As the trade linkages and the financial relationship between China and Korea grow stronger, China's influence on Korea is also growing larger. Therefore, it is meaningful to examine key features of Chinese monetary policy operations and the current situation, and to analyze the transmission mechanism of China's monetary policy shocks onto the Korea economy. China's monetary policy shocks can have an impact on the Korea economy through the trade, financial and oil-price channels. In the trade channel, an expansionary Chinese monetary policy can increase Korea's exports of intermediate goods to China under the vertical trade structure, via the vertical trade integration effect. Meanwhile, the expenditure switching effect and the income demand effect show no statistical significance. In the financial and oil-price channels, expansionary Chinese monetary policy shocks can decrease the interest rate and increase both stock prices and the consumer price index in Korea through changes in global portfolio capital flows, interest rates, and raw material prices.

Due to the recent long-term economic downturn, the number of non-store and mail-order sellers is increasing as prospective entrepreneurs are concentrated due to the phenomenon of non-store start-ups with low start-up costs. In particular, in addition to unemployed young people and housewives who lack funds, many office workers who wish to have a 'two-job' are jumping into the business. Therefore, in this paper, we have moved away from provider-oriented service platforms that are dependent on specific networks, operators, and service types. In addition, we plan to design a business integration support system that can provide B2B services in the promotional material industry that contributes to business support and profit generation of wholesale and retail non-store entrepreneurs through sharing and participation. The proposed system is judged to be a business integrated operation support system applying orchestration and service management technology and enterprise business partner management technology that can provide stable operation management service.

This study was designed to analyze, by using a hierarchical logistic regression analysis method, how difficulties in business start-ups and personal characteristics independently determine the utilization of micro-enterprise support services. The services were categorized into eight areas: capital, technical service, psychological service, item feasibility and business plan, site selection and interior service, marketing, finance and accounting, employment service. This study found that difficulties in business start-ups were a significant factor in six areas. Personal characteristics were a significant factor in four areas, when difficulties in start-ups were controlled. Among the personal characteristics, higher possibility of service utilization was anticipated in people with start-ups experience than people without experience, and in women than men. This results point out that service strategies should be targeted for people with difficulties in order to improve the accessibility of micro-enterprises support services. The results also indicate that the strategies should be considered for people with no start-ups experience, low academic ability, and female entrepreneurs who are vulnerable.

Social enterprises have a high cost structure, inefficient operation, and poor human and material resources due to a dual structure that must achieve both economic and social purposes. To solve this problem, collaboration, such as sharing resources and information between social enterprises, is emerging as an important management issue. Accordingly, in recent years, the establishment and operation of an online platform is being emphasized as a means to effectively support the problem of lack of resources (human resources, equipment, funds, and technology) between social enterprises, the promotion of joint projects between companies, and the establishment of organic information sharing and communication channels between companies. This study empirically analyzed how the required characteristics of the online platform that supports the collaboration of social enterprises vary depending on the characteristics of the enterprise (general characteristics, collaboration characteristics), and found that there are statistically significant differences depending on the size. These results are expected to be useful in deriving management plans for online platforms for cooperation support for domestic social enterprises in the future, and seeking ways to increase collaboration using the platforms.

급변하는 기업 환경 속에서 기업들은 선택과 집중 전략의 일부로 기업의 역량을 전문영역에 집중하고, 물류관리 등의 업무들은 3자 물류업체에 아웃소싱하고 있다. 이로 인하여 물류관련 산업이 전 세계적으로 급성장하고 있으며, 국내 3자 물류업체들 역시 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 규모의 경제를 통한 비용 절감, 물류 기업들 간의 파트너십을 통한 고객서비스 향상, 신속하고 정확한 업무처리를 지원할 수 있는 정보화에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 대다수 국내 3자 물류업체들은 규모가 영세하고, 정보화 투자 및 운영을 하기에는 자금과 인력이 부족하여 적극적인 정보화 추진이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 3자 물류업체들의 정보화 수준 향상을 위해서는 정확한 정보화 수준 파악과 그에 기초한 정보화 정책 수립이 선행되어야 한다. 그러나 국내 3자 물류업체의 정보화 수준 평가에 있어 정부기관 및 다른 산업을 대상으로 한 기존의 정보화 수준 평가 모형을 그대로 반영하기에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 3자 물류업체의 정보화 수준을 파악하기 위하여, 3자 물류업체들의 특성을 반영한 평가 모형을 개발하고, 이를 국내 3자 물류업체들을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 평가 모형의 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구모형은 물류산업에서 가장 활발한 활동을 하고 있는 3자 물류업체들의 정보화 수준 파악을 위해 잣대가 될 수 있으며 향후 정보화 정책 수립, 정보화 효과 분석 등의 사후 평가 자료를 얻는 데 활용 될 수 있다.

Managers in Business Incubator(BI) perform an important role to success of BI, but researches about what area of capability need to improve are limited. This study investigates the perceived gap between current capability and required capability of BI managers from BI managers' and CEOs' perspectives with a survey method. From the BI managers' perspective, improvement of most capabilities, such as financing support, R&D support and understanding of patents, and understanding of business of firms in BI, is needed. From CEOs' perspective, improvement of capability in financing and marketing support is needed.

주요 선진국에서는 개발도상국을 지원하기 위해 자금, 교육, 의료, 인프라 등 다양한 프로그램이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 개발도상국이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 창의적인 활동의 증가, 사회문제 해결형 혁신 등 실질적인 도움으로 연결될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼의 대표적인 모델로써 창조경제타운을 개발도상국으로 확산하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 개발도상국의 창의적인 아이디어가 발현되고 혁신형 창업으로 연결될 수 있는 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 개발도상국에서 국민들이 아이디어를 제안하면 선진국의 전문가들이 재능기부 형식으로 온라인 멘토링을 수행하고, 우수한 아이디어의 경우에는 세계은행 등과 협력하여 실제 사업화를 지원할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 성공적인 사업화 지원을 위해서는 언어 번역기, 화상회의 시스템 등이 필요하고, 선진국과 개발도상국 정부와의 협력을 통해 사업화 지원 프로그램이 확산될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 접근법의 하나로 우리나라에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 창조경제타운 모델을 채택하였으며, 글로벌로 확대 시 필요한 요소들을 조사함으로써 지속가능한 선-후진국간 글로벌 혁신 플랫폼의 한 형태를 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

This study performed empirical analyses of the static trade-off theory and the pecking order theory which explain financing behavior of firms. The results of regression analyses using the data of 762 listed non-financing firms on the KOSDAQ market from 2000 to 2010 have shown mixed evidences supporting either the trade-off theory or the pecking order theory. Specifically, as the effective tax rate and the firm size increases, debt ratio increases, which is consistent with the trade-off theory. However as the growth opportunity and the profitability increases, debt ratio decreases, which is consistent with the pecking order theory.

오늘날 기업 경영 환경은 더욱 복잡해지고, 국가간.지역간 통합 경제 체제 형태로 변화하고 있다. 정보 기술과 텔리커뮤니케이션의 결합에 따른 급속한 발전은 국가간.지역간 경계를 넘어 다국적 기업, 더 나아가서는 범세계적 기 업으로 글로벌(global) 기업을 출현시켰다. 경영 환경의 빠른 변화의 추세 속 에서 경쟁 우위를 지키기 위해서는 이러한 변화를 적절히 수용하고 적응할 수 있는 조직이 필요하였다. 기존의 MIS 관점으로는 환경 변화에 적응 할 수 있는 혁신적인 조직으로 변화시키는 데는 한계가 있었고, 이에 따라 BPR 이 대두되었다. BPR실행에 있어 성공뿐만 아니라 많은 실패도 겪었다. BPR 실행에는 많은 자금과 인력, 시간이 투자되기 때문에 실패의 손실은 기업에 게 큰 타격을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 대부분의 BPR의 실패 원인은 사회적 측면 을 고려하지 못한 데 있다. 정보 기술을 이용하여 프로세스를 급진적으로 재 설계 하였지만, 운영 주체인 구성원의 저항감이나 조직의 문화에 대한 고려 를 하지 못하였다. 그러므로 BPR을 수행함에 있어 사회적 측면과 기술적 측 면을 동시에 고려하여 적용한다면 오류나 실패 요인을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따 라서 요즈음 새로이 부상하고 있는 사회.기술적 시스템 접근법은 성공적인 BPR 실행을 위한 대안이 될 수 있다.
