Quality assessment of the building is strongly dependent upon satisfying owner's requirements. To develop indicators for the assessment of design quality, survey on current situation of design process and analysis of Design Quality Indicator(DQI) is performed. The survey revealed that the main cause of frequent design changes is variability feature of owner's requirements. DQI, an indicator developed in UK, questionnaire encompasses questions which are relevant throughout the development stages of a building, and can be used at every key stage of the process. Further research will focus on the development of indicators for the assessment of design quality applicable to Korean market. In addition, research on the visualization method to present assessment results and supporting tools to facilitate assessment will be considered.

The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

CableLAB published DOCSIS 3.0 Specifications to supply broadband access to homes and small businesses. The primary technique of DOCSIS 3.0 Specification is channel bonding which provides cable operators with a flexible way to significantly increase up/downstream speeds. In this paper, we propose the upstream scheduler that serves channel bonding. Proposed scheduler consists of two sub-scheduler: bonding group scheduler and channel scheduler. Also, we propose three scheduling algorithms to allocate request bandwidth of CM to each bonding channel: equivalent scheduling algorithm, current request-based scheduling algorithm, and last grant-based scheduling algorithm. In order to evaluate the performance of these algorithms and DOCSIS 3.0 MAC protocol, we develop the DOCSIS 3.0 simulator with the network simulator, OPNET, to model DOCSIS network, CMTS, and CM. Our results show that equivalent scheduling algorithm is superior to others in the view of transmission delay and throughput and DOCSIS 3.0 protocol provides higher throughput than pre-DOCSIS 3.0 protocol.

본 연구는 국내에 있는 한 금융사에서 사용하고 있는 기존 인사평가시스템을 사례로 하여 시스템 운영자와 사용자(모든 임직원)가 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 사용할 수 있도록 인사평가시스템을 재구축하였다. 새로 구축될 인사평가시스템의 효율을 보다 높이기 위해 인사평가 업무와 평가 절차를 분석하고 그러한 평가체계를 기존 legacy 시스템(인사평가시스템)에 어떻게 반영이 되었는지도 분석하였다. 해당 금융사는 기존 평가시스템을 통하여 임원과 직원뿐 아니라, 비정규직원까지 년마다 상반기와 하반기로 나누어 업적과 역량평가를 각각 두번씩 실시하고 있었다. 평가결과는 나중에 보상이나 승진 시에 중요한 고과자료로 활용하고 있었다. 업적과 역량평가 뿐만 아니라, 신업사원을 대상으로 하는 정규직 수습평가와 계약직을 대상으로 한 역량평가 그리고 전직원이 대상인 다면평가도 실시하고 있었다. 그런데 여러 해에 걸쳐 인사평가를 실시하는 과정에서 평가프로세스가 여러 차례 변하였고, 많은 평가대상자를 평가하다 보니 예외적으로 처리해야 하는 경우도 발생하였다. 이런 변화와 예외적인 사항을 기존 Lagacy시스템에 반영하다 보니 평가데이터를 관리하는 테이블이 처음보다는 많이 늘어나게 되어 현재 약 170개에 달하고 있었다. 이렇게 많은 테이블 중에는 당시에는 사용했으나, 현재는 사용하지 않게 된 것도 포함되어 있었다. 프로그램 소스도 마찬가지로 새로운 요구사항과 많은 예외사항 처리로 인해 복잡해지고 프로그램 소스의 수도 늘어나게 되었다. 이로 인해 평가시스템 담당자는 시스템을 관리하기가 복잡해지고, 새로운 변화나 요구사항에 대응하기가 어려운 사항이었다. 그리고 담당자가 시스템 관리에 더 더욱 어려움을 겪게된 것은 시스템 담당자가 여러 번 바뀌는 과정에서 인수인계에 제대로 이루어 지지 않게 되었고 인사평가시스템 관리문서도 시스템 변화에 따른 히스토리 내용이 제대로 관리되지 못하고 있었기 때문이다. 그래서 이번 연구에서는 기존 legacy 시스템의 테이블과 프로그램 소스를 분석하여 방만하게 늘어날 데이터 관리 테이블을 효율적으로 줄이고, 예외적인 사항을 새로운 인사평가시스템에서 포괄적으로 수용할 수 있도록 재설계하였다. 또한 인사평가시스템 운영중에도 사용자(임직원)들로부터 있을 수 있는 예외적 요구사항을 미리 예측하여 운영담당자가 신속하고 정확하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다.

정보보호시스템 평가 인증 제도는 사용자들이 신뢰된 인증제품을 사용할 수 있도록 평가기준의 등급별 요구사항을 근거로 평가하여 정보보호시스템에 구현되어 있는 보안기능의 신뢰성을 보증하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호제품의 시험 커버리지 보증을 위한 시험케이스 생성에 관한 연구로서, 평가기준에서 요구되는 시험 커버리지를 분석하고 이를 만족시키기 위한 시험케이스 생성 방법을 제시함으로써 보증성을 향상시키고자 한다.

하나의 시스템의 아키텍처를 설계하기 위해서는 여러 아키텍처 스타일들이 복합적으로 결합하여 시스템의 전체적인 아키텍처를 구성하게 된다. 그러나 아키텍처 설계자 또는 개발자들이 아키텍처 설계 과정 중에 현재 설계된 아키텍처가 시스템의 요구사항을 적절히 반영하고 있는지 평가해 볼 수 있는 방법이 없다. 본 논문에서는 아키텍처 평가자와 다양한 이해관계자가 모여 아키텍처를 전반적으로 평가해 보기 전에 아키텍처 설계자가 설계과정 중에 자신이 담당한 부분의 현재의 아키텍처가 시스템의 요구사항을 적절히 반영하고 있는지 여부를 판단하여 설계 과정 중에 개선점을 도굴하고, 개선점을 재 설계에 반영하는 아키텍처 설계 방법론을 제안하고자 한다

The addition and evaluation of health impact items in Environmental Impact Assessment document are written in hygiene and public health items only for specific development projects and are being reviewed. However, after the publication of the evaluation manual on the addition and evaluation of health impact items in 2011, there is a demand for continuous methodology and improvement plans despite partial improvement. Therefore, in order to propose a methodological improvement of the evaluation manual, this technical paper identified detailed improvement requirements based on the consultation opinions on hygiene and public health items, and investigated and suggested ways to solve this problem by reviewing the contents of the research so far. As for the improvement requirements, the contents related to mitigation plan, post management, effect prediction, assessment, and present-condition investigation were presented in Environmental Impact Assessment documents for the entire development project at a frequency of 93%, 85%, 80%, 74%, and 67%, respectively. Particularly, the detailed improvement requirements related to mitigation plan consisted of an establishment direction and a management of development project. Considering the current evaluation manual and the frequency of improvement requirements, this paper proposed concrete methods or improvement plans for major methodologies for each classification of hygiene and public health items. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation methodology related to whether a project is implemented was proposed, which is not provided in the current assessment manual.

웹 기반의 응용시스템 개발이 보편화되면서 보안은 특히 인터넷과 같은 네트워크 환경에서 정보처리에서 매우 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 공통평가기준은 보안을 중요시하는 시스템의 명가를 위해서 표준화된 요구사항들의 목록이다. 공통평가기준을 사용하여 시스템 자체와 시스템 개발에 않은 보안 요구사항 정의는 가능하지만, 방법론 지원은 제공하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 보안 클래스를 중심으로 소프트웨어공학 생명주기에서 보안측면을 분석하고 적용하는 방법을 제시한다. 공통평가기준에서의 행위와 문서는 개발된 시스템의 품질을 개선하여. 높은 보안 요구사항을 만족하기 위해 부가적 비용과 노력을 감소시키는 시스템 개발에서 가장 중요한 요소이다 이를 기반하여 프로세스, 자원. 생명주기 분석 모델과 프레임워크를 정의하고 생명주기 지원 클래스의 적용에 대해서 논한다.

인터넷을 통한 공공 및 민간 부분 서비스 제공이 활성화됨에 따라 이들 서비스를 제공받기 위해 사용자들은 자신의 개인정보를 서비스 제공자에게 제공하게 되고, 서비스 제공자들은 가입자들의 개인정보를 관리하기 위해 일반적으로 데이터베이스를 이용하고 있다. 최근 개인정보에 대한 중요도와 필요성이 증가함에 따라 정보보호 제품에 대해 일반 보안기능 및 신뢰성 평가뿐만 아니라 개인정보 소유자의 프라이버시가 보장되는지를 평가할 수 있는 평가기준 마련 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OECD, 미국 FTC, 유럽연합 등 정보보호 선진국에서 제정한 프라이버시 보호원칙과 기존 DBMS 보안 요구사항을 함께 반영한 개인정보 DB 관리기술에 대한 보안 요구사항을 개발하였다. 개발된 보안 요구사항은 TTA 개인정보 생명주기 관리모델(안)의 생명주기 단계를 기준으로 각 생명주기 단계에서 수행되는 기능 특성에 따라DBMS 보안측면과 프라이버시 보호 측면을 함께 고려하여 작성되었다.

최근 인공지능의 급부상과 함께 서비스 로봇은 물론 산업용 로봇에 이르기까지 ICT 융합을 통한 HRI(Human Robot Interaction) 지능화가 가속화되고 있다. 제조, 물류, 공공장소, 가정 등 다양한 환경에서 인간과 가까이 공존하며 상호작용하는 지능로봇의 안전과 성능에 기반한 신뢰성 확보는 성장하는 로봇 시장에 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 2014년 실내외에서 운용되는 개인지원로봇에 대한 기본 안전 요구 표준인 ISO 13482가 공표되고 유럽, 일본을 비롯한 세계시장은 국제 표준 에 기반한 서비스 로봇의 인증을 요구하고 있다. 이에 최근 국내 로봇 기업의 해외 시장 진출에 있어 가장 우선적으로 요구받고 있는 안전 요구조건과 검증에 필요한 위험 평가 프로세스를 소개하고 서비스 로봇의 안전 및 성능 평가 기술과 표준에 대하여 살펴본다.
