Relationships with expectations, exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention of Home Training participants (Focused on Police Officers)

  • In this paper, we propose the relationship between the expectation of home training, exercise commitment, and exercise continuation intention. The subject of this study is the police officers belonging to the Busan and Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency as of March 2021. Among them, a survey was conducted targeting 337 people who had experience participating in home training. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the expectations of home training were significantly correlated with exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention factors. Second, it was found that the expectation of home training participants had a significant effect on exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention. Third, exercise immersion of home training participants was found to have a significant effect on exercise continuation intention. Home training will be usefully used to prepare physical conditions for various public safety situations. If you training with a long-term plan rather than short-term training, you will be able to achieve the effect that home training seeks.

Effects of different cardiorespiratory fitness response to exercise training on cardiovascular disease and adipocytokine in abdominal obesity women (운동 트레이닝을 통한 심폐체력 반응의 차이가 복부비만 여성의 심혈관계 위험요인과 아디포싸이토카인에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study was to assess the effects of different cardiorespiratory fitness response to exercise training on cardiovascular disease and adipocytokine release and gene expression in abdominal obesity women. forty eight middle-age women were divided to a exercise-responder (n=34) group (ERG) and a exercise-nonresponder (n=14) group (ENRG) based on cardiorespiratory fitness after exercise training (12weeks, 1200 kcal/week, moderate-vigorous intensity, walking and jogging). Cardiorespiratory fitness was measured using maximal oxygen uptake with metabolic gas analysis and body composition was determined by bioelectrical impedance. We measured lipid and glucose profiles, blood adipocytokines and adipocytokine genes expression in adipose tissue. Waist girth (p=0.040), and %body fat (p=0.031) were significantly decreased in ERG than ENRG. Triglyceride (p=0.023) and systolic blood pressure (0.046) were significantly decreased in ERG than ENRG. Blood leptin (p=0.022) was significantly decrease in ERG than ENRG but leptin gene expression was decreased both groups (p<0.001). These results show that exercise-responder group improved cardiovascular disease risk factors and adipocytokine more than exercise-nonresponder group after exercise training. Moreover, exercise-nonresponders group show that obese indices and blood leptin and leptin gene expression in adipose tissue were decreased despite the failure to improve fitness. Therefore, regular exercise training seems to give health benefits although the failure to improve fitness.

  • In this paper, we have designed and implemented a personalized health training system which provides health training methods using 3D animation based on the data from a professional trainer, after a trainee inputs individual physical characteristics. Many trainers at fitness centers provide only sketchy training method and usage of fitness machines not appropriate training method for trainee's physical characteristics. Individual characteristics. Individual characteristics prepared tabular input which consists of exercise goals, exercise areas, whether or not the normal movement, and RM.   • This study is planned to investigate the change in blood limpid and oxygen-carrying factors of middle-aged women through 12 weeks of circuit weight training. The participants worked out three times a week for 50 minutes each, with 50-80% of 1RM intensity. As such, the purpose of the study and the procedure brought about the following conclusions. First, the query results of blood limpid showed that the total amount of cholesterol, triglycerides in the blood, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased significantly, and the amount of high density lipoprotein cholesterol did not show an increase. Second, the results of oxygen-carrying factors showed that the number of oxygen-carrying red blood cells, hemoglobin, and hematocrit showed an increase. Therefore, this circuit weight training program which used weights of the geological landscape is considered as an effective way to exercise, since it had a positive impact on the oxygen-carrying capacity and cardiovascular disease prevention

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of exercise on oxidative stress, nerve growth, and hepatocyte growth factors in obese children. After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise training, the aforementioned parameters before and after the training were compared. As a result, the nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) were shown to be lower in the OT than in the NT before and after the training, respectively ($p$ <0.05). The NGF was shown to have increased in both groups after the training ($p$ <0.05). The hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) was shown to be higher in the OT than in the NT before the training ($p$ <0.05), with no difference found afterwards. The malondialdehyde (MDA), ox-LDL, and 8-OHdG (Oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine) were shown to be higher in the OT than in the NT ($p$ <0.05). For ox-LDL, a difference was found between before and after the training ($p$ <0.05). The results of this study showed that obesity induced oxidative stress and caused the abnormalities of nerve and HGF secretion in obese children, and that the 12 weeks of aerobic exercise increased NGF levels, thereby promoting the development of neurogenesis in children.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise training on health-related physical fitness and osteoporosis after 12 weeks of combined training for adults with intellectual disabilities diagnosed with obesity and osteoporosis. The subjects conducted a combined training program consisting of aerobic exercise and strength training twice a week for 12 weeks. Body composition and bone mineral density were measured before exercise, 6, 12 weeks, and health-related physical fitness was measured before and after exercise. Body weight and body fat decreased after exercise and bone density increased after exercise compared to before exercise. Muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility were improved after exercise compared to before exercise. It was confirmed that the 12 week compound training increased the leg strength and improved the functions such as walking and running, and increased the health-related fitness and increased bone mineral density.

  • The purpose of this review was to introduce a new training concept as pneumatic training method and how to apply the principles. Uses the new resistance, especially air powered that invisible, intangible, along with training on how to contribute to broadening their horizons, while attempts have been passed. Provide transition training methods in accordance with the trend of the times, and why these changes may be in the form of outside-free for theoretical consideration. From weight resistance, hydraulic, isokinetic exercise, and to pneumatic training why justification should apply for these training methods are presented also suggested the superiority of pneumatic training. In the near future, newly developed training method will be appear. In conclusion, it will be contribute to sports by concerning and applications to cutting edge training

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of medicine ball throwing for weight shift training, that make improvements on golf physical fitness and performance. This training was related to physical fitness and golf performance in beginner golfer, undergraduates 20 males(10 exercise groups, 10 control groups) during 10 weeks. Variables were strength, flexibility, headspeed and distance. Training course were devided 2 sessions. In 1 to 5 weeks, using 3kg medicine ball, in 5 to 10 weeks, using 5kg medicine ball. Throwing method imitated golf swing, address, backswing, follow-through by throwing medicine ball. The Results were as follows; Medicine ball throwing for weight shift training showed significant difference in strength, flexibility, headspeed and distance in Exercise Group statistically. In conclusion, Medicine ball throwing for weight shift training improved strength, flexibility, headspeed and distance. So, it could be considered very effective training method as warming-up and main exercise.
