase accuracy of the demand estimation. And network design would be developed for redistribution of vehicles.
In China, different from the private enterprises or the locally-administered state enterprises, central state-owned enterprises generally spread over cornerstone industry which is greatly influenced by the public policy, which results in the objective existence of government influence in their productive activities. As the strategic resource, listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises, mostly distributed in the lifeblood and security of key industries. Therefore, listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises' governance efficiency play an important role in optimal allocation of state-owned assets, improve capital operation, improve the return on capital, and maintain state-owned assets safety. As the immune systems of national governance, the government audit strengthen the supervision of listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises in case of the loss of state-owned assets and significant risk events occur, to ensure that the value of state-owned assets. As an important component of national governance, government audit produced in entrusted with the economic responsibility of public relationship. Government audit can play an important role in maintaining financial security and corruption, and also improve listed company's accounting stability and transparency. While government audit can improve governance efficiency and maintain state-owned assets safety, present literature is scarce. Under the corporate governance theory and the economical responsibility theory, the thesis select data from 2010-2017 to verify the relationship between government audit and listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises' corporate performance. Results show that listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises are more likely to be audited by government of poor performance. Results also show that the government audit will have a promoting effect on listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises, and through to the improvement of the governance efficiency will enhance its companies' value. The results show that China's government audit has appealing role in accomplishing central state-owned enterprises to realize the business objectives and in promoting the governance efficiency.
This study analyzed the transit services with respect to transit service measures such as the load factor representing number of passengers between stops, dwelling time, and operational speed based on transit smart card data recorded in 2009. A case study on the local bus line 7024 connecting Seoul railway station to evaluate bus services at passenger perspectives was accomplished. From the results, we found that the dwelling time was not affected by the number of passengers which is because the tagging patterns are different among passengers. The operational speed was analyzed by calculating the average speed of the bus route and the speed of each bus stops based on dwelling time. Interestingly, calculating operation speed based on the transit smart card data is the first time effort ever made and this means that it is not necessary to observe travel speed of bus and railway at a field level any more. we hope that this study will be a basis of evaluation of transit services purely based on the transit smart card data and help to make better transit services for passengers and operators as well.
