This paper is to review assessment indicator on priorities for budget allocation of the national R&D program. In priority setting of programs for the budget allocation process of the national R&D program using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the survey result on the major influencing factors is as follows: the significance of components of evaluation for the priority of the national R&D programs in budget allocation was as following order: "accomplishment and ripple effect of the project," "basis and driving force for the promotion of project," "feasibility of project goals," and the "possibility of overlapping and linkage among projects". The importance of the final evaluation indicator was as following order: "clarity and possibility for accomplishment of business objectives," "ripple effects in terms of science and technology", "ripple effects in terms of the economy and overall society" and "appropriate correspondence with mid- to long-term plans" (the importance for these four indicators was over 10%) while the importance of "overlapping" and "appropriateness of budget size" indicators which fell below 5% were considered to be relatively less important. there is a need for a clear criteria and conceptions of evaluation indicators for budget allocation of national R&D programs.

This study was conducted to derive a priority of investment in educational facilities by collecting and analyzing investment records from elementary, middle, and high schools in Chung Nam area. In addition, the AHP survey and analysis were performed in order to draw the priority item in the educational facility improvement. Students, parents, teachers and a educational facility managers from those schools provided their opinions and data for the AHP study. As a result of the study, the actual investment-cost and a lack of educational facilities were found. A priority item based on the above study was derived which can be used to increase user's satisfaction in the educational facilities. The result of this study can be used as a basis to improve the environment of the educational facilities.

This paper analyzed the overall status of the domestic freight transportation business, established SWOT analysis and strategy through existing literature research and designed an AHP model to derive priorities for each strategy. The SWOT analysis analyzed the management model of the consignment borrowers belonging to a transportation company that did not handle the supplies with the lowest satisfaction with the consignment system. The AHP model was designed by establishing a SWOT strategy through SWOT analysis. As a result of the analysis of the upper class, priorities were derived in the order of WO strategy, SO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy. As a result of comprehensive priorities for the development strategy of the domestic freight transportation business, WO strategy's "Improvement of cooperative relations between transportation companies and consignment owners through fair consignment contracts" was first, SO strategy's "Public promotion of the necessity of consignment systems based on high economic feasibility and reliability" was second, and ST strategy's "Proposal of policies to strengthen financial performance through the introduction of freight transport platforms" was fourth, followed by WT strategy's "Improvement of satisfaction with transport services through the introduction of freight transport platforms" and SO strategy's "Expansion of safe freight systems" in sixth, respectively.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 도선 서비스 현황과 운영제도 및 구조적인 문제점을 살펴보고 현행 도선 서비스가 가지고 있는 문제점을 계층적으로 분석하여 최우선적으로 개선해야 할 우선 순위를 도출하고자 한다. 우리나라의 도선 서비스 개선에 관한 주요 요인들 중에서, 첫번째로 도선사의 서비스 마인드가 가장 중요한 항목으로 나왔으며, 세부평가 속성들 중에서도 도선 서비스의 재평가가 최고우선 평가항목으로 도출되었다.

Countries that considered importance of the quality management of higher education are strengthening through various systems and methods. Field of computer science also, they have constantly made efforts, such as constituting standards of curriculum for the management of the quality of higher education. If we know the priorities of the knowledge area mentioned in the standard of curriculum of computer science, we can give implications to the composition of the content system. Therefore, we derive the ranking based on base on CS2013 the lesson time number of Tier 1, Tier 2, Elective, and detail areas for content elements. As a result, the knowledge area with the highest priority was Software Development Fundamentals. The knowledge area is recommended as a beginner course in CS2013 because it is a basic element. The priorities of these areas may provide implications for future elementary and secondary informatics curriculum, higher liberal arts informatics curriculum, Informatics curriculum of teacher training agency.

Geographic data have widely been applied in different areas including landuse, city planning and management, environment, disaster management and even daily use of citizens. Since geographic data have been built individually using different methods, many problems such as data inconsistency, duplicated investment, and confusion in decision making have arisen. Thus, the necessity of national framework database that can be shared by different areas has increased. As a result, eight fields of the framework database were defined by NGIS Law and 19 detailed items were selected. This study used the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and the decision tree to evaluate the relative importance of the items (eg. roads, railroads, coastline, surveying control points, and etc.) and presented the groups classified according to the priorities of the items. The result of this study is believed to contribute to effective budget planning for building national framework database.

This paper suggested to solve ATM switch performance and service rate which was input buffer managed scheme in ATM network with burst traffic characteristics, For this purpose, ATM multiplexer is prepared before sending for handling burst random input traffic to multiplex and then sort based on cell inter-arrival time and cell processing due time which had been marked after that. The server looks for cell header with the most shortest due time and sends it, thus it is satisfied that real time traffic for instance CBR and rt-VBR was guaranteed cell processing time to send fast than non real time traffic. For analysis of ATM switch performance with cell processing due time and priority, each output port has divided into four different virtual buffer and each buffer has assigned different cell inter-arrival time and processing due time according to ATM Forum for example CBT/rt-VBR, nrt-VBR, ABR and UBR and showed it’s optimal service parameters then analyzed service rate behaviors according to each traffic characteristics.

생산시스템에 대한 연구는 주로 hybrid 생산 시스템 효율성의 우위를 비교적 단순한 생산환경에서 부각시키는데 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 실제 생산 환경에 근접한 모형을 세우고 MRP생산 시스템과 JIT 생산 시스템을 통합하는데 있어서 고려할 요소로서 기존의 MRP에 의한 간반의 자동 생성 이외의 다기능 작업자와 간반의 우선순위의 추가 요소를 고려하였다. 본 실험에서는 유휴한 상태의 다기능 작업자를 이를 필요로 하는 work centers로 배치하는 법칙을 도출하였고 간반의 우선순위를 부여함으로써 보다 재고 수준을 줄여 제품의 흐름생산에 가깝도록 하였다. 위 실험은 카메라 제조업체를 대상으로 모의실험은 Arena를 이용하였다.

Due to its vast range of areas and scopes of port logistics, professional training for port logistics experts has faced a limitation to raise manpower that the nation and companies ask for. This study looks at the current and expected demand and supply of workforce to identify necessary subjects and competitive factors in secondary education for training port logistics experts. Based on previous studies, this study proposes an assessment model by eliciting the priority of subjects in secondary education. and then, provides reasons for decision making.
