A Study on the Development and Activation of Marina Port for the Expansion of the Marine Leisure Sports (해양레포츠 확산을 위한 마리나항만 개발과 활성화 전략)

  • In this world, the interest in the marine leisure-sports, nature friendly oriented, has been increased. The width of leisure activities has became enlarged because of expansion of leisure time and the changes of recognition on the rational management and use of marine resources. Marina ports influence significantly marine leports and this paper reviewed the maria ports status and problems. This Country has strived to develop marina ports in local areas, designing the 1st basic National Plan of Marina Development. We have keen interest in Marina but have no detail strategy and preparation. This paper suggested how marina port shall be developed for the expansion of marine leports and what strategies shall be adopted for the activation of the facilities. After reviewing the previous researches and with the results of questionnaire survey, this paper suggested two types strategies. First on the policy oriented point, it suggested 10 alternatives on the perspectives of development and operation areas. Secondly, it proposed some strategies for the activation of marina ports on the aspects of 4Ps of marketing. This paper theoretically groped the activation schemes with the knowledge and experiences of experts, but it is recommended furthermore some survey on the practical field and user attitude must be progressed.

A Comparative Study of Actuality of Elementary and Middle School Teachers' Perception on Cyber Home Learning System (사이버 가정학습체제에 대한 초중등 교사의 인식실태 비교연구)

  • Along with developments of information and communication technologies, internet has spread not only all over the society, but also our everyday life deeply. Recently, requirements for e-learning using internet in the educational aspect have a great influence on the changes of school educations. Cyber Home Learning System, in particular, has been implemented throughout the nation for the purpose of reducing private expenditure for education and promoting substantial improvements in quality of public education. However, there have been exposed many problems with respect to quality of operations and managements of the system comparing to its quantitative growth, and so, at this point in time, researcher conducted analysis of actuality of perceptions of both elementary and middle school teachers with a focus on the case of S System in K province. To test this, total 278 participants were sampled from the elementary schools (139 teachers) and the middle schools (139 teachers) located in K province and were asked to complete a survey and the results therefrom were analyzed accordingly. Results from the analyses revealed that elementary school teachers responded more positively than other respondents in the most areas, including supply of a variety of learning contents of S System, quality of contents, and providing for helps insomuch as to complement school works, etcetera. In addition, researcher has found out that, to make the system become all the more efficient, it shall be required to establish a strategy in order to induce students' interest in the system, as well as to construct infrastructure for facilitating the use of computer. And that there are also needs for continuous supports from both the school and the education authority concerned, and for method of flexible operation of curriculum.

  • This study found the strategies for activating the security industry to utilize social network services based on the platform business model. This research was utilized for in-depth interview and IPA analysis. And use it was to check the contents and strategic improvement projects that can actually materialize and direction of the strategy. First, run a priority need area is a private center of community policing related portal development and operation, universal social networking service(SNS) utilizing expanded, professional training, IT-based security content management and operation of IT infrastructure security guards and security professionals up educational content development, online security guards and security professionals-up refresher training program development. Second, the area over the inventory capabilities increase the effectiveness of the security guards was constructed open-type comprehensive public information system. Third, the area needed to be reviewed are the individual security industry experts workers operating information channels, dedicated customer service and expanding the event of a private security guard & security service providers up. Fourth, the effectiveness of the insufficient area are discuss system improvements, the sharing of community policing closed Cameras for proposals for the expanded utilization of social networking services, private development organizations Social Network Service(SNS).

  • 최근 들어 전자상거래의 급속한 발달로 전 세계적으로 수송 물동량이 급격히 증대되고 있고, 이로 인해 택배사업이 대단히 활성화되고 있다. 출발지와 목적지가 서로 상이한 무수히 만은 수송 요구가 들어오면 수송 요구화물의 신속한 집배송을 위한 배차계획 및 수송계획을 세우는 것이 택배회사의 주요 업무이다. 이러한 배차 계획 및 수송 계획을 어떻게 수립하느냐에 따라 전체 수송비용뿐만 아니라 고객들의 서비스 수준에 상당한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 이러한 운영적 차원에서의 의사결정 이전에 훨씬 중요하게 고려해야 할 내용이 택배네트워크의 설계 문제이다. 이러한 택배네트워크의 설계에는 터미널 개수 및 위치를 결정하는 전략적 문제와 영업소들을 터미널에 할당하는 전술적 문제로 구분될 수 있다. 현재 우리 국내에는 크고 작은 수많은 택배사업자들이 있으나, 그 중에서 비교적 규모가 큰 주요 택배회사들은 대부분 전국에 걸쳐 다수의 터미널을 설치하여 두고 수송화물의 집배송을 위한 물류거점으로 운영하고 있다. 이와 같은 터미널 위치 및 개수가 정해진 상태에서 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당하여 처리되도록 하느냐의 여부는 수송비용 측면에서뿐만 아니라 고객들에 대한 서비스 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의사결정 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 비용과 시간을 고려하여 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당해야 하는지를 결정하기 위한 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 이에 대한 탐색적 해법을 제시하며, 국내의 택배회사 사례를 대상으로 모형을 적용해 보고자 한다.무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각

Systematic improvement method depending on analysis of inductive contents on university volunteers'satisfaction & dissatisfaction on participating in stipulated PGA pro-golf competitions (대학생 자원봉사자의 PGA 정규 투어 프로골프대회 참여 만족·불만족 귀납적 내용분석에 따른 제도적 개선 방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine contents through inductive analytic method and make systematic improvement method on satisfaction & dissatisfaction of university students participating in stipulated PGA pro-golf competitions as volunteers. The objects of this study were university students participating in 2019 The CJ Cup@Nine Bridges as volunteers. Excluding 76 copies judged to be disloyal out of 300 collected copies, the researcher analyzed the contents of 224 copies. To begin with, the contents were categorized in 10 detailed areas & 5 general areas by implementing the 2nd inductive categoric analysis mainly on the basis of 408 raw materials, the overall detailed areas of satisfaction on participation. Checking specifically, first, "satisfaction on experience in golf competition" was divided into golf competition, golf information, golf course. Second, "satisfaction on player" was divided into direct watching and famous player. Third, "satisfaction on environment" was divided into satisfaction on place & satisfaction on facilities. Fourth, "satisfaction on participation" was divided into satisfaction on service & satisfaction on competence. Finally, "satisfaction on interpersonal relation" was divided with application same to that of detailed area. In the case of dissatisfaction on participation, the contents were categorized in 10 detailed areas & 3 general areas by implementing the 2nd inductive categoric analysis mainly on the basis of 369 raw materials, the overall detailed areas. Checking specifically, first, dissatisfaction on competition operating system was detailedly divided into dissatisfaction on job system, dissatisfaction on operating system, dissatisfaction on delivery system. Second, dissatisfaction on treatment for volunteers was divided into dissatisfaction on treatment for volunteers & dissatisfaction on work hours. Third, dissatisfaction on welfare for volunteers was divided into dissatisfaction on food & beverage, dissatisfaction on costumes and dissatisfaction on incidental facilities.

  • This study attempt to suggest a policy for the effect of using in the public libraries by the verification that are different between groups by their using patterns and types of book collections. by using patterns and system of desired-book for user. by using patterns and system of desired-book for user. The questionnaire is distributed to the delivery lending library's user and librarian in public libraries. The summary of results are as follows 1 The Circulation period of public library is one month per every delivery lending library. 2. The Circulation volume of public library is '100-200' books per every times. 3. There are significant differences by their using patterns and types of book collections. 4. There are significant differences by their using patterns and system of desired-book for user. 5. There are significant differences by their using patterns and placement of book collections. Their results show that library is most effective place of book collection services. 6. Circulation services must carry out only in the sphere of jurisdiction 7. A Lost books must set up treatment basis of natural reduction ratio 8. The Interference factors of delivery lending library are lacks of human power, lost books and negative attitute of user in order 9. The Effects of using a delivery lending library are a positive attitute and specialty of top management, the optimum of budget and the effect of deposit system 10.   • The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.

  • The railway accident is characterized by widespread and great(immerse) damage to our society when an accident occurred even if the probability of a railway accident is low. It is no doubt that the role of a rolling stock driver who are active in the first line of the rail safety driving is the most important to prevent an unexpected railway accident. Before new railway safety law being taken into effect, each railway operating organization had the responsibility of training a rolling stock driver by qualification criteria (the requirements or standards of competency), training period, probation period decided on their own standards. To train drivers driving same locomotive model, each railway operating organization had a variety of standards to draft and train trainees. Consequently, It was considered inefficient way to train and manage rolling stock drivers. However, after implementing the new railway safety law, a new system including training and evaluation process to issue driver's license on the condition that entire requirements are satisfied has been established. To prove the competency of the rolling stock driver objectively, training center and third-party evaluation center are divided individually and assigned by government office. Training center should design the training program to allot theatrical education time for different trainee group and to secure maximum practical training time utilizing simulator system to enhance the rolling stock driver's competency. This study analyzes certain conditions necessary to maximize the effectiveness and practical use of training for aquisition of a driver's license and the problems of the existing rail safety law and the ways to improve them.

  • This study derives essential information elements that should be shared in the situation board by utilizing the concept of common operating picture (COP). The COP's concept and actual overseas cases were confirmed, and COP information elements that should be considered for disaster situations were redefined. The COP disaster response information elements were derived by analyzing the standard manual for disaster response and daily situation reports issued in Korea. The information elements were divided into four stages (①Report reception and recognition stages, ②Situation propagation and reporting stages, ③Emergency equipment operation stages, ④Recovery and recovery stages), centered on storm and flood damage. Further analysis of the detailed information elements was conducted to derive the information elements that must be shared in the context board. The information is shared along with spatial and geographical characteristics due to the characteristics of the COP, providing complex information to decisionmakers and officials, enabling diverse access to disaster situations. Furthermore, it is expected that disaster response will be more efficient by sharing the information in common.

  • According to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (Article 94), the flag state must fulfill its overall role to ensure maritime safety and operate the ship inspection system as a related measure. The Korean government (Ministry of Ocean and Fisheries) has implemented policies for reducing marine accidents to promote maritime safety; however, the target goal has not been achieved. The ship inspection system is a measure to prevent marine accidents, and for the effective operation of the system, a sufficient understanding of the origin of the ship inspection system is required. In this study, the trend of the international ship inspection system was identified by analyzing ship inspection system origins and the history of the system's paradigm shift. The recent international ship inspection system paradigm confirms international standardization and the active safety management of ship companies are becoming increasingly prominent. Based on this, the introduction of the 'PDCA cycle-based self-inspection system' is presented to the current domestic ship inspection system. This is a new type of inspection system that establishes the roles of interested parties based on the basic philosophy of the ISO 9000 series to improve the ef ectiveness of maritime safety. Additionally, the necessity for a non-face-to-face ship inspection system has emerged because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, the transition to a 'mobile application-based ship inspection system' is proposed to accommodate the rapid development of information communications technology.
