A Study on Needs Analysis for the Reference Service Model and Guidelines at the National Level: A Focus on the National Library of Korea Case (국가적 수준의 참고정보서비스 모형 및 가이드라인 요구분석 사례 연구 - 국립중앙도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • The study aims to derive major factors from the results of needs analysis to develop the reference service model and guidelines at the national level. The literature review and case study enabled investigation of the considerations to develop the reference service model and guidelines. The Needs Analysis revealed librarians' and users' needs about the reference service. The major factors and implications derived from the analysis suggest the directions of the National-level reference service model and guidelines development process. This study has significance because it presented the implications and the development process of the reference service model and guidelines for domestic libraries, and directly contributed to the development of the reference service model and guidelines for the National Library of Korea.

  • Production planning is one of the most important activities in shipbuilding enterprises. Shop-floor supervisors and planners still do not have enough information to effectively analyze shop operations because of the difference between production planning and shop-floor scheduling. In this paper, process analysis was conducted between production planning and shop-floor control to clarify the difference, and the necessity of the manufacturing execution system(MES) was derived in a shipyard. Therefore, the simulation-based ship production execution system(SPEXS) was defined by analyzing characteristics of MES. The architectural functions of the system were deducted from the process of requirement analysis. The SPEXS' framework was constructed on the basis of the architectural functions. This framework will provide more reliable production schedules and allow engineers to plan and control shop operations in real-time.

  • The usage of object models for the development of software has been frowung due to the prevalence of the ob-ject oriented paradigm.The object moedels produced as results of requirments analysis and design activities are vety veneficial to the implementation phase.It is even possible for source code to be genrated automatically if object models are concrete enough.Therefore system analyzers and desingners should make an dffort to refine theabstrace ogject model defined at.an early stage in order to achieve a more conrete object model.In general,re-fining an abstrace object model into a concrete model depends too much on the desigver's infromal experience.In this paper,we persent the refinement techniques required for concreting an abstract object model bassed on OMT(Object Modeling Technique)'s notation,We will discuss the definition of the abstraction level of an object model and the transformational rules of refinement.These transformational rules are currently applied to the design of a software tool,named Process Modeler,which is a major component of the software development process modeling system for ICS(Information Communication Service). Finally we can achieve a concrete object model which can easily be translated into C++ source code.

  • This theory focuses on the Enterprise Portal and researches and analyzes the user requirement on as-is system. The UI Checklist Matrix is made based on the result of user analysis and evaluation of checklist. The horizontal axis of the Matrix is composed of 6 results(Layout, Navigation, Information, Function, Visibility and Interaction) of user requirement analysis. The vertical axis of the Matrix is composed of 10 subjects, Learnability, Efficiency, Accuracy, Accessibility, Consistency, Agility, Convergence, Personalization, Technology, and Standardization. At the point of vertical and horizontal items meet, indicates the graded of importance and defines a details item. The Guideline in which Matrix is reflected is set and according to the guideline, designing the business screen and assessing the Matrix.

Derivation of Data Quality Attributes and their Priorities Based on Customer Requirements (고객의 요구사항에 기반한 데이터품질 평가속성 및 우선순위 도출)

  • There is a wide variety of data quality attributes such as the ones proposed by the ISO/IEC organization and also by many other domestic and international institutions. However, it takes considerable time and costs to apply those criteria and guidelines to real environment. Therefore, it needs to define data quality evaluation attributes which are easily applicable and are not influenced by organizational environment limitations. The purpose of this paper is to derive data quality attributes and order of their priorities based on customer requirements for managing the process systematically and evaluating the data quantitatively. This study identifies the customer cognitive constructs of data quality attributes using the RGT(Repertory Grid Technique) based on a Korean quality standard model (DQC-M). Also the correlation analysis on the identified constructs is conducted, and the evaluation attributes is prioritized and ranked using the AHP. As the results of this paper, the consistent system, the accurate data, the efficient environment, the flexible management, and the continuous improvement are derived at the first level of the data quality evaluation attributes. Also, Control Compliance(13%), Regulatory Compliance(10%), Requirement Completeness(9.6%), Accuracy(8.4%), and Traceability(6.8%) are ranked on the top 5 of the 19 attributes in the second level.

  • Testing tools help software developers and test engineers to automate a part or the whole of test process and reduce the time and cost of software test. However. no automatic tools meet a variety of test requirements with various domains In this paper, we suggest a categorical taxonomy of automatic testing tools and analyze numerous commercial testing tools on its basis. Then we propose a development roadmap of software automatic testing tools. As a result of those analysis. we try to understand the complementary relations of the testing tools and seek for the direction of further development of the testing tools.

  • 본 논문에서는 한 중소기업을 상대로 진행된 게이트 도장 품질 개선을 위한 6시그마 프로젝트 과정을 소개한다. 프로젝트는 6시그마 개선활동의 로드맵인 DMAIC 절차를 따라 진행하였다. 먼저 Define 단계에서는 고객요구사항 파악을 위해 VOC 기법을 활용하여 CTQ를 선정하였다. Measure 단계에서는 프로세스 맵, 특성요인도, XY 매트릭스, FMEA등을 이용하여 주요 인자들을 규명하였다. Analyze 단계에서는 상관분석, ANOVA, 그래프 분석 등 각종 통계적 기법을 활용해 핵심입력변수인 'Vital Few's'를 규명한 후, Improve 단계에서 DOE를 통한 최적조건을 도출하였다. 또한 Control 단계에서는 최적조건을 유지하기 위한 관리계획 및 실수방지, 표준화 기법을 도입하였다. 이러한 개선 활동을 통해 개선 전 2.957 시그마 수준의 품질을 3.66 시그마 수준까지 높일 수 있었으며, 6천 3백만원의 비용절감을 할 수 있었다. 또한 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 프로젝트 진행의 문제점을 제시하였고, 그 해결방안에 대해서도 논하고자 한다.

안전한 모바일 쿠폰 프로세스 스킴에 관한 연구

  • 전자 쿠폰(e-쿠폰)의 패턴이 모바일 쿠폰(m-쿠폰)으로 그 주류를 형성해 나가면서 모바일 쿠폰 보안 시스템에 관한 연구와 운영이 필요하게 되였다. 하지만 지금까지 e-쿠폰의 보안 시스템에 관한 연구도 드물 뿐만 아니라 m-쿠폰의 보안에 관한 연구는 극히 드물며, 설령 있다 하더라도 청산(clearing) 단계에 대한 보안 프로토콜은 설계하지 않았었다. 그렇지만 쿠폰의 위조(forgery)나 이중사용(double spending) 뿐만 아니라 도/소매업자 및 청산소(clearing house) 에 의한 청산 단계조작(clearing manipulation)에 의해서도 기업측에 엄청난 손실을 가할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 청산 단계를 포함한 공식화된 모바일 쿠폰 프로세싱에 대한 보안 프로토콜을 우리나라 현실 상황을 고려하여 설계하고, 보안요구사항을 모바일 쿠폰 서비스/무선 환경/소형 단말기 측면으로 나누어 분석하고, 효율적으로 상태 관리 용이함을 분석하였다.

  • 산업제어시스템은 물리적인 현장장치의 상태를 기반으로 시스템과 시스템 내부의 프로세스들을 제어, 유지하는 CPS(Cyber Physica System)으로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 IT 시스템의 유입과 더불어 IT 시스템이 보유하고 있는 보안위협 또한 상속되었고 그에 따라 IT 시스템에서 사용하는 보안 대응책을 산업제어시스템에도 적용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 산업제어시스템과 유사한 CPS인 교통신호제어시스템의 표준규격서에 통신보안으로 규격화 되어있는 SSL VPN을 산업제어시스템에 적용할 때 만족하는 보안요구사항을 살펴보고, 더불어 산업제어시스템에서의 보안 적용 시 반드시 고려해야 하는 가용성과 관련한 성능측정 결과를 보이고 결과분석을 수행한다.

  • In National Defense field, the importance of M&S and T&E has been increased due to complexity of modern Weapon System. And research reducing time and cost is being conducted continually on using limited resources efficiently. In the existing research, Weapon System's Performance Evaluation System using the Process-based method has been in progress. But, Objective basis or scientific method is insufficient in selecting appropriate function of a target to performance evaluation. Due to this, it's difficult to select functions suitable to the situation in same type. Also, Requirements of user and interrelation of evaluation factors can't be reflected systematically. In this research, it proposes the method to reflecting requirements of user, interrelation of elements in realistic situation for selecting evaluation object in Performance Evaluation Simulation. First, Evaluation Objects is selected using ANP which is multi-criterion decision making method. Second, decision support system is constructed using Programming Language(C#) based on the research result.
