B2B EC에서 지능형 에이전트에 대한 요구의 증가와 함께 기업구매자가 직접 전자시장으로부터 구매하는 데스크탑 구매의 요구도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 B2B 상에서 전자시장으로부터의 효율적인 구매를 지원하는 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 설계 사례에 대해서 기술한다. b-Cart는 구매자가 소유하고 사용되는 구매자 사이트에 위치한 쇼핑카트로서, 본 논문에서는 B2B EC에서의 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 요구 기능을 사용자식별(Identification), 사용자 다이알로그(User Dialog), 상품정보수집(Collection), 물품정보제거(Trashing), 개별 구매의사결정지원(Individual Purchase Decision Support), 조직 구매의사결정지원(Organizational Purchase Decision Support), 협상(Negotiation), 주문처리(Ordering), 지불처리(Payment), 진행사항 추적(Tracking), 구매기록(Recording), 전자구매시스템에 구매기록 전송(Record Transmission), 지식베이스에 새로운 지식 유지(Knowledge Maintenance)으로 정의하고, b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 메시지 인터페이스를 설계하고 시스템의 구조를 설계하여 프로토타입 시스템인 AgentB의 설계 사례를 소개한다. b-Cart 기반 에이전트시스템은 기업구매자의 전자시장으로부터 구매자 증가함에 따라 분산된 정보를 관리 해주고 통합적으로 구매처리를 해줄수 있는 효과적인 시스템이다. 향 후 B2B EC의 에이전트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.

Quality of experience (QoE) for multimedia services in macro-femtocell networks is one of the key issues for 5G mobile and wireless communications. A service management structure needs to guarantee the QoE for mobile users based on end-to-end negotiation to support service continuity. Resource management is necessary to maintain the QoE requirements of different multimedia applications, because service continuity may be impeded by delays. This paper proposes four types of resource management scheme to support consistent QoE for different multimedia services. For this purpose, a QoE structure is suggested, and a resource allocation scheme is proposed by utilizing a fixed amount of radio resources reserved for dedicated use to support QoE. Various multimedia services with different requirements (such as voice, image, and data) can be serviced simultaneously, because QoE can be provided under our proposed scheme. Simulation results show that our scheme provides better performance than a conventional scheme with respect to outage probability and total data throughput.

Recently, the importance of the northeast economies including Russia has been growing, and according to the Eurasian initiative policy, the enhancement of transportation, logistics and connectivity between the northeast Asian countries is emerging as one of the challenges for future growth. However, due to the different vehicle systems used in each country, the railway connections between countries are not operating smoothly. Especially, the couplers of the railway cars which pass through the countries of northeast Asia including Russia have different regulations, which render their shape and characteristics incompatible. In this study, we propose a method of interconnecting the AAR type coupler used in Korea and China and the CA-3 type coupler compatible with the Russian GOST standard, and verify that its structural safety conforms with each set of regulations. We analyze the possibilities offered by this method of interconnection by performing tests while developing materials satisfying the mechanical properties required for the freight coupler.

The general requirements to achieve the structural integrity of the airframe are described in the military specification, MIL-STD-1530A. One of these requirements is the durability and damage tolerance of the airframe, which should be shown through the analysis and test based on the related specifications. This paper introduces the full scale durability test to evaluate the structural safety and durability of the basic trainer, KT-1. The test was performed according to the procedure in the military specification. The flight by flight load spectrum was developed by KT-1 fatigue load criteria and used for the durability test. The durability test had been performed for 4 service lives and was completed successfully. Therefore, it was shown that KT-1 airframe satisfied the durability requirements.

해양 4차 산업 도래에 맞춰 기존 항로표지 역할에 ICT 기술을 융합하여 표준화된 디지털 해양 정보 서비스가 요구되고 있으며, 신항행 안전과 시설 관리 효율성을 추구하는 차세대 디지털 항로표지 기술 개발이 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 해양 정보 제공을 위한 중형 항로표지 형상 연구를 수행하였다. 스마트항로표지 설계시 주안점을 정리하고, 설계 주안점을 바탕으로 4가지의 형상(안)을 제시하였다. 제시한 형상(안)에 대하여 평가를 수행하고 개선사항을 도출하여 형상(안)을 선정하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 표체 형상을 바탕으로 스마트 항로표지 상세 설계와 정적동적 안정도 평가 및 수리모형을 수행하여 추후 타당성 검증을 수행할 예정이다.

UI (User Interface)는 끊임없이 진화한다. 사용자의 새로운 요구 사항을 만족시키기 위해, 기존 UI에 대한 불편 사항을 해결하기 위해, 경쟁 제품의 더 좋은 UI를 따라 잡기 위해, 그리고 새로운 기술로 기존에는 불가능했던 것이 가능해 짐으로 인해, UI는 지속적으로 더 좋은 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 특히 휴대폰과 같이 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI는 매 제품마다 UI를 변화시킬 수 없기 때문에 기업 입장에서의 전략적인 접근이 중요해 진다. 더욱이 충분한 검증 없이 이루어진 진화의 방향은 사용자가 원하는 방향과 일치하지 않게 되어 오히려 퇴화하는 문제도 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문은 UI가 생성, 유지, 융합, 소멸되어 가는 진화론적 발전 속성 및 그러한 속성에 영향을 주는 요소들을 살펴보고, 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI를 개선할 때 어떤 전략을 취하는 것이 기업 차원에서 좋은지를 설명한다. UI 진화 전략은 크게 점진적 개선을 추구하는 구릉식 전략과 한번에 도약하는 계단식 전략으로 나눌 수 있다. 위 두 전략들은 사용자 만족도, 개선에 필요한 비용과 그 가치, 개선 후의 리스크 (Risk)에 따라 장단점을 가진다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 두 전략 모두 서로 상반되는 장단점을 가지므로, 어느 한 전략을 취하기 보다는 UI 요소의 특성 및 변화의 규모에 따라 두 전략을 혼용하는 전략이 기업 입장에서 최적의 전략임을 주장한다.

A modular specification is a contract document that specifies the requirements of production, transformation and installation in a modular construction. A problem of the currently used specification is that it does not guarantee the level of performance required by the modular construction and fails to accommodate unique characteristics of each construction because it widely uses the standard specification as it is. This study proposes a specification that reflects the unique feature of modular construction in order to improve the quality of modular construction. Research focuses on the leakage in waterproof and mechanical equipment because it is the area with the highest rate of defects. This study suggests ways to improve the modular specification as follows: 1)Descriptive specifying (following MasterFormat) 2)Propose leakage verification method and test clause 3) Reflect characteristic of modular construction. Proposed modifications to modular specification are reviewed by experts for validation and their opinion verifies suggested improvements as a way to secure the quality of modular construction and to promise characteristics of the modular specification. This improvement will be used for reference when writing construction project specification, which can be an important contract document, so that it could lower occurrence rate of the modular defects.

무선 PKI 환경에서는 단말기의 한계나 무선 환경이라는 제약 때문에 유선 PKI 환경에서 제공되는 다양한 서비스를 받기 위해 여러 가지 기술이 요구되며, 이를 위해 많은 기술 규격들이 개발되어 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화가 완료된 무선 PKI 기술 표준과 표준화가 진행중인 무선 PKI 기술 규격에 대해 알아보고 이를 이용하여 제공되고 있는 서비스에 대해 알아본다. 또한, 향후에 무선 PKI 기반에서 제공될 수 있는 서비스와 무선 환경의 제약사항을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

기존 LAN 환경에서 인터넷을 이용한 멀티미디어 실시간 전송과 같은 QoS 보장형 서비스에 대한 요구가 증대되면서, 고속의 ATM 기술을 LAN에 적용하는 기술들이 등장하였다. LANE(LAN Emulation)은 그러한 기술 대안들 중에서 campus network와 enterprise network에 많이 보급되고 있는 기술이다. 그러나 이러한 급격한 LANE 도입에 비하여 이의 효과적인 운용에 대한 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 LANE을 도입한 campus network의 최적 운영방안에 대하여 논한다. Broadcast 데이터 트래픽 관리에서 발생하는 규모성(Scalability) 문제로 인하여 전체 LANE망은 여러 개의 ELAN으로 나뉘어 관리된다. 이 때 하나의 ELAN은 마치 단위 LAN로써, Broadcast 데이터의 전송범위를 제한한다. 즉, 서로 다른 ELAN에 속하는 노드간에는 Broadcast 방식으로 데이터를 전송할 수 없게 된다. 그런데, IPX 등을 사용하는 대화형 시뮬레이션 게임 등과 같은 응용프로그램에서는 Broadcast 방식이 이용되므로, 서로 다른 ELAN에 속하는 노드간의 데이터 전송은 불가능하게 되거나 별도의 복잡한 과정을 개입시켜야 하는 비용이 발생한다. 따라서 규모성 문제해결을 위한 ELAN 구성(configuration)에는 위와 같은 비용이 수반된다. 본 연구에서는 LANE망을 여러 개의 ELAN으로 분할하는 경우에 블로킹(blocking) 되는 Broadcast 트래픽 규모를 해당 ELAN 구성의 비용으로 간주한다. 이 경우에 규모성을 고려한 ELAN의 최적 구현방안(optimal configuration)은 ELAN 구성을 위한 기술적 제약하에서 블로킹되는 Broadcast 트래픽을 최소화시키는 문제로 요약된다. 이는 다시 그래프 분할문제(graph partition problem)의 변형된 형태로 모형화 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사항들을 고려하여 제시된 수리적 모형을 대상으로, genetic algorithm을 이용하여 최적 ELAN 구성을 위한 여러 파라미터들의 효과를 살펴보고, 이러한 결과들이 LANE 운영과 관련하여 가지는 함축적인 의미를 고찰한다.

한국정보통신기술협회(이하, TTA)에서 제정된 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)" 은 개방형 국제 기술표준인 W3C/HTML5 을 기반으로 스마트 TV 에서 방송환경과 운영체제에 종속되지 않고 애플리케이션이 실행될 수 있도록 스마트 TV 플랫폼의 기술 요구 사항을 정의한 표준이다. TTA 에서는 이러한 표준 기반의 TV 앱 생태계를 활성화하기 위해 앱 개발도구(SDK)를 개발하여 배포하였고, 이어서 TV 장치 없이 PC 환경에서 표준 기반으로 개발된 앱을 실행할 수 있는 있는 에뮬레이터 개발을 추진하였다. 개발된 에뮬레이터는 사용자의 방송 정보 설정을 바탕으로 방송 재생 및 제어 기능을 제공하고 표준 기술로 작성된 앱을 방송 연동형 혹은 패키지 형태로 실행할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 TTA 에서 개발한 표준 기반 TV 에뮬레이터의 설계 및 구현에 대해 소개한다.
