Online communities have become playgrounds for enjoyment and political public spheres as well as have been vitalized by participation of diverse users, which shows that users of online communities experience participatory democracy and new subjects who project the politic of everyday life eventually. The purpose of the study is to examine that how phenomenon from above have been revealed in the academic discourses and seek the ways for development of the theory and methodology of community media research. To do this, I analyze that features and tendencies of academic discourses which have historically been accumulated through applying method of meta-analysis into topics, methods, and issues in the precedence studies. Data is centered on Journals of the Korean Society for Journalism and communication Studies, Korean Association for Broadcasting and Telecommunication studies, Korean Association for Communication and Information studies, and the Cybercommunication Academic Society. The reason why I choose these journals is that they have a long history of the publication compared to other journals, thus, I can collect various related articles. Total of 53 Samples are selected after input keywords '공동체' and 'Community'. This study makes a contribution by offering the preliminary data in order to seek the ways for revitalization of local communities and for the future theories and methodologies of community media through researching on precedence studies having piled from 2001 when the first article about community media was published to November 2016.

This study selects political and military decision factors of Participatory Government's Wartime Operational Control(OPCON) Transition and analyzes, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the effects and relations between those factors. Previous research utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) selected their decision factors based on academic data and field experience, requiring more objective analysis of the factors. For this study, we conducted a survey among security subject matter experts(SME) both online and offline. The results show that OPCON transition's decision factors were to 'recover military sovereignty', 'set the conditions for peaceful reunification' and 'improve ROK image through enhancing national power' which differs little from the previous AHP method studies. It also showed that 'recover military sovereignty' and 'set the conditions for peaceful reunification' had no relationship to each other and that the key factor that decided the OPCON Transition was actually 'recover military sovereignty' which represents the interest of the liberal party in ROK. This study finds its meaning by analyzing the decision factors of Participartory Government's OPCON Transition thorugh Delphi and DEMATEL method.

In a rapidly growing digital economic environment, NFT has emerged as a hot topic in the art field. However, in China, NFT art is developing slowly due to constraints related to China's political economy and socio-cultural situation. Due to strict management and control, the circulation of cryptocurrency is limited, and the level of public awareness and acceptance of NFT art and market maturity are still low. Despite these limitations, this paper predicts that Chinese art creators and market participants can build an online personal art IP model that suits the characteristics of the Chinese market and explores the current status and possibilities.

This study examined factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. This study conducted face-to-face survey of a total of 240 older adults aged over 65. Based on the responses of open-ended questions, this study conducted semantic network analysis. The results showed that low level of perceived usefulness(PU) (e.g., information I want to find, detailed information, and trustworthiness) and perceived ease of use(PEOU) (e.g., how to search for information, how to install applications, and visibility) are main factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. Furthermore, based on the results of semantic network analysis, further hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that PU and PEOU were positively associated with intention to use mobile application. Thus, the results imply that increasing older adults' PU and PEOU can promote their intention to use mobile application.

Online discussion bulletin in Korea is not only a specific place where user exchange opinions but also a public sphere through which users discuss and form public opinion. Sometimes, there is a heated debate on a topic and any article becomes a political or sociological issue. In this paper, we propose how to analyze the popularity of articles by collecting the information of articles obtained from two well-known discussion forums such as AGORA and SEOPRISE. And we propose a prediction model for the article popularity by applying the characteristics of subject articles. Our experiment shown that the popularity of 87.52% articles have been saturated within a day after the submission in AGORA, but the popularity of 39% articles is growing after 4 days passed in SEOPRISE. And we observed that there is a low correlation between the period of popularity and the hit count. The steady increase of the hit count of an article does not necessarily imply the final hit count of the article at the saturation point is so high. In this paper, we newly propose a new prediction model called 'baseline'. We evaluated the predictability for popular articles using three models (SVM, similar matching and baseline). Through the results of performance evaluation, we observed that SVM model is the best in F-measure and precision, but baseline is the best in running time.

축산물을 판매하고 있는 인터넷 및 통신판매업소에서 전자상거래 시 표지하여야 할 항목과 안전하고 위생적인 축산물의 확보를 위하여 표지하여야 할 항목으로 나누어 실태조사를 실시하였다. 전자상거래시 온라인(인터넷) 판매영업소가 표시하도록 규정하고 있는 항목 중에서 '상호명'과 '전화번호'를 제외한 나머지 정보는 일부 제품에서 누락되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 '배송비용 정보'(21% 미표시)와 '사이트 이용 약관'(23% 미표시)과 같은 정보는 상대적으로 높은 부적합률을 나타냈고, '이메일 주소'(22% 미표시)와 '팩스번호'(26% 미표시)의 부적합률은 가장 높게 조사되었다. 또한, 온라인 판매업소가 축산물을 판매할 때 표시하도록 규정되어 있는 항목 중에서 '제품명'과 '식육의 종류' 표시를 제외한 나머지 정보는 일부 제품에서 누락되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다. In recent years, activities have become more important in political activities and participation in policies. Therefore, the level of digital informatization can affect the participation in policy in the online environment. In this study, we examined how the policy activities of the disabled have a relationship with the informatization level. To this end, we analyzed the relationship between the level of digital informatization and the level of satisfaction with policy activities based on the results of the digital divide survey of 2017. The results of this study are as follows: First, it shows that the disabled people have a positive relationship with the digital access and policy activity satisfaction levels such as the possession of wired / wireless information devices and Internet accessibility. Second, it is found that digital information capacity level and income level such as PC utilization ability and mobile digital device utilization ability have a positive (+) relationship. Third, as the level of digital information utilization such as wired and mobile Internet usage increased, the level of satisfaction with policy activities also increased positively. This suggests that the government needs various information policy to increase the level of digital informatization of the disabled.

This paper aims to analyze success factors for the construction of Supdari(a traditional wooden bridge to connect small streams temporarily), which is a citizens' initiative project to revitalize local community in Jeonju-River, Jeonju City. Recently Supdari has been restored for the use of belongings in local festivals. But Jeonju-River Supdari was designed and built to unite local citizens and connect river-divided villages. This project shows how investing social capital like Supdari makes the community vitalize through citizen's active participation. As a citizen leading project, there were several critical factors for sucess. At first, there were some noticeable ways to encourage local citizen's participation in online and offline. In the online, the Supdari internet cafe introduced what is a Supdari, how to make it and where we build using various media of UCCs and photos. In the offline, the small scaled model of Supdari was made and exhibited in the entrance of the village and related several seminars were hosted to discuss how to construct Supdari with citizens, local assembly men and public officials together. The Second is the movement to restore traditional and cultural resources for the community recovery triggered the supports from local councils and many civic groups. Civic groups supported ecological and structural expertise to guarantee environment friendly and stable construction. And local councils mediated citizen's and administrative office's opinions. The third is flexible administrative management to help citizen's ideas to be realized. Officials extended setting period of Supdari on the condition with the civic-control safety management.

The easy payment service is a payment and remittance service that uses a simple authentication method. As online transactions have increased due to COVID-19, the use of an easy payment service is increasing. At the same time, electronic financial industries such as Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and Toss are diversifying the competition structure of the easy payment market; meanwhile overseas fintech companies PayPal and Alibaba have a unique market share in their own countries, while competition is intensifying in the domestic easy payment market, as there is no unique market share. In this study, the participants in the easy payment market were classified as electronic financial companies, mobile phone manufacturers, and financial companies, and a SWOT analysis was conducted on the representative services in each industry. The analysis examined the user reviews of Google Play Store via a topic modeling analysis, and it employed positive topics as strengths and negative topics as weaknesses. In addition, topic modeling was conducted by dividing news articles into political, economic, social, and technology (PEST) articles to derive the opportunities and threats to easy payment services. Through this research, we intend to confirm the service capabilities of easy payment companies and propose a service activation strategy that allows gaining the upper hand in the market.

The present study explored the agenda setting effects of replies called "Daet-Gul", and perception of the news replies. This study has established three research questions: 1) the recognition of the online communication 2) the degree of the reading and writing on online spare 3) the amount of the effects on the online communication. This study is performed using survey method. The survey results indicated in that the participants are very passive readers and writers on the online spare. In addition, the survey repliers evaluated that replies' mechanical device and antigravitational speed have high score, whereas they marked low store in the content and credibility of 'the replies. Therefore, they did not estimate the effects of the replies highly. All the results indicate that 'the replies' is not the fundamental factors of the deliberative democracy. It's because online communication with 'the replies' are thought to be fated the abuse and slander. Therefore, it's essential to improve the online communication with 'the replies', through the introduction of the 'trackback', which is a sort of the 'remote replies'
