Immediate Effects of Abdominal Hollowing Exercise and Abdominal Bracing Exercise on Dynamic Balance (복부 할로잉 운동과 복부 브레이싱 운동이 동적 균형에 미치는 즉각적 효과)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to find out the immediate effect on dynamic balance through Abdominal hollowing exercise and Abdominal bracing exercise. Method: 90 healthy male and female students in their 20s were surveyed and measured using Y-balance test and Functional reach test. Result: In the dynamic balance Test between groups, there was a statistically significant difference between the group that performed Abdominal hollowing exercise and the control group. Conclusion: Although both representative spinal stabilization exercises Abdominal hollowing exercise and Abdominal bracing exercise are meaningful in increasing dynamic equilibrium, it is difficult to suggest that any method is more effective in terms of immediate effects.

The Effects of PNF Technique Versus Trunk Exercise Program on the Pain, Disability and Balance in Chronic LBP Patients (만성 요통환자에 대한 PNF와 체간운동프로그램이 통증, 기능장애 및 균형에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to compare the PNF and Trunk Exercise Program has effectiveness on the pain, disability, static and dynamic balance in chronic low back pain patients. To evaluate the effects of exercise, subjects were evaluated by using VAS for pain, Oswestry disability index for disability, One leg stand test for static balance and Balance System for dynamic balance test. Pain, Oswestry disability index, One leg stand test, and Dynamic balance test in PNF had statistical significance than Trunk exercise program(p<0.05). So this results were suggested that the lifting and chopping pattern of PNF was effective on pain, disability and balance in chronic low back pain patients.

Effectiveness of Sensory-Feedback Ankle Training on Motor Functions in Hemiparetic Patients (시지각을 이용한 발의 감각되먹임 적용이 편마비 환자의 운동기능에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중으로 인한 만성 편마비 환자를 대상으로 발에 시지각 자극을 적용하여 균형과 보행에 관한 운동기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 6개월 이상 된 편마비 환자 16명이 연구에 참여하였고, 무작위로 실험군(EG) 10명과 대조군(CG) 10명으로 구분하였다. 두 군 모두 기본적인 물리치료를 적용하였고 실험군은 정적균형도구인 Tetrax Multiple System을 이용하여 발목에 감각되먹임 시지각 자극을 매회 30분, 4주간 주 3회 실시하였다. 운동 중재 전과 후의 운동기능에 해당하는 균형(TUG), 보행(DGI)을 측적하여 본 연구의 효과를 비교하였다. 실험군에서 정적 균형, TUG, 그리고 동적 균형지수(DGI) 지수는 중재 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈고(p<.05), 실험, 대조군간 전후의 변화율에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 대조군에서는 DGI 만 중재 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 순수하게 유산소 운동만을 실시하였다. 통계처리 방법으로 전 후 차이를 검증하기 위하여 대응표본 t 검정을 실시하였고 대조군과의 차이 검증을 위하여 독립표본 t 검정을 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의수준은 0.05로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 편마비 환자에게 흥미를 촉진하고 운동 기능 회복의 효과를 강화할 수 있는 감각 되먹임이 동반된 시지각 자극을 적용하여 균형 및 보행기능의 향상을 얻을 수 있었고, 차후 연구는 장기간의 추적 관찰 연구가 지속되어야 하고 발목 뿐만 아니라 다른 관절에서의 비교연구가 필요할 것이다.

  • 운동학습이론인 감각운동 통합이론을 본 연구의 개념적 틀로하여 한방병원에 입원한 뇌졸중 환자 중 구강인두 기능이 저하된 환자를 대상으로 감각운동자극이 구강인두 기능에 미치는 효과를 조사하기 위하여 1988년 3월초부터 5월 중순까지 예비실험 연구하였다. 감각운동자극을 주기 전에 구강인두기능을 시정하고 대상자 전원에게 저하된 구강인두기능에 따라 감각운동자극을 선택하여 하루 3번 매식후 30분전에 주었으며, 이를 일주일 동안 계속하였다. 일주일 후 다시 구강인두기능을 측정하여 자극을 주기전, 후의 기능정도를 paired t-test로 비교 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 머리와 목운동 조절점수가 높을 것이다”라는 제1가설은 지지되었다(t=-2.71, df=5, p=.042). 2. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 씹는 능력이 증가되었으나, 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다(t=-2.00, df=5, p=.102). 3. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 입술운동의 조절점수는 높을 것이다”라는 제3가설은 지지되었다(t=-4.77, df=5, p=.005). 4. “자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 혀 운동 조절점수가 높을 것이다”라는 제4가설은 지지되었다(t=-3.61, df=5, p=.015). 5. 자극을 주기 전보다 준 후에 연하능력이 증가되었으나 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다(t=-2.24, df=5, p=.076). 이상의 결과로 감각운동자극은 연하장애환자의 구강인두기능을 증진시키는데 효과적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

Implementation of Educational Game to Accompany Exercising and Generating (운동과 발전을 동반하는 학습게임 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we implemented a serious game system for study to accompany exercising and generating to keep on computer game side effect. The implemented serious game system was divided into the game part and the athletic part. The athletic part for whole body exercising was composed of health bicycle for lower body exercise and additional apparatus for upper body exercise, that was attached to the rear side of health bicycle and several generator was attached to the power point of athletic part. The circuit board and logic program was composed to adjust the exercise strength control, to get data and to communicate with the computer. The game part was composed to promote and educational effectiveness, the whole system emphasized on amusement side while avoided violence side. We confirmed the effect of the serious game system with the fourteen fun form which Garneau insists.

  • 피트니스센터 회원권을 끊지 않는다 해도 건강한 신체는 얼마든지 만들 수 있다. 하지만 물 마시기에 인색하면 건강한 몸만들기는 불가능해진다. 충분하고 효과적인 물 마시기가 선행돼야 운동효과를 볼 수 있고 건강한 몸 만들기도 가능해진다.

The Impact of Abdominal Muscle Strengthening Exercises, Back Muscle Stretching and Multi-Training on the Lumbar Flexibility of 20s Adults (복부근력강화운동, 배부근 스트레칭 및 복합운동이 20대 성인의 허리 유연성에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect and difference of abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training on the lumbar flexibility of 20s adults. Method : The abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training were conducted 9 times targeting 21 subjects who attended K University from 2013 May 29 to June 14. Sit and Reach Tests were conducted 2 times(before and after exercise program) for flexibility test and measured data were processed with SPSS program WIN 12.0K. By the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the effectiveness of exercises are verified. By the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test, the difference of effectiveness among the exercise groups are verified. Result : The results of this study were summerized below 1. Before and after exercise, in abdominal muscle strengthening exercise group, back muscle stretching group and multi-training group are showed statistically significant differences(p<.05), 2. There were statistically significant difference in the improvement of the flexibility between each group(p>.05). Conclusion : These data suggests that all of the 3 exercise programs are brought positive influences on the improvement of flexibility, and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and flexibility multi-training are effective on the flexibility more than, back muscle stretching in 20s adults.

Effect of acute exercise on Adiponectin and Gut hormone (일시적 운동이 혈중 Adiponectin과 Gut hormone 농도에 미치는 영향)

  • Adiponectin and Gut hormones(insulin, glucagon, ghrelin, PYY and GLP-1) are recently discovered peptides that are associated with lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, and control appetite. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of acute treadmill exercise(walking, 45min ; all-out running, 5min) on Adiponectin and gut hormones in high school ssireum player(light class, n=8; heavy class, n=8). From the experimental results, Adiponectin and ghrelin of light class were significantly higher than heavy class(p<.05), but there was no difference between pre and post exercise. Insulin level of heavy class was significantly higher than that of light class(p<.01) and no difference between pre and post exercise. Only glucagon significantly increased after exercise(p<.01), but no difference between classes. PYY and GLP-1 were no difference on classes and pre vs. post-exercise. The result of this study suggest that adiponectin, ghrelin and insulin were affected by body weight(light class vs. heavy class) and glucagon was affected by acute exercise.

Effects of walking exercise for wellness convergence in the digital age - Based on physical activity - (디지털 시대에 융복합적인 웰니스를 위한 걷기 운동의 효과 - 신체활동 중심으로 -)

  • The goal of this study was 1) to compare the physical activity between the normal(NO) and obese (OB) group at baseline and 2) to investigate responses of the physical activity to a 24-week walking exercise program in both groups. A total of 29 middle-aged women was classified NO and OB group based on the BMI($25kg/m^2$). Walking exercise was designed to energy expenditure of 500 kcal per day, with a frequence of 3 days per week for 24 weeks. Body composition(Weight, BMI, BF(%), Hip, WHR) were measured at the baseline and after the walking exercise program(24 week). Physical activity were measured during 24 week for wellness convergence in the digital age. In conclusion, the current findings of this study indicate that 1) physical activity is not difference in both groups at baseline 2) 24-week walking exercise program is an effective means of improving physical activity in both NO and OB groups.

  • 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 환경에서 걷기운동을 재미있게 할 수 있는 게임형 콘텐츠의 설계 및 구현, 효과에 대한 검증사례를 소개한다. 이 콘텐츠는 비콘이 설치된 계단을 걸음으로써 소모 칼로리를 계산하고 지속적으로 활동하도록 유도함으로써 운동효과를 향상시키도록 설계되었다. 본 콘텐츠의 설계 목표는 바쁜 현대인들이 활동 공간 안에서 가볍게, 재미있게, 지속적으로 운동할 수 있도록 하는 것이며 이 효과는 걷기 행사에 참여한 다수 사용자의 후기를 통하여 확인되었다. 본 콘텐츠는 여러 유형의 헬스 케어 시스템에 융합 가능할 것으로 기대한다.
