ISCST 등의 대기확산모델은 모두 EPA에서 개발된 것으로 모델 운영에 사용되는 모든 데이터가 미국의 실정에 맞게 프로그램 되어 있다. 특히 ISC모델을 운영하기 위하여 필요로 하는 기상자료를 생성하는 MIXHTS와 PCRAMMET등은 미국 기상청이나 기타 기상관련 기관에서 발표하는 자료를 사용하도록 되어있다. 따라서 ISC를 운영하는데 있어 국내 기상자료를 해당하는 형태로 전환해야 하는 번거로움이 있으며 우리나라 기상청에서 발표하는 기상자료의 형태와 MIXHTS PCRAMMET에서 요구하는 기상자료형태를 모두 알고 있어야만 ISC를 운영하기 위한 올바른 기상자료를 만들 수 있었다. 경기도 삼남길은 조성부터 프로그램 운영까지 참여기관이 역할을 분담하여 협력하고 있다. 특히 참여기관이 지닌 특성을 집중시키고 협력체계를 강화함으로써 길 조성 단계부터 이후 프로그램 운영까지 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 삼남길의 성공적인 운영체제를 통해 도보길의 적절한 형태의 거버넌스를 도출하고 지속적이고 활발한 도보길 운영에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Many forces are pressuring utilities to reduce operating and maintenance costs without cutting back on reliability or availability. Many utility managers are re-evaluating maintenance strategies to meet these demands. To utilities how to reduce maintenance costs and extent the effective operating life of equipment, predictive maintenance technique can be adapted. Predictive maintenance has three types program which arc in-house program, engineering company program and mixed program. We can approach successful predictive maintenance program with "smart trust" concept.

고령화 사회로 인구 구조가 재편되면서 많은 사회적 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 노인의 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 노인문화복지 프로그램이 중요하며, 특히 노인문화기관의 역할이 크다. 따라서 노인문화기관에서 운영하는 전근대적인 문화복지 프로그램이나 노인문화기관의 운영 실태는 단계적으로 개선하고, 참여형 문화복지 프로그램으로 개편해야한다. 또한, 협의체 구성을 통해 노인 문화복지 활성화를 위한 제도와 법률 개정 등 문화복지 프로그램의 안정적인 운영이 필요하다. 이를 통해 노인의 삶의 독립, 참여, 보호, 자아실현, 자존감을 찾는다면 성공적인 노인복지기관의 노인 문화복지 프로그램이라고 본다.

대부분의 대학생들은 재학기간 중에 학교에서 운영되는 교육프로그램, 자원봉사, 어학연수, 동아리활동 등 다양한 경험을 하게 된다. 최근에는 학교에서 운영하는 교육프로그램이 더욱 다양해지고 많은 학생들이 참여하고 있다. 하지만 학교에서는 학생들이 어떤 활동을 했는지 효율적으로 관리하고 참여 학생의 적극적인 참여율 유도가 필요가 있지만, 이를 효율적으로 관리하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 본 연구는 학교에서 시행중인 다양한 프로그램들에 대하여 학생들이 참여함에 따라 학생들의 참여현황을 조사하여 관리하고 참여율과 학과별 통계를 Dashboard로 열람할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여 운영하였다. 교육 참여 관리 시스템을 활용함으로써 담당자의 업무 효율을 기대할 수 있고 체계적인 학생들의 교육 프로그램을 효율적으로 모니터링하고 관리할 것으로 기대된다.

This research intends to identity problem and to suggest improvement through examples of the children for Reading Camp connected on Reading with Library Program for Children of Alienation in the National Library for Children and Young Adult and to investigate the way of effective the reading camp. The study investigated the operational practices of reading camp programs in 6 areas in the country. Further, it conducted a survey with children and librarians participated in the reading camp program. Based on the results, effective reading camp operation has been suggested and some suggestions have been made to improve administration strategies for reading camp.

The purpose of this study is to measure the outcomes of a program provided by a public library using the evaluation framework based on Logic Model. A reading program for children which was operated by a public library in Seoul was selected. The outcome evaluation was started with the analysis of the reading program process including planning, operation, and evaluation. Based on the analysis, a logic model framework for outcome evaluation was developed. For evaluation, user, bibliography, and circulation data were collected from the library KOLAS system. Additionally, the participant information were extracted from the final report drafted after the program. The research results show that the number of circulation of program participants was increased after the program. In addition, the range of reading topic was expanded. These findings indicate that the reading program is an effective program for promoting children's reading habit and that outcome evaluation might be a valid tool to measure the effectiveness of public library programs.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current status of a program for an elementary math class for gifted students in Daegu and to propose a remedy. The main results of this thesis are as follows. First, goals of the gifted class and the basic operation direction were satisfactory, however plans for parent training programs and self evaluation of the classes were not presented. Therefore, it needs when and how to do for specific plan of gifted class evaluation and parent training programs. Second, The annual instruction plan has been restricted to the subject matter education and field trips and has not included specific teaching methods in accordance with the contents of learning program. The management of gifted classes, therefore, requires not only the subject matter education and field trips but also output presentations, leadership programs, voluntary activities, events and camps which promote the integral development of gifted students. Third, there is no duplication of content to another grade, and various activities did not cover the whole scope of math topics(eg. number and operation, geometry, measurement, pattern) equally. In accordance with elementary mathematics characteristics, teachers should equally distribute time in whole range of mathematics while they teach students in the class because it is critical to discover gifted students throughout the whole curriculum of elementary mathematics. Fourth, as there are insufficient support and operational lack of material development, several types of programs are not utilized and balanced. It is necessary for teachers to try to find the type of teaching methods in accordance with the circumstances and content, so that students can experience several types of programs. If through this study, we can improve the development, management and quality of gifted math programs, it would further the development of gifted education.

본 연구는 반도체 검사 장비를 국산화하는 프로젝트의 일환 중에서 메모리 칩의 무결성을 검사하는데 사용되는 메모리 테스트 장비의 소프트웨어 개발에 중점을 둔 것이다. 기존에 발표된 프로그램은 자체 개발된 것 없이 외국의 프로그램을 들여와 단지 운영만을 하는 수준이었다. 더욱이 프로그램들도 text모드 하에서만 구동되는 프로그램이었다. 하지만, 본 연구에서는 새로운 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운영될 수 있도록 윈도우즈 하에서 GUI(Graphic User Interface)에 기반한 새로운 TDL 컴파일러를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 Test Data를 기술하는데 더 효과적이었으며 오류를 검사하고 수정하는데도 큰 효과를 가져다 주었다.

다중 프로그래밍 환경에서 운영체제는 시스템의 시간 할당량에 따라서 프로세스들에 대하여 문맥교환을 수행한다. 문맥교환은 현재 수행중인 프로세스 문맥의 저장과 다음에 수행되는 프로세스 문맥의 적재라는 비용 뿐만 아니라 캐쉬 메모리의 커다란 영향을 미친다. 특히 블록화 알고리즘은 사용하는 프로그램들은 재사용되기 위하여 캐쉬 메모리에 적재된 블록화 요소가 프로그램들의 문맥 교환사이에 다른 프로그램들에 의하여 손상되는 경우 프로그램의 캐쉬 성능이 크게 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 블록화 요소에 대한 계산이 완료될 때까지 운영체제가 문맥 교환을 지연시키는 지연된 선점 스케쥴링 방법을 제안한다. 모의 시험을 통하여 지연된 선점 스케줄링을 사용할 경우 블록화 알고리즘을 사용한 프로그램들은 재사용되기 위하여 캐쉬 메모리에 적재된 블록화 요소가 프로그램들의 문맥 교환 사이에 다른 프로그램들에 의하여 손상되는 경우 프로그램의 캐쉬 성능이 크게 떨어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 블록화 요소에 대한 계산이 완료될 때까지 운영체제가 문맥 교환을 지연시키는 지연된 선점 스케쥴링 방법을 제안한다. 모의 시험을 통하여 지연된 선점 스케줄링을 사용할 경우 블록화 알고리즘을 사용한 프로그램은 캐쉬 메모리에 적재된 블록화 요소를 문맥 교환으로부터 보호 받으므로 향상된 캐쉬성능을 나타냄을 보인다.
