The frequency and phase angle of the utility voltage are important in many industrial systems. In the three-phase system, they can be easily known by using the utility voltage vector. However, in the case of single phase system, there are some difficulties in detecting the information of utility voltage. In conventional system, the zero-crossing detection method is widely used, but could not obtain the information of utility voltage instantaneously. In this paper, the new digital PLL control using virtual two phase detector is proposed with a detailed analysis of single-phase digital PLL control for utility connected systems. The experimental results under various utility conditions are presented and demonstrate an excellent phase tracking capability in the single-phase grid-connected operation.

A microgrid is a new type of power system which is formed by the interconnection of small generator to distribution systems. Microgrids are able to supply electric power to their loads independently, which is called with islanding operation, even if they're separated from the power system. As a result, microgrids must be equipped with specific islanding detection schemes for the islanding operation of microgrids. This paper studies an islanding detection method considering reactive power. The proposed method is dealing with the reactive power of the cable which connects between a microgrid and a power system. To show the validity of the proposed method, many islanding operation cases are tested by varying the load conditions of microgrids.

Voltage Transformer is used to transform high voltage into low voltage to input signal of protection relay. Most of the Voltage Transformers use the iron core which maximizes the flux linkage. The ratio of the Voltage Transformer depends on the transformer turns ratio. The current which flows in the Voltage Transformer has non-linear characteristic caused by hysteresis of the iron core, it causes a voltage loss in the winding impedances which makes measurement errors. This paper describes an error compensation method considering hysteresis characteristic. The proposed compensation method improves error by calculating the primary current from the exciting current of the hysteresis loop in the Voltage Transformer, compensating the voltage loss.

This paper proposes an estimation method for a circulating current of a Y-${\Delta}$ Transformer. The delta winding current can be decomposed into the two components i.e. a non-circulating component and a circulating component. The former can be estimated using the line currents. However, the latter can not be estimated directly using the line currents. A first order differential equation for the circulating current is derived by applying the Kirchhoff's voltage law on the loop of the delta side. The circulating current can be estimated by the solving the differential equation. The performance of the proposed algorithm is investigated under various conditions including magnetic inrush and over-excitation. The algorithm can estimate the circulating current very accurately even under magnetic inrush and over-excitation.

이 논문은 대용어의 한 유형으로 인정되는 영형 대명사를 식별하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서는 한국어 통사 규칙들과 사전 항목들이 필요하다. 사전 항목들은 각각 자질과 값을 갖고, 통사 규칙 내부에는 이런 자질과 값들이 명세된다. 이 통사 규칙들을 토대로 하여, 발화체에 통사 구조들을 부여한다. 영형 대명사는 자질과 값을 명세한 통사 규칙을 씀으로써 식별이 가능하다. 영형 대명사는 주어와 보충어로 나뉘는데, 영형 주어는 동사가 머리인 S의 subj 자질 값이 cov(covert)일 때 식별된다. 영형 보충어는 다시 명사구와 동사구의 covc (covert complement) 자질 값이 0이 아닐 때 식별된다. 이러한 자질과 값으로 영형 대명사를 식별하는 하나의 알고리듬을 제안한다.

Number of loci, allele frequencies, and subunit structures of 17 kinds of isozymes were analyzed in a laboratory strain of the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua (Hubner) to get genetic markers. These isozymes had 30 loci with 21 polymorphic (70.0% polymorphism); effective number of alleles per locus, average heterozygosity (H,), and inbreeding coefficient (F) were 2.52, 32.8%, and 2 1.0%, respectively.

This study investigates the relationship between Culture and online trust in three cultural dimensions: individualism, collectivism and long term orientation. For this purpose, this study proposes the empirical hypothesis to test the implication of the proposed model. The results are as follows. First, the purchase intention is influenced by the online trust in statistical sense. Second, the relationship between Culture and the antecedents of online trust are statistically established in three cultural dimensions: individualism, collectivism and long term orientation. The direction of future research is to develop the more refined hypothesis to test the empirical model in the field of on line trust and culture.

최근 호텔, 커피숍, 레스토랑, 컨벤션 센터 등 유동 인구가 잦은 이른바 핫 스팟이라고 불리우는 지역에서 IEEE 802.11b와 같은 무선 랜 기술을 활용하여 가입자들에게 고속 무선 네트워크 접속 서비스를 제공하는 사업자들이 전세계적으로 점차 늘어나고 있다. 아직까지는 특정 사업자의 핫 스팟으로 서비스 가능 지역이 제한되어 있기 때문에 가용성이 낮아 앞으로 통신 서비스의 주류로 성장하기에는 어려움이 많을 것으로 예상되지만, 무선 랜은 고속 전송 속도와 넓은 서비스 커버리지 그리고 고속 이동성을 동시에 만족시키는 4세대 이동 통신 기술이 개발되기 전까지, 당분간 유선과 무선 기술 간의 가교 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 최근 국내에서도 큰 주목을 받고 있는 공중 무선 랜 서비스의 특성 및 비즈니스 모델을 분석하고, 각 지역별 서비스 사업자들의 동향을 파악함으로써 앞으로의 시장 발전 가능성을 탐색해 보고자 한다.

In order to investigate the compression wave propagating in a high-speed railway tunnel, a numerical calculation was applied to the wave phenomenon occurring in a model tunnel. Unsteady, one-dimensional inviscid or viscous flows were solved by an explicit TVD scheme, and the calculated flows were compared with the results of measurement in real tunnels. Tunnel noises caused by emission of the compression wave were characterized in terms of excess pressure of compression wave, pressure gradient in the wave front and width of the compression wave. Calculated attenuation, pressure gradient and width of compression wave with the propagating distance agreed with the results of measurement in the real tunnels. The results also show that tunnel noises are proportional to the train velocity entering the tunnel.

국어 철자 검색 프로그램 세 개의 검색 능력을 비교하였다. 오류가 없는 파일, 타자시의 전형적인 오류를 포함하는 파일(자소별 오류율 1%), 그리고 광학적 문자인식 프로그램의 전형적인 오류를 포함하는 파일(자소별 오류율 $2.7{\sim}2.9%$) 등에 대하여 한글과 컴퓨터, 한국 마이크로소프트, 핸디 소프트의 워드프로세서에 도구로 포함된 철자검색 프로그램을 수행하였다. 이 세 프로그램 중에서 한글과 컴퓨터의 제품은 정방향 오판율과 오류율 낮은 파일에 대한 역방향 오판율이 낮았고 핸디 소프트의 제품은 오류율이 높은 파일에 대한 역방향 오판율이 낮았다. 세 프로그램 모두 역방향 오판율이 자소별 오류율의 10배 이상이라는 점에 있어서 심각한 문제를 안고 있는 것으로 판단된다.
