Sampling with consumers who experienced eating out in regional catering companies as a population was done and the survey was conducted targeting consumers of catering companies in Gwangju. Therefore, it analyzed the sample by setting hypotheses and research model according to the research objective. First, as for the relationship between lifestyle and brand attitude, the lifestyle as a personal inclination formed a significant relationship with brand attitude the characteristics of which are recognition, convenience, and familiar features regardless of the type of lifestyle. Second, consumer lifestyle in types of reality seeking, value-oriented, and fashion-pursuing formed a significant relationships with brand attachment in order of mention, whereas social oriented type did not form a significant relationship. This study investigates the effect of seriousness and controllability of service failure on perceived fairness, reliability, satisfaction and loyalty of customers. The result of the study is as follows. First, it was expected that a control-attribute and a seriousness-attribute would have an negative(-) impact on perceived fairness-attribute; however, the result showed that both did not have an negative impact on it. Next, a fairness-attribute of a procedure had a significant effect on trust, and a fairness-attribute of interaction and a fairness-attribute of distribution had a significant effect on trust and satisfaction. Lastly, trust had a significant effect on satisfaction while satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty. Based of the result of this study, food-service enterprises need to perform a fast process of a recovery to overcome service failure rather than confirming a control-attribute and a seriousness-attribute of service failure. Also, they should set up a process of the recovery in the order of trust, satisfaction, and loyalty and check if this process is promptly carried out.
In this study, we further study the customer's positive emotion about the impact of different inherent service climate on the emotions and satisfaction of the customers who receive the service. Through this, the purpose was to present the direction of creating a service climate. As a research method, structural equation statistical analysis, such as measurement model analysis and structural model analysis, was performed using SmartPLS (v.3.2) for data collected in surveys. Looking at the research results, first, a company's service climate has a positive (+) impact on positive customer emotions: pleasure, pleasure, and happiness. This can be interpreted as an indication that creating a business climate for service is an important factor that elicits positive emotions from customers. Second, a company's service climate and positive customer emotion also have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Finally, when a company's service climate affects customer satisfaction, happiness has the greatest mediating effect among several parameters. This demonstrated empirically that satisfying the happy feelings of customers is the most important of the company's service climate. Since this study is aimed at a small number of restaurant companies, there is a limit to generalizing the findings and applying them to all restaurant companies. Nevertheless, it is meaningful to study the emotions of positive customers when the service climate affects customer satisfaction, and we hope that the company's analysis of service climate will continue to improve customer satisfaction through various emotional analysis as well as positive factors.

This study was conducted by empirically analyzing the relation between effects of positive emotional response of female customers, who have at some point consumed food at Korean restaurants in Busan, and behavioral intention according to their food service consumption propensity. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire survey was performed from March $10^{th}$ to $25^{th}$, and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and SEM (structure equation model) were conducted by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS for 248 questionnaires. As a result of an exploratory factor analysis, five factors were confirmed. In a confirmatory factor analysis, the average variance extracted (AVE) and composite reliability (CR) were confirmed as .508 to .665 and .905 to .946 respectively, which proved the convergent validity. In a hypothesis test, Hypothesis 1 was determined that the food service consumption propensity positively effects on emotional response. The results were as follows: the taste driven (${\beta}$=.325, t=3.907, p<.001), the health driven (${\beta}$=.190, t=2.688, p<.001), and the atmosphere driven (${\beta}$=.188, t=2.515, p<.001). Therefore, Hypothesis 1 was selected. Hypothesis 1 has determined that positive emotional response beneficially affects behavioral intention. As a result of an analysis, the standardized path coefficient was (${\beta}$=.496, t=6.388, p<.001), so Hypothesis 1 was selected. This result suggests that the taste driven factor has the biggest influence on emotional response in the food service consumption propensity for female customers, and food service business operators should strive to make a good restaurant atmosphere for customers to get positive emotional response (pleasure, comfort, satisfaction, and joy).

The results of the study are as follows. First, customer satisfaction is not much affected by how much cultural capital one has but by how much influence the cultural capital of parents or family has, or the institutionalized cultural capital. Second, the group that has more cultural capital objectives perceives tangibility, reliability and empathy lower than the one with less cultural capital in general while the group that has more cultural capital embodiments perceives tangibility and assurance higher than the one with less cultural capital; moreover, the group that has more cultural capital institutions perceives the service quality factor lower than the one with less cultural capital. Third, the higher the perception of the whole service quality is, the greater the satisfaction is. In this respect, it is required to offer the service to win customers' sympathy and trust as well as better external atmosphere. In addition, there should be continuous service training to foster employees' expertise and improve service quality, in order for restaurant customers to visit frequently with satisfaction and revisit intention.

So as to achieve research purpose, we conducted factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and frequency analysis through SPSS 12.0 program. Findings of analyses indicated that items of lifestyle involve d 4 factors, and the item of eating out behaviors was extracted to be 1 factor. As a result of testing differences in lifestyle depending on residential areas, both type of chasing fashion and type of extroverted dependence have significant differences in variables, and both factors indicated that females living in Ulsan have higher mean values than those of females living in Gyeongnam. As a result of analyzing lifestyle depending on age, which was adopted in part, females at the ages of 31~40 had higher mean values than those in other ages in the type of chasing fashion, and females above the age of 51 had higher mean values than those in other ages in type of chasing health.
