  • 인터넷은 단순한 정보습득을 위한 공간을 넘어 사람들이 모여 교류하는 '소통의 장'으로서 역할을 하고 있다. 최근에는 타인과 끊임없이 대화를 나누고 소통하려는 인간의 기본 욕구를 반영한 서비스인 SNS(Social Network Service)가 전 세계의 주목을 받고 있다. 또한 LBS(Location-Based Service)는 GPS, Wi-Fi를 통한 위치정보를 활용하여 업무생산성 개선 및 다양한 생활 편의를 제공하는 서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 OS를 기반으로 LBS와 SNS를 통합한 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 개인용 모바일 정보기기인 스마트폰을 활용하여, 위치정보에 이용자 정보, SNS를 결합하여 서비스를 고도화 한다. 지인들의 위치를 기반으로 현재 상태, 트윗(Twit)을 통해 정보의 공유 및 활용을 극대화 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 사용자들이 적극적이고 용이하게 온라인 Identity를 표현하는 것을 목적으로 본 시스템을 제안한다.

Global Diffusion of Online Social Network Services : A Cross-Country Study (온라인 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 글로벌 확산에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines online social media diffusion across different countries that will help to provide a picture of current global online social network services (SNSs). Analyzing country-level data drawn from 78 nations, we find that non-technological factors such as culture and language as well as technological factors including Internet penetration rate and smartphone adoption rate have significant effects on online social media diffusion. These findings, derived from a broad range of different countries, not only provide theoretical insights into understanding critical factors that enable successful global expansion of online social media services but also help practitioners plan their marketing strategies more effectively in a global context.

  • 인터넷상에서 다양한 사용자 및 구성요소로 이루어진 분산시스템은 Sybil Attack 에 취약하다. 최근 온라인 소셜 네트워크(Online Social Network)의 그래프 정보를 사용해, Sybil Attack 에 대응하기 위한 Sybil-resistant value 추출 기법들이 제안되었다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 OSN 기반의 Sybil-resistant value 추출 기법들에 대한 성능을 평가한다. 특히 OSN 그래프의 각 노드들의 이웃 노드 개수 정보에 따른 성능과 Sybil 노드들의 Attack Edge 에 따른 성능을 평가한다. Facebook 에서 추출한 샘플 OSN 그래프를 사용한 성능 평가 분석을 통해, 실제 사용자를 위한 Sybil-resistant value 를 정상적으로 추출하기 위해서는 OSN 그래프 상에서 이웃 노드의 개수가 10 개 이상이어야 한다는 점과, Random Route Tail Intersection 기법이 Sybil 사용자 그룹의 Attack Edge 의 영향을 가장 적게 받는 다는점을 확인 하였다.

  • 온라인 상에서 불특정 타인과 관계를 맺을 수 있는 서비스로 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service : SNS)가 새롭게 떠오르고 있다. 1990년대에 등장한 SNS는 최근에는 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 서비스로 인해 이용자의 수가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. SNS에서는 '친구 찾기' 라는 서비스를 제공하는데, 이는 이용자의 개인정보를 분석하여 이용하여 친구를 찾아주는 서비스이다. 기존의 '친구 찾기' 서비스는 이용자가 제공하는 정보만을 다른 이용자의 정보와 비교하여 친구를 찾았다. 그러나 이용자가 제공하는 정보는 한정적이기 때문에 비교할 수 있는 정보의 양도 한정되어 찾을 수 있는 친구의 수에도 한계가 생긴다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 단순한 개인정보 비교를 통한 친구를 찾는 방법이 아닌 이용자가 제공하는 시공간 데이터를 활용하여 추론을 통해 친구를 추천해주는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

  • 가짜뉴스는 뉴스 기사 형식을 갖는 날조된 정보를 의미하며, 최근 모바일 인터넷 장치의 보급과 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 대중화로 온라인 확산이 가속화되고 있다. 기존 연구는 가짜뉴스의 탐지를 위해 뉴스의 주제목, 부제목, 리드, 본문 등 뉴스 기사를 이루는 구성요소를 비롯하여 언론사, 기자, 날짜, 확산 경로 등의 메타 데이터를 대상으로 분석하였다. 그러나 뉴스의 제목과 본문 및 메타 데이터 등은 내용 수정이 쉬워, 다량의 데이터를 학습한 모델이라 하더라도 높은 정확도를 장기간 유지하기 어려울 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문은 합성곱 신경망을 이용해 문맥 정보를 분석하고 장단기 메모리 기반의 감성분석을 추가로 수행한다. 문맥 정보와 가짜뉴스 유포자가 쉽게 수정할 수 없는 감성 변화 패턴을 활용하여 성능이 개선된 가짜뉴스 탐지 모델을 제안한다.

  • While consumption patterns have changed online music, online music platform began to emerge. While people prefer popular music recommendation, they use the online music platform chart or use the SNS Platform to share information. Online platform Ranking is different because of different properties held by members. Meanwhile, we need music charts characteristics of SNS users. So there were a lot of attempts to chart a comprehensive variety of platforms. And continue to emerge theses linking the musical characteristics and SNS. In this paper, We have developed a new chart using the behavior of Twitter Users who listen to music, and studies comparing the results with existing chart.

  • It is a rising trend that the number of users using one of the social media channels, the Social Network Service, so called the SNS, is getting increased. As per to this social trend, more companies have interest in this networking platform and start to invest their funds in it. It has received much attention as a tool spreading and expanding the message that a company wants to deliver to its customers and has been recognized as an important channel in terms of the relationship marketing with them. The environment of media that is radically changing these days makes possible for companies to approach their customers in various ways. Particularly, the social network service, which has been developed rapidly, provides the environment that customers can freely talk about products. For companies, it also works as a channel that gives customized information to customers. To succeed in the online environment, companies need to not only build the relationship between companies and customers but focus on the relationship between customers as well. In response to the online environment with the continuous development of technology, companies have tirelessly made the novel marketing strategy. Especially, as the one-to-one marketing to customers become available, it is more important for companies to maintain the relationship marketing with their customers. Among many SNS, Facebook, which many companies use as a communication channel, provides a fan page service for each company that supports its business. Facebook fan page is the platform that the event, information and announcement can be shared with customers using texts, videos, and pictures. Companies open their own fan pages in order to inform their companies and businesses. Such page functions as the websites of companies and has a characteristic of their brand communities such as blogs as well. As Facebook has become the major communication medium with customers, companies recognize its importance as the effective marketing channel, but they still need to investigate their business performances by using Facebook. Although there are infinite potentials in Facebook fan page that even has a function as a community between users, which other platforms do not, it is incomplete to regard companies' Facebook fan pages as communities and analyze them. In this study, it explores the relationship among customers through the network of the Facebook fan page users. The previous studies on a company's Facebook fan page were focused on finding out the effective operational direction by analyzing the use state of the company. However, in this study, it draws out the structural variable of the network, which customer committment can be measured by applying the social network analysis methodology and investigates the influence of the structural characteristics of network on the business performance of companies in an empirical way. Through each company's Facebook fan page, the network of users who engaged in the communication with each company is exploited and it is the one-mode undirected binary network that respectively regards users and the relationship of them in terms of their marketing activities as the node and link. In this network, it draws out the structural variable of network that can explain the customer commitment, who pressed "like," made comments and shared the Facebook marketing message, of each company by calculating density, global clustering coefficient, mean geodesic distance, diameter. By exploiting companies' historical performance such as net income and Tobin's Q indicator as the result variables, this study investigates influence on companies' business performances. For this purpose, it collects the network data on the subjects of 54 companies among KOSPI-listed companies, which have posted more than 100 articles on their Facebook fan pages during the data collection period. Then it draws out the network indicator of each company. The indicator related to companies' performances is calculated, based on the posted value on DART website of the Financial Supervisory Service. From the academic perspective, this study suggests a new approach through the social network analysis methodology to researchers who attempt to study the business-purpose utilization of the social media channel. From the practical perspective, this study proposes the more substantive marketing performance measurements to companies performing marketing activities through the social media and it is expected that it will bring a foundation of establishing smart business strategies by using the network indicators.

A Study on the factors of SNS information influencing consumers' purchasing intention: focusing on Chinese Weibo (SNS 정보 요인이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 중국 웨이보를 중심으로)

  • The SNS website can take full advantage of the characteristics of users to conduct e-commerce. The e-commerce website's organizing ability will be greatly strengthened by SNS and creates greater value for consumers. This article examined the Chinese largest SNS (Weibo) users as research objects, and combined the development status of SNS in China. This article focuses on the influence to consumer's purchase intention in three aspects: number of comments, consumer involvement level, and consumer appealing method and examines how the interaction of the number of comments and consumer appealing method affects the purchase intention. An investigation was conducted on 400 users of SNS and using valid questionnaires to perform reliability analysis, validity analysis, independent sample t-test, and double factor variance analysis using SPSS21. The research results indicated that the number of comments and rational appealing method had significant effect on the purchase intention. The mediating or controlling the purchase involvement level will disturb the influence of the number of comments but will have no effect on the information appealing method.

Enrichment of POI information based on LBSNS (위치기반 소셜 네트워크 서비스(LBSNS)를 이용한 POI 정보 강화 방안)

  • Point of interest (POI) of the city is a special place that has what importance to the user. For example, it is such landmark, restaurants, museums, hotels, and theaters. Because of its role in the social and economic life of us, these have attracted a lot of interest in location-based applications such as social networks and online map. However, while it can easily be obtained through the Web, the basic information of POI such as geographic location, another effort is required to obtain detailed information such as Wi-Fi, accepting credit cards, opening hours, romper room and the assessment and evaluation of other users. To solve these problems, a new method for correcting position error is required to link location-based social network service (LBSNS) data and POIs. This paper attempts to propose a position error correction method of POI and LBSNS data to enrich POI information from the vast information that is accumulated in LBSNS. Through this study, we can overcome the limitation of individual POI information via the information fusion method of LBSNS and POI, and we have discovered the possibility to be able to provide additional information which users need. As a result, we expect to be able to collect a variety of POI information quickly.

  • Collective intelligence is related to several areas such as sociology, business administration, political science, and computer science. This paper can be classified as a product of social engineering of the era of liberal arts and science convergence, fusion, consilience. Members today have higher need for self-actualization and contribution. As the business is changing fast and getting more complicated, a mechanism of natural science is necessary in social organization. The mechanisms of collective intelligence are composed of divergence process and convergence process. And the seven steps were designed that the first letter of each steps leads to 'PROCESS'. When implemented by applying the procedures that reflect the opinions of members throughout this paper, there are members who participated in the decision-making process will contribute to actively participate in the decision when to run, and specific tools and techniques in online communities are for future studies.
