This study empirically investigates the effects of information search on new product development (NPD) process and performance with a sample of 82 NPD projects in 5 firms. The information search is consisted of general sources, internal sources, and external sources. The performance is consisted of technological and market performance. Findings show that information search from internal sources increases the technological knowledge of the NPD team, and information search from external sources increases the market knowledge of the NPD team. The technological and market knowledge of the NPD team increases its technical performance respectively. Only the market knowledge of the NPD team increases its market performance. Overall, the technological knowledge of the NPD team fully mediates the relationship between the information search from internal sources and its technical performance. The market knowledge of the NPD team fully mediates the relationship between the information search from external sources and its technical performance, and the relationship between the information search from external sources and its market performance. There is no other significant mediation relationships between the information searches and the performances. Implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendation for future research are provided.

In this study, a fully distributed physical-based rainfall-runoff model called Vflo$^{TM}$ is applied to Junglang-cheon basin for simulating runoff. Geo-spatial data are used to parameterize the model to account for the characteristics of soils, landuse/cover, and topograph. 300m resolution DEM is used to compute slope and drainage network connectivity. Spatially distributed rainfall data is interpolated by ordinary kriging method. In this study, hydrograph from HEC-HMS and Vflo$^{TM}$ without/with calibration of parameters was compared to evaluate the accuracy of rainfall-runoff model From the results, a fully distributed physical-based rainfall-runoff model reproduce the peak time and shape of hydrograph much better than HEC-HMS.

This study examined a model in which the relation between perceived contextual support and career indecision was expected to be mediated by coping self-efficacy and outcome expectancy for a sample of engineering students (N = 672). Structural equation analyses revealed that the link between contextual support and career indecision was fully mediated by coping self-efficacy and outcome expectancy. Statistically significant paths were found from contextual support to coping self-efficacy and outcome expectancy. Statistically significant paths were also found from self-efficacy and outcome expectancy to career indecision. In addition, there were significant gender differences in the mean scores of the variables and model fits. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

This paper analyzed the effect of learning motivation and conation(endurance, effort) on the consultant' entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness, risk- taking) and competencies(ability, knowledge, attitude), and the mediating effect of the entrepreneurship on the consultant's competencies. The result shows that the learning motivation and conation have a positive impact on the partial factors of the consultant's entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness) and competencies(ability, knowledge), but not impact on the risk- taking and the attitude. Innovativeness and proactiveness have an positive impact on the consultant's competencies, but not the risk-taking. Innovation and proactiveness fully mediated the effect of learning motivation on the ability, and partially mediated on the knowledge. The effect of learning conation on the ability and knowledge was partially mediated by the innovation, not by the proactiveness. This study shows that the management of the learning motivation and conation, the education of entrepreneurship(innovativeness, proactiveness) are very important for the cultivating the consultant' competencies.

The purpose of this study examines the mediating effect of Customer Satisfaction and Attitudinal Loyalty on Capital area and Non-capital area coffeeshops. In order to meet its purpose, We surveyed 290 customers who visited coffeeshops in Capital area and Non-Capital area. The research results may be summarized. First, Customer Saisfaction with a coffee shop played a mediating role between Band Image and Attitudinal Loyalty. Especially, It Fully-mediated between Brand Image and Attitudinal Loyalty in Non-Capital area. Second, Attitudinal Loyalty to a coffee shop played a mediating role between Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Loyalty. In particular, It Fully-mediated between Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediation effect of college adaption for the relationship between learning flow and university dropout in local university. For this study, 281 university students in Chungbuk region were applied to assess the mediation effect of college adaption for learning flow and university dropout by using confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical multiple regression of Baron and Kenny, and Sobel test. The results show that more learning flow tended to have more difficultly in university dropout, and it was founded that academic and social adjustment for university adaption(mediator) partially mediated the influence of learning flow (independent variable) on univeristy dropout (dependent variable), institutional adjustment was fully mediated, and personal-emotional adjustment was no mediation effect. Based on the results of this study, we suggest a implication to decrease university dropout through increasing learning flow and university adaption.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of positive thinking in the relationship between emotional expressivity and public speaking anxiety. Participants were recruited from one university freshmen located in Gwangju city. Data were collected from 146 university freshmen. The self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the level of positive thinking, emotional expressivity, public speaking anxiety. The SPSS WIN 23.0 version program was used with Baron and Kenny's 3-Step mediating effect and Sobel test. It was examined whether there was a mediating effect of positive thinking on emotional expression and presentation anxiety. In the second stage, emotional expressivity showed a significant effect on presentation anxiety. In stage 3, emotional expressivity was not statistically significant in presentation anxiety, and positive thinking was statistically significant in presentation anxiety. Positive thinking had a total mediating effect(z=-4.57, p<.001) in the relationship between emotional expressivity and public speaking anxiety. To reduce the public speaking anxiety among university freshmen, it is necessary to develop interventions that enhance positive thinking in addition to providing emotional expressivity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mechanism through which Senior Center User's services satisfaction impacts quality of life. We were particularly interested in the mediating effect of empowering Senior Center users. bootstraping method based on structural equation modeling were used. The partial and full mediation model were compared and X² difference test was conducted between the two models. The result showed that the mediating effect of empowering senior center user was statistically significant and accounted for the relationship between the senior center user's services satisfaction and quality of life. Empowering senior center user mediated fully the effect of senior center user's services satisfaction on quality of life. Practice and policy implications as well as further research topics were discussed to aid the search for highly effective interventions.

유출해석을 하기 위한 수문 모형은 크게 분포형 모형과 집중형 모형으로 구분할 수 있다. $Vflo^{TM}$와 같은 분포형 모형은 격자 기반의 유역 특성 및 강우자료로부터 초기 매개변수 값을 추정하기 때문에 모형보정시 민감하게 반응할 수 있다. 따라서 모형 내 구성된 매개변수들의 특성과 민감도를 파악하여 유출해석을 하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 물리적 기반의 완전분포 모형인 $Vflo^{TM}$모형을 이용하여 감천유역의 유출해석을 실시하였다. 그 후, 지표면 유출과 하도 추적에서 주요 매개변수가 미치는 영향을 분석하여 매개변수별 민감도를 평가하였다. 이 결과, 수리전도도는 유역전체 유출고에 관여하였고, 불투수율은 첨두유량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 유출고 및 유출량에 영향을 미치는 매개변수와 이에 따른 민감도를 확인할 수 있었다.

현대 사회에서 휴대폰은 더 이상 문자 메시지를 송수신하거나 통신을 위한 매개체가 아니라 이동 중에도 인터넷 검색 또는 대용량 데이터를 전송하는 용도로 쓰인다. 특히 통신사에서 제공하는 서비스를 통한 모바일 인터넷 뉴스 기사 검색은 현재 효율성과 주관적 만족도가 떨어진다. 이에 본 연구는 목록 제시 방식이 모바일 브라우징 사용성에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 따라서 정보 제공의 완전성과 정보 제공의 지연 여부의 2 가지 측면으로 목록 제시 방식을 구분하였다. 탐색 과제를 통한 목록 제시 방식 효과를 비교한 결과 정보 제공이 완전하면서 지연이 없는 레이어드 팝업 조건에서 사용성과 지각된 사용성이 가장 높았으며 정보 제공이 완전하나 정보의 지연이 있는 동적 제시 조건, 정보 제공이 불완전하나 지연이 없는 ‘…’ 조건 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 레이어드 팝업 조건과 동적 제시 조건 간의 유의미한 사용성 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 이 결과는 정보의 지연 여부보다 정보 제공의 완전성이 모바일 브라우징에 더 큰 영향을 준다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 상이한 디스플레이 방식들 간의 차이만을 살펴보는 수준을 넘어서 현재 적용되고 있는 WAP 서비스의 한계점을 보완하여 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 구축하였음에 의의가 있다.
