지구온난화 및 기후상승으로 폭염발생 일수 및 강도가 증가됨에 따라 온열질환으로 인한 인명피해가 꾸준히 증가되고 있다. 온열질환 발생은 폭염일수가 증가할수록 증가됨에 따라 폭염 취약 계층에 대한 피해 대응이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 폭염 취약 계층을 대상으로 폭염으로 인한 피해를 감소시키고자 온열질환용 웨어러블 디바이스 기반 실시간 활력 징후 데이터 수집 및 분석을 통해, 온열질환 의심환자 이벤트 발생에 대한 신속한 대응이나 여름철 생활지수를 통해 휴식을 권장하도록 지원할 수 있는 온열질환 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다.

Purpose: This study noted that even similar environmental conditions caused by the heat wave were differentiated depending on the internal characteristics of the individual, so there was a difference in the extent of the damage. Thus, the relationship between individual psychological characteristics and experiences of the symptoms of thermal diseases was analyzed. Method: The influence of construction workers was analyzed through questioning of individual characteristics and psychological measures of self-esteem, self-esteem, and personality that may be related to heat wave damage, depending on whether they have experienced symptoms of thermal diseases. Results: Logistic regression shows that responsibility affects positive (+) experience of symptoms of heat disease and self-esteem in groups negatively (-) experience of symptoms of heat illness. Conclusion: This study presented basic data as the first study to analyze obsessive compulsive, self-respect and personality of construction workers who are vulnerable to heat waves to identify the psychological characteristics of victims of heat waves.

Global warming has also increased the number of casualties caused by heat-related diseases caused by heat waves along with an increase in global temperature. The vulnerable groups from heat wave damage are outdoor workers and the elderly in particular, and it is necessary to respond the increasing heat wave damage. We propose a real-time control platform in order to reduce casualties of the vulnerable group from heatwaves, this research collects and analyzes user's vital signs data from wearable devices that generates alarms out of the suspected victims who are expected to be affected by heat-related illness and to respond quickly.

전 세계적으로 기후변화에 대해 민감하게 대응하고 있으며, 이중 국내에서는 지난 2018년 폭염을 자연 재난으로 개정했다. 대구시는 매년 지역 현안의 해결과제로 폭염 재난을 언급하고 있다. 이전 연구를 통해 대구시를 대상으로 온열 질환 취약 계층을 고려한 폭염 대응 관제 플랫폼을 개발했다. 본 연구는 온열 질환 의심 환자 판별알고리즘 및 실시간 모바일 앱 알림 서비스를 추가 적용 등 플랫폼 고도화 작업을 진행했다.

Then we made the personal thermal treatment device for decreasing urination pain. And we have good performance data using pig skin.

Objectives: This study was to assess the status and awareness of excessive heat exposure among agricultural workers. Methods: We selected a total of 90 farmers from a villages of Gyeongju-si, during August, 2015. We carried out the temperature measurement for nine times and derived Health Index (HI) and Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index. We compared the HI, WBGT and excessive heat warnings. Status of high temperature exposure, lifestyle, medical history, and awareness about excessive health related exposure illness assessed using survey questionnaires. Results: The matching rates between the WBGT and the HI during excessive heat warning were high, but when it was a non-excessive heat warning, there were days of excessive HI or WBGT. Out of 90 farmers surveyed, 78 cases (86.7%) were in their 60s and older age group. Slightly more than two third (71.1%) farmers were farming in the dawn-morning (71.1%), and the daily working hours were less than 4 hours (54.4 %), but only 23.3% among farmers took regular breaks. Of total, 14.4% farmers experienced excessive heat exposure related illness in order of tiredness, lethargy, dizziness, headaches, and sweating. Overall, the awareness of the danger for excessive heat and the heat wave warnings were high at 70.0% and 74.4%, respectively. Conclusions: Politically, the excessive heat warnings should not be taken into account the simple temperature measurement but, have to consider WBGT and HI standards at the same time. Farmers need to be promoted and educated to prevent the excessive heat related illness by periodically increasing their rest time during farming.
