인터넷 이용자의 편의를 위하여 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)을 구축하는 사례가 급증하고 있으며, ERP 도입을 통하여 기존의 많은 시스템의 통합을 추진하고 있는 추세로서 송변전지리정보시스템(TGIS)과 변전소 정보관리시스템(SIMS)의 통합 운영은 시스템적인 측면과 업무적인 측면을 모두 고려하여 볼 때 그 효용성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있으며, 송변전이 통합된 자산관리 운영에 다양한 편의성을 제공할 것이다.

본 연구는 수율에 영향을 주는 변수들이 많이 존재하고 그들 간의 복잡한 상호 작용에 의한 수율변동이 예상되는 환경에서 기존의 관리도를 개별 공정에서 별도로 운영하여 관리하는 것이 아니라 모든 변수 중에서 상호 작용을 가지는 변수들의 조합을 특성으로 정의하고 이들의 변동을 관리함으로써 수율변동을 효과적이고 쉽게 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 과거에 생산된 제품 중에서 수율이 좋은 것과 나쁜 것을 구분하고 좋은 것과 나쁜 것에 대해 각각 특성을 정의하고 특성 변화의 패턴을 추출하여 향후 새로 만들어지는 제품의 패턴이 어느것과 더욱 유사한지를 규명하여 수율 이상을 사전 예방할 수 방법이다.

농업용수관리자동화사업의 시행은 수자원관리 중에서 용수절약 및 유지관리비 절감을 위해 도입된 용수관리 개선방안 중의 하나이다. 현재 대부분의 수리시설이 수원공 관리인과 수로감시원의 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 2004년 수리시설물의 관리비 집행내역을 살펴보면 시설유지비 54.2 %, 개보수비 34.2 %, 적립금 및 기타 비용이 11.6 %를 차지하고 있다. 이 중의 시설유지비는 인거비의 상승으로 1999년 41.4 %에서 2004년 54.2%로 증가되었으나 개보수비는 같은 기간에 41.5 %에서 34.2 %로 감소된 것으로 나타났다(농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보, 2005). 따라서 농업용수관리자동화는 시설관리비와 개보수비의 절감 그리고 적정한 용수관리에 의한 용수절감을 위해서 더욱 확대 보급할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용수관리자동화 사업이 추진되어 운영되고 있는 충주지구를 선정하여 총사업비, 인건비, 유지관리비(통신료, 전력사용료 등), 수선유지비, 기타비용 등의 비용과 인력절감효과, 용수절감효과, 재해경감효과, 공익적효과 등의 편익을 분석하였다. 농업용수관리자동화시설에 대한 비용-편익 분석을 한 결과, 경제적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 사업의 시행을 위해서는 시설에 대한 교육, 전문인력의 보충, 운영 및 유지관리비의 투자가 병행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

보안에서 인적보안(Personal Security)의 예방통제 중 하나로 개발/운영을 분리하는 직무분리(Separation of Duty)를 해오고 있다. 고의적인 시스템의 오용을 줄이기 위한 방법이며, 많은 국제 표준과 국내 표준(COBIT, ISMS, 등)에서 직무분리를 명시하고 있다. 하지만 무중단 시스템이면서, 운영자가 특정 전문가 집단으로 한정되고, 수 많은 변경이 발생하는 무중단 환경에서 개발/운영이 분리 됨으로 인한 여러 가지 문제점이 발생 하고 있다. 체계를 운영하면서 전문지식을 기반으로 한 요구사항을 명확하게 이해하지 못하면, 추가적인 요구사항이 발생한다. 이는 체계의 품질저하와 위험(Risk)증가로 이어지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개발운영조직 통합관리(DevOps) 방법론을 SCADA와 같이 운영자가 해당 분야의 전문성을 가지고, 무중단으로 운영되며, 수많은 변경이 반영되는 시스템에서 개발 및 운영을 통합하였을 때, 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the methods for activating blogs in university libraries by investigating and analyzing their current management conditions. For this purpose, first, literatures related to library blogs were reviewed to examine the theoretical background. Second, the contents of university library blogs actively used, were investigated. Third, a survey with librarians in charge of the library blogs was carried out in order to identify problems dealing with blog management. The study's analysis presented the problems that university library blogs faced. And also enrichment strategies for university library blogs are suggested based on the research.

It is an important role of a researcher to preserve the research process and results as a record in the overall R&D from the planning stage to completion. 농업 수자원 시스템은 유역의 유출량으로부터 용수를 생산하고 농작물 재배를 위하여 용수를 공급하는 일련의 체계로서, 여름철 집중되는 강우를 저류하여 가용 용수를 확보하고 적절한 시기에 필요한 용수량의 공급을 목적으로 한다. 농업용 저수지, 용 배수로 및 평야부 수리시설물과 같은 구성 요소들은 오랜 기간에 걸쳐서 축조되어 지속 가능하고 안정적인 농업용수 공급을 수행하고 있다. 농업 수자원 시스템을 운영하는 과정에서 물 수요량에 대한 실시간 관리가 불가능하여, 수요와 공급의 불균형으로 인한 용수 공급 효율 저하 및 수리시설물의 노후화 및 누수 등으로 인한 관리 손실량 발생과 같은 문제점이 제기되었다. 스마트 물관리는 농업 수자원 환경의 급격한 변화에 대응하기 위하여 첨단 정보통신 기술을 도입하는 차세대 물관리 시스템으로 실시간 모니터링, 수자원의 분석/모의/운영 및 정보 관리 등 전 분야에서 정보화와 지능화를 구현하기 위한 기술 총화로 정의된다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 물관리를 구현하기 위한 구체적 방안으로써, 통합적인 농업용수의 실시간 운영 및 정보 관리를 위하여 첨단 정보통신기술을 이용한 모니터링 기술, 수집된 정보 분석 및 제공을 위한 웹 기반의 정보관리 기술, 정보교환을 위한 네트워크 기술 등을 통합 운영할 수 있는 체계를 구성하였다.

본 연구는 기존에 운영 중인 항만건설통합정보시스템의 활용성과 시스템 운영관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 통합화하였다. 도로와 항만 건설사업관리는 대상목적물만 다르고 기본적인 업무프로세스는 유사하다. 따라서 통합 개발기간을 단축하고 안정적으로 통합화하기 위해 항만건설통합정보시스템을 기존에 운영하고 있는 도로건설사업관리시스템으로 통합하는 방식으로 추진하였다. 도로건설사업관리시스템은 항만건설통합정보시스템보다 시스템 사용이 쉽고 편리하며 건설사업관리 업무프로세스 지원 및 관리기능이 안정적으로 설계되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 통합화 과정에서 겪었던 애로사항과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 타 시스템을 통합화할 경우에 본 연구 결과를 활용한다면 반복적인 시행착오를 미연에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this research is to deduce the frailties of the operating condition of Korea's national crisis management system through a comprehensive perspective analysis. It is then to present efficient measures through the enhancement of these infirmities. For this, after examining the fundamental theory, we presented a development direction based on the current status of the 6 key systems composing the national crisis management system. We also included items regarding each of the policy proposal in our conclusion. The fundamental theory of Korea's national crisis management system has been integrated based on a comprehensive security concept. However, the system development which drives the integrated structure still remains solely as a legal and structural category. Thus, operating, informing-oriented, supporting management, and rearing professional manpower systems have yet to be cultivated with efficiency. In conclusion, this research is to present a development direction from a conceptual dimension and to analyze the current status of the 6 key systems which are law, organization, operation, information-oriented, support management, training, and education. Finally, this research highlights the policy measures to fully maximize system efficiency.
