By applying NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and TCT(Tasseled-Cap Transformation) image algorithm on the basis of KOMSAP-2 MSC(Multi Spectral Camera) image(Jun. 12, 2007) for Naenam-myeon, Gyeongju city in this study, DN distribution map was drawn up. Discrimination analysis of image algorithm for the accuracy improvement of forest type classification was conducted through the comparative analysis between the distribution maps of NDVI and TCT DN, and forest field surveying data, and finally, the accuracy of the forest type classification was verified through the overlay analysis with the forest field surveying data. Through this study, it is thought that low cost and high efficiency will be able to be expected in the process of the examination for the automation practicality of the forest type classification and of the production of the accurate forest type classification map by using KOMPSAT-2 MSC image.

This paper presents a data analysis method for the taxi telematics system which generates a greate deal of location history data. By the record consist of the basic GPS receiver-generated fields, device-added fields such as taxi operation status, and framework-attached fields such as matched link Identifier and position ratio in a link, each taxi can be represented by a state diagram. The transition and the state definition enable us to efficiently extract such information as pick-up time, pick-up distance, dispatch time, and dispatch distance. The analysis result can help to verify the efficiency of a specific taxi dispatch algorithm, while the analysis framework can invite a new challenging service including future traffic estimation, trajectory clustering, and so on.

This study noted the recent impact of Coronavirus Disease-19 (Corona 19) on the environment surrounding the library, and investigated the libraries' response activities. In addition, related issues on news media and social media were detected based on text mining techniques to engage environmental changes surrounding the library. Key issues were derived from 1,852 news reports on the library related to the Corona 19 situation and 227,983 tweets related to the library during the Corona 19 epidemic. Through this, implications were derived: prolonged 'Untact' situations, increased e-book lending, improved expectations for online services and librarians, and re-conceptualized library space. In addition, the direction of future services was discussed by selecting representative examples of library services provided in the non-face-to-face (untact) situation and dividing them into books, services, and spaces.

This study investigates the time-space characteristics of the consumptions of cultural-contents commodities and their spatial diffusion progresses via digital media. For the purpose, we examine the spatial diffusion patterns of PSY's Music Video "Gangnam Style" since it has been launched on the YouTube. By visualizing the spacio-temporal progresses of YouTube, Tweet, and Google searching data during four months after launching, we examine the time-space characteristics of diffusion patterns of the music video via each media. We found that the adapting time and the diffusion progress were not in accordance at each country. The results revel that cultural distance such as characterized by language, cultural linkage, exclusivism or courtesy for the 'Hanrue' affects quite strongly on the spatial diffusion of music video rather than physical distance.

국내·외 사회 전 분야의 급속한 전자상거래 발전에 따라 해운·항만 분야에도 인터넷 사업의 진출기회가 확대되고 전략적 활동이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 세계가 하나의 시장으로 통합되는 경향을 보이고 있어 기업의 활동 범위가 광역화되고 있으며, 시간과 장소의 통합이 기업간 거래에서 중요시 되고 있다. 지금 세계 각 국은 해상연계 물류, 무역 등 물품의 중개 관련 사이트 및 선박 운송에 따른 각종 해운관련 서비스를 가상 공간에서 제공하는 사이버 해운 시장의 선점 및 구축에 모든 힘을 쏟고 있다. 해상 운송에 따른 각종 수송서비스를 생산, 공급하는 경제활동을 해운 활동이라 한다. 해운 시장의 불확실성, 다변성, 국제성, 개방성을 특성으로 하는 해운 거래는 전자상거래를 통해 효율적으로 처리될 수 있다. 즉, 해운 거래의 비용 감소와 양질의 서비스로 선주, 화주 등 거래 당사자들의 만족도를 높일 수가 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 오프라인상의 해운 거래소가 사이버 해운거래소로 옮겨질 예정이다. 가상 공간을 통한 해운 거래의 구체적인 장점은 다음과 같다. 구매업체는 기존 공급업체에 대한 접근 및 새로운 공급업체의 확보가 용이하며, 경쟁 입찰 등을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 물품을 구입할 수 있다. 판매 업체의 경우 채널 확장이 가능하며 판매비를 절감할 수 있다. 또한 e-Marketplace의 입장에서 보면 해운 산업 전체를 위한 새로운 시장을 형성할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 지속적인 수익 창출도 가능하다. 이러한 해운 거래의 B2B e-Marketplace의 출현은 향후 해운 거래의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡을 것이다. 사이버 해운 거래소는 선박 매매와 용선, 화물 거래를 위한 선·화주의 연결, 표준화된 카탈로그 구축, 각종 전자문서 생성, 전자 결제, 온라인 보험 가입, 해운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 인터넷 기반 공유가상공간에서 시스템의 확장성을 유지하기 위하여 이동객체를 대상으로 하는 이벤트 필터링 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 다중격자 모델 기법은 이동객체의 경로 상에서 대표적인 이벤트를 샘플링하는 방식을 사용한다. 이 방식은 메시지 트래픽의 양을 동적으로 조절하기 위하여 이동객체 간의 관심정도 정보를 수치적으로 변환하여 이벤트 갱신빈도에 반영한다. 대량의 이동객체를 생성하여 제안된 기법을 적용한 성능평가 실험에서 기존의 방식에 비하여 평균 메시지 전송량이 50%이상 감소하는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 다중격자 모델은 참여자의 수와 메시지 트래픽 상황에 따라 가상환경의 공유 QoS를 동적으로 조절할 수 있으며, 인터넷 상에서 다수 사용자를 위한 3차원 가상사회 구축 및 온라인 네트워크 게임 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.Abstract This paper proposes an event filtering technique that can dynamically control a large amount of event messages produced by moving objects like avatars or autonomous objects in a distributed virtual environment. The proposed multi-level grid model technique uses the method that extracts the representative events from the paths of moving objects. For dynamic control of message traffics, this technique digitizes the DOIs of the avatars and reflects the interest information controlling the frequency of message transmission. For the performance evaluation, a large number of moving objects were created and the model was applied to these avatar groups. In the experiments, more than 50% of messages have been reduced in comparison with the existing AOI-based filtering techniques. The proposed technique can dynamically control the QoS in proportion to the number of users and the amount of messages where a large number of users share a virtual space. This model can be applied to the development of 3D collaborative virtual societies and multi-user online games in the Internet.

Recently as ubiquitous environment comes to the fore, information density is raised and enterprise is being able to capture and utilize customer-related information at the same time when the customer purchases a product. In this environment, a need for the recommender systems which can deliver proper information to the customer at the right time and right situation is highly increased. Therefore, the research on recommender systems continued actively in a variety of fields. Until now, most of recommender systems deal with item recommendation. However, in the market in ubiquitous environment where the same item can be purchased at several stores, it is highly desirable to recommend store to the customer based on his/her contextual situation and preference such as store location, store atmosphere, product quality and price, etc. In this line of research, we proposed the store recommender system using customer's contextual situation and preference in the market in ubiquitous environment. This system is based on collaborative filtering and Apriori algorithms. It will be able to provide customer-centric service to the customer, enhance shopping experiences and contribute in revitalizing market in the long term.

This study aims to establish the most appropriate festival concept in the post-corona era through in-depth analysis and discussion of local festivals, and to propose a tourism festival for international competitiveness and tourist satisfaction. It also aims to contribute to revitalization of local tourism and the revitalization of the local economy by establishing and implementing a new festival concept in the post-corona era. The results of the review of previous studies, empirical research, and comprehensive meta-analysis showed that it was necessary to change the festival concept setting. In the post-Corona era, it is necessary to build a concept through an online video platform, establish a safety packaged tourism festival prevention system, and hold the most distributed tourist festival time and space of the tourist festival and space as much as possible. In addition, it appeared that it was necessary to plan and implement the village tourism festival through the participation of residents, and to apply the concept of a tourism festival enjoyed by small neighbors and neighbors in the village unit.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current state and improvements of the public library services for older adult in Korea. According to the online survey of public libraries in urban areas across the country, a total of 172 libraries responded. Research shows that public libraries generally recognize the importance of elderly users, but there are limitations in active efforts. The priority area for library collection and space/facilities was to be strengthened by the expansion of large type and voice books/periodical books, as well as the need to ask librarians for help to find books in high bookshelves. In the case of library services/programs, the areas that need to be strengthened first were analyzed as social participation programs and humanities programs. The librarians in charge of information services expressed their opinions that more specialized services and programs should be planned and subdivided for the elderly generation in order to provide older adults' services unique to other older adults' service institutions.

This study focused on violent act, such as verbal offensive and other acts of violence such as cyber bullying, personal information infringement. Online bullying is seriously taking place online, as juvenile violence is seriously debated due to recent school violence. In particular, it is necessary to seek countermeasures by considering the nature of cyber violence in cyberspace, particularly when stalking victims in cyberspace have died from stalking. The study examines the problem of defamation and defamation of character and tries to identify problems. Measures were taken to enact cyber defamation laws. To this end, the Commission analyzed cases of defamation and defamation of character and considered legal precedents. The study intends to study cyber defamation and defamation of character. First, I want to differentiate between cyber libel and defamation of character. Second, I intend to raise the need for cyber defamation of cybercrime and consider the offence of contempt for the criminal justice system. Third, seek ways to protect against cyber defamation and defamation of character.
