소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 위험관리는 프로젝트의 성패를 좌우하는 매우 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 위험관리의 주체가 관리자의 역할을 가진 사람들에 의해 진행되고, 방법론이나 지침에서 제시하고 있는 위험관리 또한 여러 활동들과 산출물이 실제 위험관리정보를 필요로 하는 개발자들에게는 적절하게 연결이 되지 않고 있어서 개발자들이 필요한 정보를 파악하기에 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개발자들을 위한 위험관리방법으로, 요구사항추적테이블이라는 양식과 위험관리리스트간의 연결방안을 제안한다. 요구사항추적테이블은 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 전체 과정에서 활용하고 있으며 개발자들이 사용하기 쉬운 양식이므로 요구사항추적테이블과 위험관리리스트를 연결하는 것으로 개발자들로 하여금 위험에 대한 정보를 파악하기 용이하게 하여 설계와 구현 시 관련 위험에 대해 예측이 가능하며 대처방안을 사전에 고려할 수 있다.

LG 정보통신에서 개발 중인 교환기는 국내 및 해외의 다양한 통신 서비스 사업자를 납품 대상으로 한다. 통신 서비스 사업자들이 요구하는 교환기의 기본 기능은 공통되지만, 사업자별로 추가적인 기능을 요구하거나, 동일한 기능에서도 요구하는 세부 사항에는 차이가 있기 마련이다. 따라서 교환기 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 있어 체계적인 형상관리를 하면서 동시에 사업자별로 상이한 요구사항을 수용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모든 사업자들의 요구사항을 동일한 소스에 구현하고, 컴파일 시 사업자 지정을 통해 해당 사업자의 기능만을 추출하는 방안에 대해 설명한다.

Information system gradually increases the complexity and scale of the project, while if the project fails to occur. To analyze the causes of failure of the project a lack of understanding of your project, unclear requirements and requirements change, etc. of the software development life cycle from requirements analysis phase is to find the source of most. In this paper, a software development project needs analysis derived from the traceability between features and functionality, and development needs throughout the life cycle requirements during the ongoing change management tool was designed to allow. And among those related to the project through consultation with a sufficient consensus to build a common understanding of effective communication will discuss the features required to support.

According to distributed, large-caled environment of software development and operation, the elicitation and specivication of correct and complete requrement is the most important factor for the system. In addition contiuous and dramatic systerm canging requests in cooperative environment with internet require more efficient, requirement management. In this paper we detine the specification architecture and techruques for requrements, so that we improve the efficiency ofnatural language-based requirement speciticationand management in a cooperatie work environment. Also, we propose a software requirement engineering process model and environment based on requirements in a CSC@(Computer Supported Cjooperative Work) environment, therefore transfer them into analysis phase.

인터넷을 통한 공공 및 민간 부분 서비스 제공이 활성화됨에 따라 이들 서비스를 제공받기 위해 사용자들은 자신의 개인정보를 서비스 제공자에게 제공하게 되고, 서비스 제공자들은 가입자들의 개인정보를 관리하기 위해 일반적으로 데이터베이스를 이용하고 있다. 최근 개인정보에 대한 중요도와 필요성이 증가함에 따라 정보보호 제품에 대해 일반 보안기능 및 신뢰성 평가뿐만 아니라 개인정보 소유자의 프라이버시가 보장되는지를 평가할 수 있는 평가기준 마련 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OECD, 미국 FTC, 유럽연합 등 정보보호 선진국에서 제정한 프라이버시 보호원칙과 기존 DBMS 보안 요구사항을 함께 반영한 개인정보 DB 관리기술에 대한 보안 요구사항을 개발하였다. 개발된 보안 요구사항은 TTA 개인정보 생명주기 관리모델(안)의 생명주기 단계를 기준으로 각 생명주기 단계에서 수행되는 기능 특성에 따라DBMS 보안측면과 프라이버시 보호 측면을 함께 고려하여 작성되었다.

본 연구는 중수로형(CANDU) 원자력발전소의 노심 관리(Nuclear Reactor Core Management) 업무 자동화를 위한 소프트웨어 시스템 개발 사례이다. 중수로형(CANDU) 원자력 발전소의 노심관리 업무자동화 통합시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 현업에서 사용되고 있는 공학적 계산 인자들과 그 결과를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스의 구축이 우선되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원자력발전소의 노심관리 업무에 대해 현업 업무 분석을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 정확히 분석하고 이를 토대로 업무를 효과적이며 체계적으로 정의한 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해 IEEE 830 템플릿 중 소프트웨어 요구사항 분석 방법을 적용하여 현업 프로세스별 입, 출력 사양을 분석하고 각 항목간의 관계를 정의하여 요구사항 분석 단계에서 데이터베이스 설계요소를 효과적으로 도출하기 위한 연구 사례를 소개한다.

최근 요구 사항에 대한 관리가 소프트웨어 시스템 개발의 중요한 성공 요인으로 등장하게 되어 그 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 특별히 소프트웨어 품질에 관심이 높아지면서 고품질의 소프트웨어 생산을 위한 노력이 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 소프트웨어 개발의 초기단계인 요구사항 단계에서 비기능적인 요구사항을 분석함을 제시하고 있으나 극히 미진한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 요구사항 단계에 영향을 주는 품질 속성으로 품질 모델을 정의하고 이를 이용하여 기능적 요구사항을 중심으로 관련된 비기능적 요구사항을 추출한다. 그리고 추출된 비기능적 요구사항과 품질 모델을 사용하여 시스템 단계의 비기능적 요구사항을 추가적으로 추출하는 방안을 제시한다.

Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

BCMS의 변경관리에 대한 요구사항은 ISO 22301 구성체계의 기획단계인 6.3 변경의 기획에서 수행하고, 기업재난관리표준 구성체계에서 기획단계인 3.5.5 문서화된 정보에서 수행하도록 규정하였으며, 이는 모두가 P-D-C-A 운용 모델의 Plan 단계에 해당된다. 이러한 구성체계는 BCP를 최초에 수립하는 단계에서는 적합하지만, BCP가 수립(제정)되어 운용단계에서 발생되는 변경사항을 처리하는데는 많은 문제점이 도출된다. 따라서 재난 및 안전관리 분야에 해당하는 유사제도의 요구사항을 대상으로 비교분석을 통하여 도출된 개선방안을 연구결과로 제시하고자 한다. BCP를 수립하는 과정에서 발생하는 보완사항은 변경관리 절차에 포함하지 않고, BCP가 수립되어 운용단계에서 발생되는 변경사항만 변경관리 절차에 포함하여 관리하며, P-D-C-A 운용 모델의 Act 단계에서 수행하는 것이 적합하다.

Purpose: This study intends to review the procedures for the establishment of the plan for disaster mitigation activities and the system for the management of disaster mitigation activities for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard. Method: The requirements, including the activities of each stage of disaster management defined within the scope of the corporate disaster management standard, were identified, the operational cases of 'A' institution were reviewed, and the targets of continuous planning were reviewed to meet the requirements. Result: It was reviewed that the contents and procedures of each phase of disaster management, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, are clearly defined, and a task continuity plan is established for each stage of activity. Conclusion: Conclusion : The PDCA model including the activities of each stage of disaster management activities was presented for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard, and the disaster mitigation activity management system model of the broad concept of disaster management including prevention and preparedness plans for disasters was presented.
