1.55$mu extrm{m}$의 파장 영역에서 동작하는 파장 가변 단일 주파수 레이저는 파장 분할 방식(WDM) 광통신 시스템, 분광학 또는 광센서 등에서의 응용 가능성을 가지고 있다. 특히, 파장 가변 단일 주파수 광섬유 레이저는 선폭이 좁고, 세기 잡음이 작으며, 출력 파워가 큰 한편, 광섬유로의 집적이 간단하다는 등의 장점을 가지고 있어 이에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주파수 변환기와 광섬유 흡수 격자를 이용하여 긴 길이의 선형 공진기에서 구현된 파장 가변 단일 주파수 어븀 첨가 광섬유 레이저의 동작에 관하여 기술하였다. This study presents the hydrogeochmical investigation to know the effect of geology and sources for water quality in small potable water supply system at rural area. The results of water quality in Geumsan area showed the 3.2% of water samples exceeded the limit of drinking water standard by bacteria. The hydrochemical investigation results indicated the high EC, Ca and HCO$_3$ in surface water and metasedimentary rocks and this is caused by the dissolution of calc-slicate minerals of metasedimentary rocks.

To investigate the in-situ REV, cross-correlations between the ablsolute value of iu/outflux in tested boreholes and fracture frequency with various window widths were calculated. The changes of vertical flow rates can be considered as iu/outflux into/out of borehole. The results of cross-correlation analysis shows that 7m can be the most appropriate width of the appliable window.

Low energy EPL용 마스크 구현을 위한 특성을 연구하였다. Monte Carlo 법을 이용하여 시뮬레이터를 제작하였고, pattern side wall의 slope와 membrane의 Thickness, 전자빔의 가속전압에 따른 전자빔의 거동을 확인함을 통하여 Low energy EPL용 마스크 제작을 위한 spec.을 도출하였다. 또한 실제 제작을 위한 기초단계로 Si etching을 수행하였으며, mask 제작법에 대한 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

본조사지에서 평균축적이 200$m^3$/ha, 벌기령 80년 이면 연간 작업면적이 77ha에 이르고 5인1조의 5개조가 순수벌채작업에 필요하며. 연간 15.500㎥의 안정적인 목재가 공급될 수 있다. 또한 1회의 벌채 범위를 2ha미만으로 하고 벌기령을 80년으로 하게 되면 고유생태계를 보호하면서 안정적으로 노동력, 작업량, 용재제공의 확보가 가능하게 되고, 세계적으로 문제가 되고 있는 열대림경영의 모델림으로서 가능성이 제시되고 이는 도로 개설이 전재되어야한다.

본 논문에서는 양측식 영구자석 선형 동기 전동기(Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor: 이하 PMLSM)의 전기자 분산배치를 위해 전기자에 보조치 및 Offset에 의해 나타나는 단부 코깅력을 해석하였다. 또한 가장 낮은 단부 코깅력을 가지는 Offset 위치에 대하여 역기전력을 분석하였으며 이에 따른 추력 특성에 대한 고찰을 수행하였다.
