  • 블록 트랜스포터는 조선 산업의 생산필드에서 많은 물류비용과 생산지연비용을 유발시킨다. 이러한 트랜스포터를 효율적으로 운용하기 위해서는 운송경로의 최적화가 필요하고, 운송경로를 최적화하기 위해서는 실시간으로 트랜스포터의 위치를 확인하는 과정이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 블록 트랜스포터의 위치를 측위하기 위해 모바일 RFID를 이용한 실시간 위치 측위 구현 방법을 제안하였다. 스마트폰에 포함된 모바일 RFID 리더기를 사용하여 트랜스포터에 부착되어 있는 RFID TAG를 인식하여 트랜스포터의 이름 및 하중 정보등을 수신 받고, GPS 및 AP를 이용한 위치측위 정보를 트랜스포터 정보와 함께 서버로 전송한다. 서버로 전송된 정보를 통해 선박 블록 이동을 위한 효율적인 배차를 가능하게 하여 조선 산업 전체 공정에 대한 관리를 강화할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 운송 컨테이너 식별자의 자동화 처리를 위한 문자 인식의 단계중 최종 문자 인식 전단계 까지의 처리 과정을 컨테이너의 특성에 맞게 제안하였으며, 이러한 전처리 과정은 문자 인식 시스템의 성능에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 제안한 방법은 먼저 입력된 컨테이너 컬러 영상을 명암 영상으로 바꾸고 전체 영상중 인식에 필요한 식별자 영역만을 경계선 검출과 형태학적 연산을 이용하여 추출한다. 이어서 다양한 배경색과 문자색을 판단하여 일반 문서와 같이 일관성있게 통일한 후, DCT를 이용한 명암도별 이진영역으로 분할한 후에 Otsu방법과 새로운 이진화방법을 자동으로 선택하여 효율적인 이진화가 이루어지도록 하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 이진 영상은 문자인식 단계로 넘어갈 수 있도록 개별 문자로 분할한다. 이 방법은 컨테이너 영상의 불균등한 배경색과 잡음으로 인하여 문자인식에 오류가 생기는 단점을 보완하였으며 컨테이너 특성을 최대한 반영함으로써 효과적인 전처리 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 제안한 방법의 응용은 컨테이너 이외의 다른 상황에서도 매우 효과적으로 사용될 수 있으리라 본다.

  • 우리나라의 지리적인 여건상 대륙과 연결되지 않기 때문에 해상운송에 절대적으로 의존하고 있다. 해상운송에 있어 항만시설의 확보가 필요하며 대외무역의존도가 높은 우리나라의 경우 더욱 중요한 역할을 한다. 항만시설은 장기적인 항만수요예측을 통해 대규모 인프라투자를 결정하며 단기적인 예측은 항만운영의 효율성을 개선하고 항만의 경쟁력을 제고하는데 기여하므로 예측의 정확성을 높이기 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 모델 중에 하나인 LSTM(Long Short Term Memory)을 적용하여 우리나라 주요항만의 컨테이너 물동량 단기예측을 수행하여 선행연구들에서 주류를 이뤘던 ARIMA류의 시계열모델과 비교하여 예측성능을 평가할 것이다. 본 논문은 학문적으로 항만수요예측에 관한 새로운 예측모델을 제시하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있으며 실무적으로 항만수요예측에 대한 정확성을 개선하여 항만투자의사결정에 과학적인 근거로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper performs flow analysis of ultra-high speed vehicle inside the long distance tunnel. One and three dimensional hybrid mesh was used for describing moving motion and flow analysis of an vehicle inside a long distance tunnel which over 20 km. Flow analysis and aerodynamic drag measuring were performed by three dimensional mesh: around vehicle, and pressure waves of a tunnel was measured by one dimensional mesh: the other region where rare changing of flow pattern.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify evaluation factors and analyze the relative importance among factors to select a suitable transportation method for transferring the increasing amount of transshipment at multiple terminals at the Busan new port. To accomplish this, the evaluation factors were selected through a literature survey and brainstorming of a group of experts associated with the port operation, and were classified into five major factors and 15 middle factors. The evaluation factors classified hierarchically were surveyed relative to workers in organizations such as shipping companies, port corporations, container terminals, and related ministries. The importance of each factor was calculated using the hierarchical analysis process (AHP). As a result of the importance analysis, priority was assigned in order of safety, productivity, investment efficiency, operational efficiency, and policy conformity. Through this, it was necessary to select a suitable transportation method for the transshipment cargo in terminals while focusing on the cargo and terminal security and preventing accidents. As a result of calculating from six ITT transportation candidates, the priority was determined in order of monorail, Autocon, and so on as ITT transportation suitable for the Busan new port..

  • The logistics industry is becoming increasingly important as it is closely linked to our daily lives, storing and transporting the goods and resources that businesses and consumers need. With its growing importance, the logistics industry strives to provide efficient and sustainable services through innovations and artificial intelligence are being used to optimize logistics networks, make transport more environmentally friendly, and more. Research and improvements are being undertaken in various domains, such as logistics network optimization and environmentally friendly transportation through technological innovation and artificial intelligence; however, there still needs to be more research in certain aspects of the logistics industry. In particular, devising an optimized stowage plan for vehicle carriers, considering various factors, involves a significant degree of complexity and remains an under-researched area. This paper studies the loading and unloading algorithms that enable to quickly and efficiently establish stowage plans for vehicle carriers, reflecting a variety of considerations and rules for stowage planning.

  • Parcel service is to deliver goods from one place to the designated destination requested according to user request. Parcel operations such as sorting, distributing, etc. or the managed information are heterogeneous by the companies. Additionally, it is impossible to support interoperability between companies with unformatted data of manual processing. Most parcel package boxes attached to paper typed waybill is attached is delivered to consignee. So, security problems such as personal information leaking are occurred, or extra processing time and logistics costs are needed due to wrong or the damaged information. Business environment of parcel service is rapidly changed as introducing unmanned delivery or the advanced technology such as Internet of Things. User want to know the accurate status or steps from parcel service request to delivery. To provide these requirements, the unified and integrated waybill information for reliable transportation of parcel service is needed. This information will provide to pickup or delivery carrier, warehouse or terminal, and parcel service user per pickup, transport, and delivery stage of parcel delivery service. Therefore, this paper defines the simplified and unified information model for parcel service waybill by analyzing information systems used for logistics unit processes that is occurred to parcel service, and manual work processes, and developing the relevant information of work flows occurred between business processes or transactions with the collected or processed information by from parcel service's stages. It is possible to share these standard model between business entities, and replacing paper typed waybill will improve national life safety as preventing security threats by paper typed waybill. As a result, it will promote the public interest from the stakeholder's perspective.

  • Intermodal freight transportation is defined as the movement of freight from origins to destinations by two or more transportation modes. When implemented in hub networks, it could enhance the efficiency of the networks because consolidated flows are transported by more suitable modes and technologies. In spite of this advantage, the intermodal hub network design problem has received limited attention in the literature partly because of the complex nature of the problem. This paper aims to develop an optimization model for designing intermodal hub networks with sin91e allocation strategy. The model takes into account various cost components of intermodal hub networks including transportation, stationary inventory, and service delay costs. Moreover, using transport frequency variables, it is capable of endogenously determining the transportation economies of scale achieved by consolidation of flows. As such, the model is able to realistically represent the characteristics of intermodal hub networks in practice. Since the model Is a complicated nonlinear integer programming problem, we perform model simplification based on the analytical study of the model, which could facilitate the development of solution algorithms in the future. We expect that this study contributes to the design of intermodal hub networks as well as to the assessment of existing logistics systems.
