Level-Learning System Using Keller's PSI in U-Learning Environments : Focused on Underachiever (Keller의 PSI를 활용한 u-러닝 환경의 수준별 학습 시스템 : 학습 부진아를 중심으로)

  • 학교의 학습 과정에 있어서 학습자 간의 학습 능력의 차이는 존재하며 이를 해결하기 위해 교육과정에서는 개별 학습과 수준별 학습을 권장한다. 유무선 인터넷을 통한 수준별 학습은 최근에 많은 연구가 되고 있는 u-러닝(Ubiquitous Learning) 환경에도 부합하며 학습자 개개인이 자신의 속도와 수준에 맞게 자기주도적으로 학습을 하기에 알맞은 방법이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자가 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않고 자율적으로 수준에 맞게 학습할 수 있는 수준별 학습 시스템을 설계하였다. 특히 시스템에 체계성을 더하기 위해 개별화 학습 체제 중에서 과거 많은 연구를 통해 그 효과성이 입증된 Keller의 PSI(Personal System of Instruction) 이론을 활용하여 시스템의 각 과정을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 원하는 시간과 공간에서 자신의 속도에 맞게 학습할 수 있으므로 자기주도적인 학습 능력을 기를 수 있다. 둘째, 시스템 구성상 평가를 통해 일정한 기준에 미달하면 목표에 도달할 때까지 계속 학습하고 도전해야 하므로 궁극적으로 완전학습에 도달할 수 있다. 셋째, 제한된 교실 상황에서 벗어나 온라인에서의 학습 지원이 가능하므로 학습자의 개인차에 따른 수준별 학습을 관리하고 책임져야 하는 교사의 부담을 덜어준다.

  • With the growth of Web 2.0, lots of services allow yours to post their personal information and useful knowledges on networked information spaces such as blogs and online communities etc. As the services are generalized, recent researches related to social network have gained momentum. However, most social network services do not support machine-processable semantic knowledge, so that the information cannot be shared and reused between different domains. Moreover, as explicit definitions of relationships between individual social entities do not be described, it is difficult to analyze social network for inferring unknown semantic relationships. To overcome these limitations, in this paper, we propose a social network analysis system with personal photographic data up-loaded by virtual community users. By using ontology, an informative connectivity between a face entity extracted from photo data and a person entity which already have social relationships was defined clearly and semantic social links were inferred with domain rules. Then the inferred links were provided to yours as a visualized graph. Based on the graph, more efficient social network analysis was achieved in online community.

  • Despite both the Korean version of and seemed to be the most popular in China, the and the , which localized the same format, differed at least in terms of viewership. Focusing on these two opposing cases, this study examines the characteristics and considerations of the localization transformation through in-depth interviews with experts in China.. As a result, was positive in terms of character diversification and online media interworking effects. However, the experts recognized that factors such as the confusion of character combinations due to frequent change of performers, frequent absences, conservative characteristics of Chinese state broadcasting that emphasized educational contents, and burden of localization due to changes in mission and challenge form each time were negatively affected. On the other hand, lacked the effect of online media interaction and lack of diversity of performers. However, the use of star actors' celebrities, the merits of actors with the characteristics of Chinese historical and cultural spaces, the use of Chinese flavors and fragrances, and similar types of missions and maintaining a stable composition each time favored localized production formats.

  • The purpose of this study is to find methods for utilizing digital room in public library and its efficient operation by analyzing the status quo of the digital rooms in public libraries, which had been built nation-widely about 5 years ago. It is found that it is urgent to supplement and improve the infrastructure of them. It is also required to build multi-functional digital rooms and an integrated operational system for digital rooms. Implementation of an integrated operational system, first of all, for applicable sections of digital room may be the best alternative. The multi-functional digital rooms can be built, which, in addition to its traditional function, can include a variety of original information resources and function of information creation using application programs, as well as functions such as education, information services, online/offline community creation, and activating information sharing. In the future, the digital rooms in public libraries must play a significant role as online/offline spaces, which are not the places for use and access to internet information resource, but for information/knowledge sharing and collaborative activities. It also must provide a communication channel between librarians and users as well as among users themselves.

  • The purpose of this treatise is to show merits and method of establishing Lotte department store design division Online Documents Communication System through illustration of examples of intranet in which internet environment convenient to use for its openness is applied for establishing Design Online Documents Communication System for fundamentals of organization. In this connection merits and effect attainable from establishing Design Outline Documents Communication System of the enterprise as found were as follows: Firstly, it brought about reduction in workload of staffs through sharing various existing resources. It reduced redundant works and enables speedy handling of works. Secondly, it was possible to exchange viewpoints and share information by pertinent parties. Thirdly, by expediting information exchange and communication among persons in charge it was possible to improve work efficiency. Fourthly, it was possible to build and operate such system at relatively low cost on the basis of web browser. Without using any other significant instrument or equipment but by linking it to business network and using existing computer system operation was possible. Fifthly, by common sharing of work exclusive to design room through on-line it was possible to improve professionalism and convenience in data preservation. Through this treatise and survey and study on process for establishing intranet it was possible to find that there were sharing work, improving work efficiency, reducing workload, saving cost and expediting communication to a significant degree.

Improvement of Performance for Online Certificate Status Validation (실시간 인증서 상태검증의 성능개선)

  • According as the real economic activities are carried out in the cyber world and the identity problem of a trade counterpart emerges, digital signature has been diffused. Due to the weakness for real-time validation using the validation method of digital signature, Certificate Revocation List, On-line Certificate Status Protocol was introduced. In this case, every transaction workload requested to verify digital signature is concentrated of a validation server node. Currently this method has been utilized on domestic financial transactions, but sooner or later the limitation will be revealed. In this paper, the validation method will be introduced which not only it can guarantee real-time validation but also the requesting node of certificate validation can maintain real-time certificate status information. This method makes the revocation management node update the certificate status information in real-time to the validation node while revoking certificate. The characteristic of this method is that the revocation management node should memorize the validation nodes which a certificate holder uses. If a certificate holder connects a validation node for the first time, the validation node should request its certificate status information to the above revocation management node and the revocation management node memorizes the validation node at the time. After that, the revocation management node inform the revocation information in real-time to all the validation node registered when a request of revocation happens. The benefits of this method are the fact that we can reduce the validation time because the certificate validation can be completed at the validation node and that we can avoid the concentration of requesting certificate status information to a revocation node.

Web-based Self-directed Learning System for Multi-contents Service (멀티 콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 웹 기반 자기주도적 학습 시스템)

  • As the subjects of education has been changed from the instructors to learners, a web-based self-directed learning which can accelerate the initiative of learners and can be free from the restriction of time and space has been received attention. In this paper, the web-based self-directed learning system was designed. For the design, to make the learners build their own lecture plan, the service was designed to provide three kinds of lectures of video clip, slide lecture, and e-text lecture that were focused on various lecture contents. In addition, a learner and an assistant was man to man matched to enable the on-line mentoring for mutual communication between learners and assistants. Implementation was carried out by three sets of module - Manager, Learner and Assistant - that were applied to the real educational activities. The survey on satisfaction for the education, efficiency of ability improvement, and educational intelligibility for the attendants on the education showed more than 67.2% of satisfaction in satisfaction for the education. Furthermore, more than 86.9% of attendants replied that their ability were improved after the education of this system. The educational system realized in this paper shows effectiveness for the self-directed learning.

  • How are real libraries affected and what are they planning and working on in the current coronavirus era? Based on these questions, the purpose of this study was to analyze the Corona-related trends based on the 2020 implementation plan of the Library Development Comprehensive Plan and the 2021 implementation plan, and to analyze the impact and changes of the libraries in the city and the direction of corona response. The problems in the 2020 municipal libraries are largely attributed to the closure or curtailment of libraries due to the epidemic of coronavirus, budget cuts and budget limits due to coronavirus, declining users' interest and participation, infrastructure limits due to rapid service changes and operational limitations. Furthermore, the improvement measures and future plans could be divided into 1) development and provision of non-face-to-face programs; 2) development and provision of online-based services; 4) expansion of budget for response to demand; 5) provision of space against corona; and other response directions. In addition, in order to systematically cope with coronavirus in the future, it is expected that first, hybrid-type programs and services, second, infrastructure for online and non-face-to-face services, and third, budget utilization flexibility will be required.

Case study of Google Classroom in Mongolian University (몽골 대학에서 구글크레스룸 적용 사례 적용)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness of Google Classroom (GC) and to examine the satisfaction of professors using GC as an online environment at a Mongolian University. Fourteen professors designed the lecture model and provided lessons using GC at D University for four weeks. GC provides new learning opportunities that are more efficient than face-to-face learning, because it can overcome the limitations of time and space. The results of the survey conducted with the professors who participated in the class to explore the effectiveness of GC show that the system provides: cooperation: 100% (strongly agree=7, Agree=7), personal learning opportunity: 100% (strongly agree=10, Agree=4), ease in learning: 100% (strongly agree=11, Agree=3), suitability: 100% (strongly agree=8, Agree=6), feedback opportunities: 100% (strongly agree=7, Agree=7), connection: 100% (strongly agree=7, Agree=7), accessibility: 100% (strongly agree=7, Agree=7), learning effectiveness: 100% (strongly agree=9, Agree=5), paperless experience: 100% (strongly agree=8, Agree=6). The professors who attended the class reacted positively to the use of GC, proving that the application of GC at this Mongolian University was appropriate and efficient. The use of GC is expected to help educational institutions strengthen and improve online learning, especially by breaking from traditional learning, and opening new paths for professors and students in Mongolia.

  • As the school was in crisis due to the COVID-19, e-Learning was extended. Although it was difficult for everyone, e-Learning were stabilized with the enthusiasm and efforts of school teachers. Online education in Korea, called 'K-edu' is being promoted by school teachers in COVID19, and is considered an important area of future education beyond the post corona. Therefore, analyze the meaning of K-edu experienced by school teachers, studying changes in the educational paradigm in the Post-COVID era is very important in establishing the direction and content of future education. In this study described the K-edu experienced by school teachers in response to Corona 19 as 'changed daily life of school teachers', 'changes in schools', 'difficulties felt by teachers' and 'proposals for K-edu' through the qualitative research method FGI. Based on this, the characteristics of K-edu that changed through COVID-19 were analyzed as 'expansion of educational space', 'expansion of educational form' and 'highlighting the importance of face-to-face education'. Through this study, we hope that K-Edu led by school teachers will serve as a cornerstone for leading the world beyond Korea.
