It is only 2 ~ 3 years in the interior to be introduced as a Ubiquitous era after going through mainframe, PC and internet era on account of the advent of computer. This thesis intends to present a model device of an epoch-making cash management system using the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Tag and EPC (Electronic Product Code) Platform which are core technologies of the Ubiquitous Computing on the assumption that cable and wireless internet is constructed in university. Also this sets up a purpose to minimize the administrative procedure as well as the waste of time, people and cost which are problems of the cash management system operating now. Therefore as a research project hereafter, it will be able to present an imporvement device about the problems which cannot solve these days through the model of the proposing cash management system when the standardization, normalization and commercialization of advanced IT department are accomplished.

This study proposes an effective direction for operating the "Korea Baseball of Fame" based on baseball records. To clarify problems, a literature review on the case analysis of the "Hall of Fame" of the United States and Japan, an assortment and management of Korean baseball records, and a consultation with officials who work in the baseball industry were progressed. In conclusion, this study suggested building an archive database to operate the "Korea Baseball Hall of Fame" effectively. First, archives will be collected, and then managed and utilized at the "Korea Baseball Hall of Fame." Second, to preserve the memories of baseball heroes, an oral archive will be constructed. Third, baseball records will be assorted and stored in a database.

System solutions for access control to the user's personal when you want to authenticate to the system is used. The valid user is really just a part of authorized users, the suitability of a valid user has been authenticated are not sure whether the problem is the fact. For example, one developer in the Unix operating system can be valid, but do not have permission to access the system should be limited for. In this paper, a single account for multiple users to use the system operational issues to improve the fine-grained delegation of authority, the session audit, the administrator account's policy-based management, with full rights the administrator account of distribution management and auditing the system overall is the study of access control measures.

This study suggests, based on analysis of current status, improvement plans for the local government's public mobile applications. Fist of all, this study selected analysis elements and established an analysis framework for public mobile applications. Then the study analyzed the applications developed by all local government and application management practices in Seoul-City. The status of public applications shows that there are no institutional guidelines and the practical use of the public application is low in relation to the invested costs. Additional problems are the imprudent development, non-reflection of demand, absence of systemic management. For the improvement plans, the study suggests understanding of exact demand, detailed examination of validity, offering of effective information and the utilization of double-way interaction application. The management side of the improvement plans addresses the preparing for public application ordinance, building proper management system, regular check, education and active promotion.

The social media paradigm centered on videos continues to deepen due to the diversification of 5G devices, high-definition and immersive SNS. The purpose of this study is to propose various utilization strategies and measures through the analysis of the current status of YouTube channel operation and provided contents operated in public libraries. In this study, 44 libraries in Korea that have opened and operated Library YouTube Channel and 12 libraries that actively utilize library YouTube channels with more than 1,000 subscribers were surveyed for the current status of subscribers, views, video count data, and contents and delivery methods of Library YouTube Channel. Based on the analysis results, the library's YouTube channel was proposed to utilize the library's YouTube channel, 1) to secure the specificity and purpose of the library's YouTube channel, 2) to promote and enhance access to the YouTube channel, 3) to improve the YouTube channel to user-friendly interface, 5) to plan and provide library expertise and educational contents, 6) to operate the integrated YouTube channel, and 7) to provide user-based content.

Work zone traffic control is of keen interest because both traffic operations and safety performances are directly affected by traffic management methods. In particular, work zone traffic on two-lane roads needs to be managed in more efficient and safer manners due to its unique characteristics of alternative right-of-way assignment. This study developed a dynamic control algorithm that can be used for real-time operations of two-lane work zone traffic. The performance of the developed algorithm was evaluated by VISSIM microscopic traffic simulator. An applied programming interface (API) based program was developed to plug-in the control algorithm onto the simulator. The results demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed control algorithm for two-lane work zone.

This study aims to present the reorganization plan for the effective operation of the Information Disclosure System by researching on problems with regard to the system's actual operation. For that purpose, this study has examined issues by conducting an investigation regarding a survey by personnel in charge of the system as well as the status of the Information Disclosure System in central administrative agencies. By examining the issues presented, a number of problems were identified for which this study suggests plans for solutions. The solutions proposed in this study are as follows: a) all agencies must establish a department dedicated to information disclosure and improve their system to meet any increase in the amount of work by flexibly allocating human resources according to the workload, b) a uniform and standardized operation guide must be created, c) education programs with regard to the original Information Disclosure System should be expanded, and d) so on.

수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발사업의 장단기 저수지 연계운영 및 수질개선 방안 연구에서 개발 중인 범용 하천유역관리 모형인 KModSim은 그 수행속도와 모델 구성의 편이성으로 인해 하천의 수요처와 다수개의 저수지를 포함하는 대단위 유역에 적용이 용이하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 한국수자원공사에서 저수지 운영계획에 사용하고 있는 저수지 운영 기준수위를 바탕으로 하천유지용수와 수질개선용수를 확보하는 방안을 검토하였다. 우선 수량과 수질을 고려한 저수지 운영계획을 수립하기 위하여 기존의 수량만을 분배하는 물배분 시스템을 바탕으로 방류량에 증가에 따라 수질개선을 유도할 수 있도록 수질 개선 용수 수요노드를 추가하였다. 이때 유역내의 저수지의 기준수위와 하천의 하천유지용수 및 용수수요노드의 우선순위의 설정에 따라 deficit supply 방식의 물분배가 가능하게 하였으며 이를 통해 꼭 필요한 유량이 발생 할 때 유량을 공급할 수 있도록 모형을 설정 하였다. 반면 방류량에 따른 수질개선 효과를 분석하기 위하여 과거의 수질 측정자료의 상관성을 분석하여 다중회귀분석 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형은 방류량의 증가에 따른 수질개선 효과를 분석할 수 있는 모형으로 특정시점에 있어서 특정 수질 매개변수의 농도를 예측할 수 있으며 적정수준 이하의 수질 농도를 유지하기 위하여 필요한 방류량을 계산하도록 하였다. 이러한 수질 개선을 위한 공급 시나리오는 기존의 용수 우선의 시나리오 분석과 더불어 운영자에게 다양한 정보를 제공하여 보다 효율적 저수지 운영계획이 수립될 수 있도록 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
