BTL projects for educational facilities were conceived in 2005 to supply public facilities in a timely and efficient manner After the projects were completed in March 2007, proper facility maintenance has become an increasingly important issue. However, BTL projects are still in an early developmental stage, and the data on the maintenance and operation of such facilities are not yet available because the operation of the facilities has just begun. Accordingly, this study is conducted to derive maintenance processes and to specify maintenance items for the efficient maintenance of BTL educational facilities. Then, database on the maintenance processes will be created, and a maintenance system module will be designed.

Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

전력 텔레매트릭스 시스템은 전력계통의 사고에 신속하게 대처하고 계통설비의 합리적인 유지보수 및 운영을 통해 계통의 신뢰도를 높이고자 고안된 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 전력기반설비들에 다양한 센서 및 센서네트워크를 구성하여 전력설비를 통합적으로 감시하고 변전소 보호IED의 데이터들과 함께 전력계통의 유지보수 스케쥴링 및 설비건전성평가와 더불어 고장시에 신속한 고장복구를 위해 고장정보를 운영자에게 보여주는 구조를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전력 텔레매트릭스 시스템중에서 하부 센서및 센서네트워크의 데이터와 보호IED의 데이터를 중간처리하고 상위 시스템으로 전송하는 역할을 하는 진단IED의 개발에 관한 것이다.

Under the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of Official Development Assistance(ODA) in health and medical service is emphasized more. The number of cases is expected to increase in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to provide differentiated education and training for each type of occupation as a follow-up to realize the operations management and maintenance of medical equipment supported by the ODA project. In this study, for an effective follow-up and operations management of medical equipment supported by the ODA project, the differences in educational training achievement between users and maintainers were analyzed through a t-test. As a result of this study, there were significant differences between users and maintainers of medical equipment in use and manage six types of priority management target medical equipment(Q5) and an instruction manual understanding of medical equipment(Q6). However, there was no difference in the need and purpose of education and training, satisfaction with an instructor, and the need for cross-professional communication.

This paper presents FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for maintenance of mail sorting machine which is for automatic sorting of mail. We suggest the update method of regular diagnosis item and period for maintenance of mail sorting machine using the risk priority number which is calculated by severity, occurrence, and detection of failure mode of mail sorting machine, and shows FMEA adoption example of letter sorting machine. This paper also describes the current maintenance system and status of mail sorting machine in the domestic postal logistics environment, and FMEA adoption step. The proposed maintenance using FMEA will be adapted for more easy and efficiency maintenance of mail sorting machine.

현재 사용되고 있는 냉동창고 재고관리 프로그램은 폐쇄 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 운용되고 있어 유지보수에 많은 비용과 인력이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 소비자인 화주에게 제공되는 서비스가 전무하며, 기본적인 수 발주를 위해서 팩스나 전화를 이용하므로 업무가 비효율적이며 오류와 부정확성 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 다양한 모바일 운영체제에서 화주에게 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 웹앱을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 시스템에서 화주는 다양한 모바일기기를 이용하여 수 발주 업무, 재고량 조회 등의 서비스를 제공받아 업무를 처리할 수 있어 사용자만족도를 향상시켰다. 또한 모바일 운영체제에 독립적인 웹앱의 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 다양한 모바일 기기에서 운영될 수 있으며 실시간으로 유지보수를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

This paper aims to perform optimal operation and maintenance with an integrated monitoring system for offshore wind platforms. Based on the wind direction and wind speed data of existing wind farms, a monitoring system was established along with weather and weather data to maximize the operational efficiency of wind farms. Compared to wind power on land, offshore wind power is difficult to maintain due to weather, logistics and geographical limitations. Therefore, economic analysis of actual operation and maintenance is essential for large-scale offshore wind farms. In this paper, the availability of offshore wind farms was analyzed by using personnel resources, parts inventory, Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) and Specialized service Operation Vessel (SOV) etc. before the actual operation and maintenance of wind farms. A comparative analysis was conducted to determine the optimum operating efficiency and economical maintenance costs.

In South Korea, a cloud-based vessel traffic service (Cloud VTS) system integrating the fourth industrial revolution technologies such as cloud and AI is currently under development in contrast to the existing VTS systems. A pilot center for at Busan VTS is being established based on differentiated technology and operational programs. The roles of operators and maintenance personnel who operate the innovative Cloud VTS system must be redefined. Additionally, a demand exists for the development of new educational programs to ensure the smooth operation of the Cloud VTS. Therefore, this study introduces the development details of a Cloud VTS system and explores educational strategies aimed at operators and maintenance personnel to ensure its safe operation.

현재 우리 군에서는 첨단과학무기를 이용한 전투력을 신속히 집중, 전환시키고 효과적으로 통합 운용해야하는 각급 제대의 지휘관 및 참모의 지휘통제능력 향상을 위하여 첨단 컴퓨터장비를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 기법을 통한 워게임 모델을 개발하여 이를 이용한 훈련을 실시하고 있다. 이 워게임 모델중 지상전투의 가장 기본이 되는 근접전투 시뮬레이션은 미국에서 개발도입된 "COBRA" 시스템을 이용하고 있으나 한국실정에 맞는 시스템으로 확장 및 유지보수가 어렵고, 상위시스템의 서브시스템으로만 운영되고있어 자체 교육훈련 및 전투분석을 위한 단독시스템으로 운영이 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 극복하고, 방대한 양의 지식을 효율적이고 효과적으로 표현할 수 있으며 시스템의 확장 및 유지보수가 용이하고 우리실정에 적합한 전투 훈련을 실시하도록 지원하는 워게임(근접전투) 지원용 멀티미디어 전문가시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 전문가시스템은 쌍방이 부대들의 근접전투를 실시할 때 실전에서 나타날 수 있는 가능한 모든 상황의 데이터를 이용하여 전투상황을 분석하며, 기존의 획일적이고 단순한 형태로 결과를 판정하던 것을 전투원의 사기, 체력, 전투한계 등 심리적 요소까지 고려함으로써 새로이 변화되는 전쟁양상에 쉽게 적응할 수 있는 확장성 및 유지보수가 용이하며 시스템 단독으로 운영하여 반복적으로 전투를 분석하고 교육훈련을 실시하도록 함으로써 실전적이고 실질적인 근접전투 워게임지원이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템을 개발함에 있어서 지식베이스 모듈, 추론엔진 모듈 및 설명 모듈은 전문가 시스템 개발도구인 Smart Elements를 이용하여 구축하였으며, 사용자 인터페이스 모듈은 멀티미디어 저적도구인 툴북 3.0을 이용하였으며, 마지막으로 전체적인 모듈은 API를 이용 통합하여 하나의 응용소프트웨어를 생성하였다.

LNG 인수기지 건설에 있어 주요 기자재는 외국에서 구입하고 이들 설비의 설치 및 시운전은 제작사 기술진의 감리하에 이루어졌다. 그간 천연가스 사업의 계속적인 발전으로 가스설비의 국산화가 상당히 이루어졌고, 국내 건설기술의 향상으로 외국인 감리자의 수요가 많이 감소하 였으나 현재도 LNG 저장탱크의 건설감리는 외국인의 책임하에 수행되고 있다. LNG 설비의 운 전은 완전한 기술자립이 이루어졌으며, 설비의 점검\ulcorner보수 또한 우리 기술진이 수행하나, 핵심 부품의 고장이 발생한 경우는 제작사의 전문가가 보수를 시행하는 경우가 많다. 이에 대한 대 책으로서 설비의 운전\ulcorner유지\ulcorner보수 기술을 더욱 축적하여 설비의 안정적 운영을 확고히 하고, 설비의 안전을 향상시키는 기술개발을 계속 추구하여야 할 것이다.
