Research on the Relation of the Exhaust Gas Concentration between Lug-Dowrn3 Test Mode and D147 Test Mode on the Driving Car Using Diesel Fuel (운행경유화 배출가스 Lug-Down3 모드 부하검사방법과 D147모드 부하검사방법간의 배출농도 상관성 비교 연구)

  • In this paper, we estimated the D147 mode test, which is introduced as a new emission test mode for the driving car using diesel fuel. And we compared the D147 test mode, Lug-Down3 test mode and no load acceleration test mode. And the exhaust gas concentration between the three modes was compared. The exhaust concentration at the D147 mode is lower than the exhause concentration at the Lug-Down 3 mode and higher than that at the no load acceleration test mode. Also the correlation factor was estimated between the D147 mode and Lug-Down 3 mode.

  • The power split hybrid power train is considered to be one of the most prospective configuration for the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Toyota Prius, representing this type of vehicle, showed outstanding performances in fuel efficiency, emission reduction and acceleration. The excellence is largely due to the fact that it utilizes almost all operation modes of HEV. Those modes include ZEV (Zero Emission Vehicle) driving, idle stop, fuel cut-off, power assist, active charging, regenerative braking and so forth. In this paper, a few of the mode operations were simulated using AVL Cruise. Also, control logics to operate the powertrain in each mode were developed. The states of powertrain components were displayed and analyzed. By controlling the three components (engine, motor and generator), it was possible to run the powertrain in several hybrid operation modes.

  • Atmospheric pollutants such as Nitrogen Oxides(NOx), Carbon Monoxide(CO), Carbon Dioxide($CO_2$), Particulate Matter(PM) and Hydrocarbons(HC) come from vehicle exhaust gases. Emission curves based on average travel speeds have been employed for estimating on-road emissions as well as evaluating environmental impacts of transportation plans and policies in Korea. Recently, there is a growing interest in estimation methods of vehicle emissions considering relationship between vehicle dynamic driving characteristics and emissions, and incorporating such emission estimators into traffic simulation models. MOVES Lite, a simplified version of MOVES, is one of the estimation methods. In this study, the authors performed a study to develop an adaptable version of MOVES Lite for Korea, called MOVES Lite-K. Vehicle types, driving characteristics, emission rates, and emission standards of Korea were reflected in MOVES Lite-K. The characteristics of emission calculation of MOVES Lite-K and NIER emission curves were compared and the adaptability of MOVES Lite-K were examined.

  • The PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) in material or immaterial guided tracks is operated automatically according to the needs of passengers with the optimal non-stop path from the source to the destination. In recent years, the personal rapid transit (PRT) system, which affords superior accessibility and ease of use, has been spotlighted as a new transport system for the future. In this study, a method for vertical lifting of PRT vehicles was proposed to facilitate interlink with other means of transport and thereby improve the efficiency of door-to-door transport. For this purpose, operation control interfaces were designed and experiments were conducted. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) dedicated for the PRT vertical lift was designed to interface with Operation Control Center (OCC) by Modbus TCP over Ethernet. We implemented a 3D graphical PRT operation simulator which can emulate the mixing operation of the virtual vehicles and the actual vehicles.

  • In this research, engine performance and emission characteristics of a 12,000cc heavy duty diesel engine was investigated by the application of GTL and ULSD fuels. The test was conducted at several engine speeds and loads under a single mode and a ESC mode. GTL fuel proves that it can be applicable to vehicles without engine modification.

  • 본 논문은 파라미터 변동에 잘 적응하며 강인한 영구자석 동기전동기의 위치센서 없는 센서리스 제어를 위해 개선된 슬라이딩 모드 관측기에 고정자 저항 추정기능을 추가한 새로운 슬라이딩 모드 적응 관측기를 제안한다. 제안된 관측기는 개선된 슬라이딩 모드 관측기를 사용함으로써 기존의 슬라이딩 모드 관측기에서 채터링(Chattering) 문제 해결을 위해 저역통과필터(Low-pass filter)의 사용 및 추가적인 회전자의 위치보상은 Sigmoid 함수를 스위칭 함수로 사용하므로 제거 할 수가 있다. 또한 고정자 저항 추정기능을 추가하여 센서리스 운행 중 환경적 요인으로 인한 고정자 저항값의 변동이나 초기에 고정자 저항값을 잘못 알고 있더라도 빠른 적응을 통해서 추정오차를 절감시켜 전동기의 속도추정 성능을 향상시킬수 있다. 또한 기존의 적응 슬라이딩 모드 관측기에서의 적분연산을 줄임으로써 제어시스템의 성능을 개선시켰다 제안된 관측기의 안정성은 Lyapunov 후보 함수를 이용하여 관측기의 이득을 설정함으로써 검증하였으며 관측기의 성능은 시뮬레이션을 통한 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • In this paper, operation mode of train was divided into powering, coasting, and braking and rail wear phenomenon has been done comparative analysis by each section. Data of train velocity is transferred to acceleration and deceleration from ATO Logging data. Amount of rail wear has been done comparative analysis by traction force of acceleration and braking force of deceleration and a plan for management of track irregularity is come up with by the result of the analysis.

  • 전기철도차량은 차량의 운행에 필요한 전력 및 동력을 공급하기 위한 대용량 추진제어 컨버터/인버터, 소용량 스위칭모드 전원장치와 같은 전력변환장치와 견인전동기에 이르기까지 다양한 설비를 갖추고 있다. 전기철도차량의 성능평가는 전력변환장치와 견인전동기를 포함한 추진장치의 성능평가라 할 수 있을 정도로 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 한국철도기술연구원은 국토해양부로부터 지정받은 성능시험기관으로써 국내 다양한 철도차량의 성능평가를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도차량의 성능시험기준을 근간으로 철도차량용 추진제어 인버터와 견인전동기의 성능 시험평가에 대한 방법 및 다양한 성능 시험평가 사례에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • 현재 국내 기준 약 40만대의 승강기가 운행중이며, 승강기 전력의 약 40%가 회생되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 승강기의 회생전력을 계통연계형 태양광 연계형 인버터에 추가 함으로써 일사량에의존한 태양광 발전의 효율을 개선하고자한다. 제안된 시스템의 동작모드는 크게 연계형 태양광 인버터 발전 및 승강기 회생 전력 부분으로 나누어지며 인터페이스 장치에의하여 승강기 회생 전력을 태양광 발전용 전력 변환 장치로 전송한다. 본 연구에서는 제안한 시스템의 유용성을 확인하기위하여 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 수행하였다.
