  • Recently according to increasement of the single family and dual-earner couples, the number of infants and young children stays on a long time to the childcare facilities. this is increasing the importance to improve the physical environment. However, the operating and maintenance costs of the national-public childcare facilities have taken effect of the unfair support issues of municipality's financial situation. Especially, because of the lack of the operating and maintenance costs of the facility and the shortage of facilities equipment maintenance repair costs, nursery operations and Maintenance items are needed to distribute appropriately. Therefore, this study is to estimate the importance to facility operations and maintenance items based on "Kindergarten and Childcare Facilities"presented at the Child Care Policy Study. we are expected to allocate appropriately of operation and maintenance cost of a limited budget. In particular, those can be considered for operation and maintenance cost about the National-Public Childcare Facilities and be determined to a safe and pleasant environment to kindergartens through the appropriate operations and maintenance support.

  • Given the trend of increased apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, the maintenance of apartment buildings has been set a higher value. For this reason, a total performance evaluation model of the existing buildings has recently been developed. But, it has a lack of the management work analysis. The purpose of this study, therefore, is the management work analysis for items selection of maintenance performance evaluation of apartment buildings. Candidate items of Maintenance performance evaluation was made with the existing literature and business system analysis. Easy, systemicity of performance evaluation supplemented doing question to academic experts and housing managers. Finally decided maintenance performance evaluation items are to classify 14 administrative and 15 technical items.

  • 고령화사회의 도래는 노인의 신체적 정신적 특성과 더불어 장기적인 보살핌과 보호에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있다. 노인을 입소시켜 급식과 요양서비스를 제공해주는 노인복지시설은 점차 그 시설수가 증가할 것으로 예상되며 재난상황에 대비한 시설의 설계, 운영, 관리, 유지단계에서 화재방지대책에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설의 실태조사를 통해 양로시설에서는 입지유형과 시설규모별 특징을 분석하고, 노인요양시설에서는 시설의 설계방식과 운영방식에 따른 재난상황 발생시 문제점을 분석하였다. 중점 조사항목은 화재발생시 대피장소 확보, 대피시설 및 장비 유무, 인력배치 기준 준수 등 이며 각 시설별 도출한 취약점을 바탕으로 법 제도적 측면에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선이 필요한 항목은 크게 3분류로, 첫째, 설계 및 건축 단계는 노인복지시설 건축허가 기준 재정립, 피난계단, 피난공간 등 기준 보완을 위해 건축 허가시 화재안전성 검토 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 운영 및 유지 단계는 피난 방화(防火)시설 관리 개선, 시설운영자의 책임안전관리, 소방시설 기능유지 강화 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 대응 및 경감 단계는 방재관련 운영관리매뉴얼, 장비 등의 정비 및 보완, 현장대응 및 전문능력 향상, 화재상황전파 시스템 개발 등이 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the challenges and suggest regulatory improvement strategy by investigating the Japanese building maintenance system which had been conducted for decades. The efficiency and problems of the current building maintenance system of Korea are analyzed by stake holders and purpose of management. The results show that several strategies are important to improve the quality of building maintenance. They include check list focusing on the purpose of maintenance, efficient and fair criteria, rational checking period considering owner's budget, cooperation with professionals in facilities, and promotion of professional companies participation. The results imply that the challenges should be solved systematically rather than individually.

  • 본 연구에서는 해운기업의 안전관리체제 운영 지원과 시스템 운영 모니터링 및 운영성과 평가도구로 활용할 수 있는 안전 관리체제 운영평가 지표를 개발하였다. 이 지표를 이용하여 안전관리체제 도입을 준비하고 있는 기업이나, 기도입하여 유지 발전시키고자 하는 기업에게 운영 단계별 필요한 지식을 알기 쉽게 종합 수록하여 상시 활용할 수 있는 지침서 내지 컨설턴트 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 자체 내부심사 시 및 시스템 운영성과 평가 시 평가도구로 활용하여 시스템의 지속적인 개선 및 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 이 지표는 크게 대 기준 11개 항목, 중 기준 35개 항목, 소 기준 447개 항목으로 구성되어 있다.

  • This paper provides core standardization items and method for the building information modeling (BIM) based maintenance and management (M&M) of civil infrastructure. Value chain of the M&M and characteristics of BIM technology has been analyzed and compared. As a result, it has been revealed that the initial activity recording damage information is very similar to the BIM-based information operation. The core standardization items for generation and operation of BIM data were identified according to the M&M value chain, The identified items were categorized into common standard item and specialized items for M&M of civil infrastructure, and proper government funded organizations for each standardization items were introduced on the basis of the roles in the laws.

  • Recently, operation of highway is the complex digital Infrastructure based on complicated IT. The application of IT is increasing more and more in digital Infrastructure. Though IT is very convenient, if unpredicted operating risk of highway occurs, widespread damage can be large. When operating risk of highway occurs, road users are out of smoothly-run service because of the operating interruption. This risk causes unpredicted operating management cost and additional maintenance cost. It will excess over the planned operating cost, which may leads to users's unsafety and operator's insolvency because of income loss. Until now, related studies to find out the risk are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to suggest risk cost items and to estimate the reasonable risk cost by using simulation method in case of occurring the huge power failure at the operating digitalized highway. This study indicates the several plans to hedge against risk cost and the management of highway project. From now on, it will be used as basic data to confirm the soundness of operating system in Digital Infrastructure.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 과정의 여러 산출물 간의 일관성 유지는 최종 소프트웨어의 품질을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 되며, 운영단계의 유지보수 효율성에도 큰 영향을 미친다. 특히 구현 등 개발 후반부 활동을 진행시 발견된 하나의 오류는 그 이전 단계의 다수의 산출물의 오류로 인한 파급 결과이므로, 발견된 오류의 원인(Cause)가 되는 이전 단계의 오류를 효과적으로 추적할 수 있는 체계가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 한 산출물의 오류가 다른 어떤 산출물의 어떤 세부항목들의 어떤 오류로 인한 파급 결과인지를 정의한 역추적(Backtracking) 그래프를 제안하여, 개발자가 오류를 발견 시 관련 산출물과 항목을 신속히 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 이용하여 산출물간의 일관성 유지 노력과 시간을 최소화하고 일관성 유지의 정확성을 높일 수 있다.

Using AHP to Analyze the Evaluation Factors Related to Wildlife Passage Management (AHP기법을 활용한 야생동물이동통로의 기능개선을 위한 평가항목 분석)

  • The rapid increase of wildlife passage installation since the late 2000s was aimed to reduce roadkill caused by habitat fragmentation and losses related to road construction, but wildlife-vehicle collisions are now still occurred even near the wildlife passage area. This is the reason that the effectiveness of wildlife passage have not been evaluated in combination with absence of monitoring data and management strategy of the wildlife passage. The AHP method are used, in this study, to identify the evaluation factors affecting the effectiveness of the present 367 wildlife passages in a mitigation measures to reduce road effects on wildlife species. Ten evaluation factors are derived from third levels in the AHP analysis. Priority setting to identify appropriate management strategies in first level is selected among four second levels on facility, environment, wildlife species and management tool. The AHP analysis suggested that neighboring environments are the most important factor at the second level, and passage structure, harmony with natural surroundings, wildlife occurrence and monitoring of the passage are also important factors at the third levels. In summary, effective measurements of wildlife passage management is based on managing the passage with neighboring topography and natural surrounding. This is useful to establish wildlife passage management strategy in order to reduce the negative effects of roads on wildlife species.
