Background: Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) has been widely used for pain relief after surgery instead of opioid analgesics therapy. This study was designed to study the effectiveness of TENS on perianal pain after anal surgery. Methods: Forty-eight patients who underwent anal surgery were evaluated in this suudy. Caudal anesthesia with 1.5% lidocaine 30 ml mixture 1：200,000 epinephrine was performed. TENS was done at 100 Hz for 25 min. duration, postoperatively at 4 hrs and 24 hrs. Pain was also measured at the 4 hrs and 24 hrs postoperatively by visual analogue scale (VAS). VAS value were compared before and after TENS application. Results: Values of VAS after TENS were significantly lower compared to those before TENS. Conclusions: From these results, we concluded, TENS may be effective for postoperative perianal pain relief after anal surgery.

Objective : This study was to investigate Soyang-Kyong negative acupuncture treatment of spasticity or rigidity in 41 patients. Methods : Let Sadok, Yangnungch' on, Kuho in side of spasticity or rigidity have negative acupuncture in the skin. Result and Conclusion : 1. Spasticity or rigidity was improved 33 case of 41 case by Soyang-Kyung negative acupuncture. 2. The spasticity was improved more than the rigidity. 3. Spasticity or rigidity of Basal Ganglia, Periventricular Whete Matter, Thalamrs is improved more than Spasticity or rigidity of M.C.A territory, Pons. 4. Spasticity or rigidity of Cb-mfaction is improved more than Spasticity or rigidity of Cb-hemorrloge.

This study was designed to identify the effects of Reynoutria Japonica on antibacterial activity aganist Bordetella pertussis ATCC 9797 which is cause of whooping cough. The ethanol- and water-extracts of more than 80 oriental herbal medicine were Investigated by Kirby -Bauer method to determine their inhibitory effects on growth of B. pertussis ATCC 9797 in vitro. For that Reynoutria Japonica was selected. The ethanol-soluble extract of Reynoutria Japonica showed relatively high antivacterial activity against B. pertussis ATCC 9797. However, the water-soluble extract of Reynoutria Japonica showed no antibacterial activity. The ethanolic extract was further fractionated with organic solvents such as hexane, chloroform, and ethyl acetate, in that order. Among the fraction tested, the chloroform fraction showed the highest antibacterial activity when the ethanol-soluble extract of Reynoutria Japonica minial inhibitory concentration(MIC) was $25{\mu}g/m{\ell}l$. Results support a role far Reynoutria Japonica in inhibiting the cell growth of B. pertussis ATCC 9797, but further experimentation is required.

Acute Myocardica Infarction has high mortality and bad prognosis. We treated a 68 year-old female patient of acute myocardiac infacrtion to follow cerebral infarction. The chief complainment is right hemiplegia, dyspnea, chest discomfort, palpitation, anxiety, insomnia. The prognosis cannot be good, Because she has anterior wall infarction, cardiomegaly, conduction block, hypertention and she is 68 years old. We treated her with chiefly Nogyongdaebo-tang and Gongjin-dan, and gradually increased momentum. also we used self west medicine. The chief complainment was improved. She became to do cane walking by herself.

지난 2017년 1월 17일, 우리나라는 재난 및 안전관리기본법의 자연재난에 우주물체의 추락 충돌로 인한 재난을 포함시켰다. 이는 '14 진주운석 추락 등 잇따른 우주재난에 대한 국제적 관심고조 및 이에 대한 대비의 필요성 제기 등이 바탕이 된 것으로, 우주재난에 대한 국가적 관리의 필요성이 현안에 반영된 결과이다. 한편, 기존정책의 범위가 축소되거나 확장되는 등 변화가 발생할 때 해당 정책이 효과적으로 집행되기 위해서는 정책의 실질적 집행 효과를 경험하는 대상이 되는 정책적 고객이 정책의 변경내용을 인지하고 해당 정책에 대하여 공감하는 것이 중요하다. 우주재난의 경우 재난 및 안전관리기본법에 기존에 포함되어있던 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때, 그 위험도나 피해정도 등이 대중에게 어떠한 평가를 받고 있으며, 특히 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때 같은 맥락으로 이해되고 있는지를 파악하여 향후 세부 정책에 반영할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "우리나라 국민의 우주위험인식 수준과 국가 재난정책"의 후속연구로서 2016년 9월 발생한 경주지진 전 후 자연재난에 대한 국민의 인식에 변화가 있는지를 분석하여 이를 토대로 우주재난에 대한 국민의 인식을 설명하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

When the automotive body enters an electrocoating tank while applying an electric current, its steel surface is exposed to a very low induced current. Consequently, surface defects of coating may arise if the steel surface has lack of electric uniformity due to local defects such as local oxide. In this study, we investigated the preceding assessment methods to evaluate steel susceptibility of the low induced current during electrocoating before mass production. Prior to general electrocoating, we applied low constant voltage such as 3V or low constant current densities such as $0.35mA/cm^2$ and $0.50mA/cm^2$. In result, we confirmed that such methods were efficient for assessing steel susceptibility of low induce current during electrocoating.

An analysis method for the electromagnetic scattering of a tE polarized plane wave from a periodic strip grating over a grounded dielectric slab is consisered from the viewpoint of reflectio ngraing problem. The strip gratings showing bragg and off-bragg balzing phenomena at the frequency of 10GHz are designed, respectively. The strip grating structure is implemented using aluminum plate (hround conductor), paraffin(dielectric material ; .xi.$_{\gamma}$=2.24) and copper (strip conductor ; 0.08mm thickness). The experimental results (reflection power) for bragg as well as off-bragg blazing phenomenon have been compared with the theoretical results and fairly good agreements between theory and experiment have been observed.ed.

The increament of crustal thickness, continental growth and evolution, plate tectonic movements, and mega-impacts of meteorites have been worldwidely studied in the subdivision of Precambrian. In many subdivision methods of Precambrian Eon and Eonthem, the division based on the principle of the Plate tctonic movement referred internationally, is as follows, $L^AT_EX$ The rationality of this subdivision and some problems in the currently adopted stratigraphic subdivision of Precambrian Eonthem will by commented, and the validity of English and Korean Geological terminology on the Precambrian stratigraphy of northeastern Asia will be discussed also.

A 640Gb/s high-speed ATM switching system that is based on the technologies of advanced MCM, 0.25um CMOS and optical WDM interconnection is fabricated for future N-ISDN services. A 40 layer, 160mm$\times$114mm ceramic MCM realizes the basic ATM switch module with 80Gbps throughput. The basic unit ATM switch module with 80Gb/s throughput. The basic unit ATM switch MCM consists of in 8 chip advanced 0.25um CMOS VLSI and 32 chip I/O Bipolar VLSIs. The MCM employs an 40 layer, very thin layer ceramic MCM and a uniquely structured closed loop type liquid colling system is adopted to cope with the MCM's high-power dissipation of 230w. The MCM is Mounted on a 32cm$\times$50cm mother board. A three stage ATM switch is realized by optical WDM interconnection between the high-performance MCM.

However, the current edition of the social services in the country to provide security services do not have the right. Therefore, we suggest a social book Retrieval service in social network environment that can support user authentication and partial filter search method on smartphone. our proposed system can to provide more speed responsiveness, effective display result on smartphone and security service.
