방산업체는 물리적 망분리를 의무적으로 구축하고 군사기밀 및 방위산업기술을 보호하는 정보보호체계를 운용 중이다. 그러나, 물리적 망분리를 운용하더라도 다양한 경로로 방위산업기술 자료가 외부로 반출되어 불법적인 유출이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 물리적 망분리 시스템의 문제점을 진단해 보고 방위산업기술 자료가 협력업체 등 외부로 반출되는 경우와 출력물에 의해 유출되는 경우에 대해 유출 방지 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 기술사업화 역량과 외부기술획득활동이 신제품개발성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 최근의 기술창업기업은 기존 조직 내부의 기술들 이외에 외부의 다양한 기술들을 들여와 기존 기술과 융 복합하여 기술 사업화를 도모하여 치열한 글로벌 경제 환경 속에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있다. 정책적으로도 글로벌 경쟁력과 첨단기술을 갖춘 중소 벤처기업 육성 안이 대거 포함되어 기술기반의 기술창업기업을 창출하고 육성하여 기술사업화를 촉진하고 있다. 이와 더불어 기술사업화의 핵심적 요소로 간주되고 있는 기술사업화역량 및 외부기술획득활동은 여러 측면에서 연구되고 있다. 따라서 현 시점에서 기술기반의 기술창업기업의 창출과 지속적인 성장을 위해 기술사업화 역량과 외부기술획득활동이 신제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 궁극적으로 기술창업기업의 신제품개발성과 향상을 위하여 어떤 노력을 해야 하는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기술창업기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집, 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 기술기반의 기술창업 기업의 기술사업화 역량과 외부기술획득활동이 신제품개발성과 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 성공적인 기술사업화에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구 확산에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

The company's technical reserves in accordance with the internal skills and external technology commercialization capacity and to analyze the impact on the performance of technology commercialization and financial performance of the company. External technology funding, internal and external technologies marketing, internal and external technologies production, outside of the external Technology Commercialization technique was investigated to affect the financial performance. Financing, marketing capability, and the production base is completely mediated effect acting from within the technology business technical achievement, but funding and the regulation of full-mediated effects on the financial performance in the external action, technical marketing skills and capacity of external technology in part mediated effect was investigated by the effect on financial performance.

I examine what factors influence a firm's openness to external sources of knowledge in the Korean manufacturing sector. Related literature suggests a firm's appropriability strategy, absorptive capacity, technology entrepreneurship, firm size and industry-level technological opportunities as possible determinants. Using Korean Manufacturing Innovation Survey, I test how these factors influence the degree of openness of Korean manufacturing firm. I find the followings: First, when the appropriability strategy becomes tighter, a firm becomes more open to external sources. Second, when the share of highly educated employees increases, a firm becomes more open. Third, when a firm is a technology entrepreneur, the openness increases. Fourth, a large firm is likely to be more open. Lastly, ample technological opportunities increase the openness. In Korean manufacturing industries, the highly educated employees and technology entrepreneurship are more influential factors for a firm's openness.

정보 통신망과 정보통신기기가 보급 확산되고 이들 기술의 발달을 바탕으로 전략적 차원에서 조직끼리 정보를 공유하는 조직간 시스템(Inter-organizational System : IOS)이 확산되고 있는데 그 대표적인 IOS 중의 하나가 바로 전자자료교환(EDI : electronic data interchange)이다. 본 논문에서는 EDI를 도입하고 있는 국내 기업들의 EDI 내 외부 확산정도에 영향을 미치는 EDI의 확산요인을 제시하고 이와 병행하여 EDI의 내 외부 확산정도에 따른 EDI의 조직성과를 규명한다. EDI를 내 외부적으로 확산시키기 위해서는 최고경영자의 EDI 사용에 대한 지원과 조직내 정보기술의 성숙이 필수적인 것으로 판명되었다. 또한 본 논문은 국내의 상항에 맞는 EDI의 확산요인을 제시함으로써 국내 기업들이 EDI를 좀 더 확산시킬 수 있는 데 기여하게 될 것이다.

Firm’s social network has been known as an important firm strategy because it could promote technological innovation and also minimize economic uncertainty. In this study, we identify four types of firm’s social network activities such as Collaboration, Manufacturing/Marketing/Distribution Agreements, Financing, and M&A, and analyze how these activities affect firm performance using U.S biotechnology firm data. We found that Manufacturing/Marketing/Distribution Agreements increased firm performance in short-run. Also, collaboration with pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms had a positive effect on firm performance, too. However, collaboration with public institutes or universities had a negative effect on firm performance in short run, which implies its collaboration would be mainly focused on research in pure science area. These empirical results provide two policy implications. First, social network strategy should be encouraged in the Korean biotechnology industry. Secondly, governments should consider developing polices that support collaboration of biotechnology with public institutes or universities, to promote technological innovation.

Purpose: This study was performed to find the current problems of PET/CT data from other hospitals. Materials and Methods: The subjects were acquired from 64 hospitals referred to our department for image interpretation. The formats and contents of PET/CT data were reviewed and the phone questionnaire survey about these were performed. Results: PET/CT data from 39 of 64 hospitals (61%) included all transaxial CT and PET images with DICOM (Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine) standard format which were required for authentic interpretation. PET/CT data from the others included only secondary capture images or fusion PET/CT images. Conclusion: The majority of hospitals provided limited PET/CT data which could be inadequate for accurate interpretation and clinical decision making. It is necessary to standardize the format of PET/CT data to transfer including all transaxial CT and PET images with DICOM standard format.

This study empirically analyzed how technological innovation performance of venture business is affected by utilization of external resources, especially utilization of external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, using '2008 Venture Business Investigation'. This study further analyzed how the effect of utilization of external resources on technological innovation performance varies according to growth stage. Analysis results show that all variables related to utilization of external resources, i.e. external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, were observed as affecting positively to technological innovation performance. However, adjustment effect was not observed as statistically meaningful according to growth stage of venture business. Further analysis just observed that the effect on technological innovation performance at each growth stage varies according to type of utilization of external resources.

Knowledge resources are classified with two groups, the records produced by internal parts of company and general information materials from external organizations. Production, acquisition, storage, retrieval and utilization patterns of two groups became similar due to digitization of knowledge resources. And separated RM and IM should be changed integrated management concept. This paper compares RM and IM based on KM governance strategy and several methods to integrate RM and IM. Especially the selection and identification of knowledge resources, information systems to be integrated and the methods of integration and integrators of public enterprises are presented.

This study investigates the research trends of SMEs and technological innovations in the last 40 years. Research topics and methodological trends were analyzed for 114 academic papers deals with technology innovation in SMEs. In terms of research subjects, there have been interested in the technology capability and technology accumulation of SMEs in the 1990s, but after the 2000s, research on external open innovation and innovation performance has increased. The empirical analysis studies using primary or secondary data were dominated since the 2000s. We suggest some future research directions, more systematic innovation processes in SMEs, the interactions between technology innovation and external environments, and advanced methodologies on SMEs' technology innovation studies.
