현재 뇌에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 연구되고 있는 분야 중에 하나이다. 뇌파나 뇌의 활동들을 분석할 수 있는 장비들이 개발되면서 더욱 활발하게 연구되어지고 있다. 기중 뇌의 기능에 대한 연구들도 화발하게 연구되고 있는 분야 중에 하나이다. 뇌의 기능은 보고, 듣고, 말하고, 생각하는 등의 모든 행위들과 연관되어있다. 또한 그러한 기능들은 인지능력이라고 하기도 한다. 인지능력은 인지적, 정신적인 요구가 필요하다. 이러한 것을 인지부하라고 하고, 과도한 인지적, 정신적인 요구는 인지과부하라고 한다. 인지부하에 따라서 인지능력은 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인지부하에 따라서 인지능력이 변화하는 정도를 실험하였다.

It is important to improve the creative problem- solving ability through subject matter education. Especially, Informatics education is important to improve the problem-solving ability by using computer as well as the general problem-solving ability. This paper identifies the creative problem- solving ability which is required in Informatics education. The cognitive components of the creative problem-solving ability are organized as the result of crossing the problem-solving ability and the creativity. This paper investigated the validity of the contents as judged by a panel of experts. The cognitive components of creativity are the elaboration, sensitivity, and reorganization in the step of 'Understanding and Analysis the Problem'. Also, The cognitive components of creativity are the fluency, flexibility, and originality in the step of the 'Exploring the Problem Solutions'. The cognitive components of creativity are elaboration in the step of the 'Design the Problem Solution' and 'Implementation'. Finally, the cognitive components of creativity are the flexibility and elaboration in the step of the 'Evaluation'.

The purpose of this study is to develop competency model in preparation for training programs for CEO of vocational training institutes in terms of needs assessment. This study collected data from 230 public and designated vocational training institutes including commercial learning facilities and life-long training centers using questionnaire by web mail. The frame of assessing training needs of competency applied to this study was based on the model with three components, namely importance, proficiency and learning desires of job skill and task needed to CEO of vocational training institutes. The methodologies of this study used were survey, FGI and case study. The major results proved that the higher priorities of training needs for vocational training institute CEO competency were as followings: (1) Competency for attaining talent of training teachers (2) Needs assessing competency for labor market change and trainee (3) Problem solving competency (4) Leadership skills and so on.

본 고에서는 ATM 기반망의 PNNI 규격인 B-ISUP과 PNNI 규격의 특성을 비교, 분석하고 국내 초고속정보통신망에의 적용성을 분석하였다. 지금까지 WAN을 비롯한 대부분의 ATM 망은 PVC 기반으로 동작하도록 구축, 운용되고 있으나, 한편으로는 사용자가 요구한 다양한 호, 연결의 설정과 해제를 on-demand로 지원할 수 있는 SVC 능력이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. ATM 망에서 SVC 기반 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 on-demand 호/연결 제어를 위한 UNI와 NNI 신호능력이 제공되어야 한다. ATM 망의 NNI 규격으로는 ITU-T의 B-ISUP 규격과 ATM Forum에서 정의한 PNNI 규격이 고려될 수 있다. B-ISUP과 PNNI 규격은 각기 공중망과 사설망에의 적용을 목표로 만들어졌으므로 두 규격간에는 여러 가지 면에서 서로 상이한 점이 많다. B-ISUP 프로토콜은 동적 라우팅보다는 망운용자의 제어에 의한 계획된 라우팅이 요구되는 망에 적합하며 상대적으로 신뢰성이 우수하고 구조가 단순하다. 이에 비해 PNNI는 토폴로지나 주소체계 등이 자주 바뀌는 경우 자동적 업데이트가 지원되며 QoS 지원이 가능한 동적 라우팅 능력을 갖는 대신에, 상대적으로 복잡하고, 신뢰성 있는 연결 제어가 미흡하다. 본 고에서 분석한 내용은 우리나라 초고속정보통신망의 NNI 규격 적용의 기준 정립을 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

멀티캐스트는 현재 일-대-일 통신서비스로 부터 일-대-다 또는 다-대-다 통신서비스에서 신뢰성을 요구하는 새로운 요구가 많아지고 있다. 그리고 최근 대두되고 있는 멀티미디어 응용을 지원하기 위해서는 광대역 네트워크의 링크, 실시간 전송, 보나 효과적인 멀티캐스트 프로토콜이 요구된다. 그러나 DVMRP, MOSPF, CBT, PIM 구조의 멀티캐스팅 프로토콜은 단지 송수신의 패킷의 경로비용으로 라우터 자체의 근거리 알고리즘이 적용되기 때문에 멀티캐스트가 수행될 때 통신의 전반적 사항인 통신처리능력, 대역폭, QoS(quality of service)대한 능력이 부족하다. 그러므로 멀티미디어에서 사용되는 패킷의 계층적 특성이 제외된 상태로 데이터가 전송되는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 액티브 네트워크를 이용해서 카 데이터 패킷 전송을 위한 공정하고 실용적인 대역폭 사용하고 대역폭과 데이터처리능력을 액티브 전송 패킷을 통해서 액티브 라우터로 전송된 데이터를 필터링 해서 보나 효과적인 멀티미디어 데이터 패킷을 카 계층에 따라 다양한 수신자가 데이터 패킷을 전송 받고 액티브 라우터로부터 공정한 대역폭 전송할 수 있는 라우터를 시뮬레이션 상에서 구현하고 성능을 평가한다.

데이터 분석도구 R은 대용량 데이터의 고급 분석과 통계 계산을 위한 스크립트 언어로 데이터의 자료 분석에 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 최근 평균수명의 연장과 더불어 새로운 직업들의 등장으로 인하여 사회 구성원들의 전직이나 이직에 대비하기 위한 다양한 직업교육 요구가 제시되고 있다. 또한 사회 구성원들의 교육수준이 전반적으로 높아짐에 따라 직업교육에 대한 요구 역시 보다 세분화되고 있으며 보다 높은 수준의 학습기회에 대한 요구도 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직업능력 교육의 기능과 역할을 재정립하고 직업능력 교육의 개발 방향을 제시하기 위하여 지역사회의 수요조사를 기반으로 데이터 분석도구 R을 활용하여 선호도 분석을 실시하였다.

This paper investigate the problems of standard container port handling capacity in establishing national port development plan in Korea. Considering container port developing, it's not easy to adopt container port service quality parameters such as lay time constraint of very large container ships by using the standard guideline of container port handling capacity. A simple methodology that connects vessel waiting to service time(w/s) and berth occupancy to costs has been used to evaluate the performance of a container terminal. But the total handling capacity have to be calculated by the performance of the handling system and number of equipments and layout of terminal by using computer simulation that represents of reality events needs to be performed by probabilistic techniques. A simulation model of estimation of container terminal capacity is introduced in order to establish a hub terminal for very large container ships that focus the port's quality of service and also suggest as tool for policy maker to justify a required port investment.

Teaching competence is the best part of mathematics teachers's competence. It need to make instruction plan by oneself, systematic self-reflection and improvement in instruction performance for development of teaching competence of pre-service mathematics teacher. So teaching practicum is the necessary process to teaching experience. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop an component and application procedure of Teaching portfolio for improvement teaching component of pre-service mathematics teacher in teaching practicum. It is effective in improving teaching component of pre-service mathematics teacher after make Teaching portfolio for improvement teaching component in teaching practicum.

This study reviews academic library users' information needs, use behaviors, and information literacy by examining previous literature related to academic library use study. The information academic library users want most is information about how to use library such as a circulation policy. Only about 10% of library users' information needs requires reference librarian's professional knowledge and skills. The sign and information system of the library should be improved and revised in order to reduce the redundant how-to questions. When academic library users attempt to do subject searches through online library system, they experience difficulties to find the right menu on the library's interface. The study recommends that special efforts should be made for user education for utilizing research information since user's information utilizing ability is unexpectedly low.
