Condition monitoring technologies allow achieving this goal by minimizing downtime through the integrated planning and scheduling of repairs indicated by condition monitoring techniques. Thermal runaways induced by conduction problems deteriorate insulating material and cause disruptive dielectric discharges resulting in arcing faults. Therefore, having the ability to directly measure the temperature of the contacts while in service will provide more information to determine the true condition of the equipment. It allows connective measures to be taken to prevent upcoming failure. Continuous temperature monitoring and event recording provides information on the energized equipment's response to normal and emergency conditions. On-line temperature monitoring helps to coordinate equipment specifications and ratings, determine the real limits of the monitored equipment and optimize facility operations. Using wireless technique eliminates any need for special cables and wires with lower installation costs if compared to other types of online condition monitoring equipment. In addition, wireless temperature monitoring works well under difficult conditions in strategically important locations. Wireless technology for on -line condition monitoring of energized equipment is applicable both as stand alone system and with an interface for power quality monitoring system. The paper presents the results of wireless temperature monitoring: of electrical equipment at a power plant.

Recently, interests in the 4th industry have increased the level of demand for pest control by farmers in the field of rice farming, and the interests and use of agricultural pest control drones. Therefore, the diversification of agricultural control drones that spray high-concentration pesticides and the increase of agricultural exterminators due to the acquisition of national drone certifications are rapidly developing the agricultural sector in the drone industry. In addition, as detailed projects, an effective platform is required to construct large-scale big data due to pesticide management, exterminator management, precise spraying, pest control work volume classification, settlement, soil management, prediction and monitoring of damages by pests, etc. and to process the data. However, studies in South Korea and other countries on development of models and programs to integrate and process the big data such as data analysis algorithms, image analysis algorithms, growth management algorithms, AI algorithms, etc. are insufficient. This paper proposed an online drone pest control management information platform to meet the needs of managers and farmers in the agricultural field and to realize precise AI pest control based on the agricultural drone pest control processor using drones and presented foundation for development of a comprehensive management system through empirical experiments.

Aside from serving as a body that monitors and criticizes the government through reviews and comments on public issues, newspapers can also form and spread public opinion. Metadata contains certain picture records and, in the case of local newspapers, the former is an important means of obtaining locality. Furthermore, advertising in newspapers and the way of editing in newspapers can be viewed as a representation of the times. For the value of archiving in newspapers when a documentation strategy is established, the newspaper is considered as a top priority that should be collected. A newspaper archive that will handle preservation and management carries huge significance in many ways. Journalists use them to write articles while scholars can use a newspaper archive for academic purposes. Also, the NIE is a type of a practical usage of such an archive. In the digital age, the newspaper archive has an important position because it is located in the core of MAM, which integrates and manages the media asset. With this, there are prospects that an online archive will perform a new role in the production of newspapers and the management of publishing companies. Korea Integrated News Database System (KINDS), an integrated article database, began its service in 1991, whereas Naver operates an online newspaper archive called "News Library." Initially, KINDS received an enthusiastic response, but nowadays, the utilization ratio continues to decrease because of the omission of some major newspapers, such as Chosun Ilbo and JoongAng Ilbo, and the numerous user interface problems it poses. Despite these, however, the system still presents several advantages. For example, it is easy to access freely because there is a set budget for the public, and accessibility to local papers is simple. A national library consistently carries out the digitalization of time-honored newspapers. In addition, individual newspaper companies have also started the service, but it is not enough for such to be labeled an archive. In the United States (US), "Chronicling America"-led by the Library of Congress with funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities-is in the process of digitalizing historic newspapers. The universities of each state and historical association provide funds to their public library for the digitalization of local papers. In the United Kingdom, the British Library is constructing an online newspaper archive called "The British Newspaper Archive," but unlike the one in the US, this service charges a usage fee. The Joint Information Systems Committee has also invested in "The British Newspaper Archive," and its construction is still ongoing. ProQuest Archiver and Gale NewsVault are the representative platforms because of their efficiency and how they have established the standardization of newspapers. Now, it is time to change the way we understand things, and a drastic investment is required to improve the domestic and international online newspaper archive.

This paper presents real-time online early fire warning systems developed for preserving cultural properties of Bulguksa which is a world heritage designated by UNESCO. The system is based on the ubiquitous sensor network employing 900MHz and 2.4GHz bands. In this paper, we analyze requirements that should be considered in building effective management systems of cultural heritages by using wireless sensor network. Finally, we introduce the architecture, sensor and network design, and software design of the fire warning systems which is an initial version of U-Bulguksa. The current version of systems has been operating in Bukguksa for a few months. U-Bukguksa project sponsored by National Information Society Agency is ultimately aimed at developing an integrated system of U-cultural heritage management and U-tourism. The former aims to conserve and manage intangible cultural properties by providing a variety of environmental information such as erosion, crack, and gradient as well as fire which are important causes of loss and damage in real-time and online. The latter refers to the intelligent tourism information and guidance systems allowing tourists to get the personalized content on cultural heritages and help guidance with mobile devices in Bulguksa.

IT 산업은 인터넷을 발달시킴으로써 새로운 경제 시대 (New Economic Era)를 열게 하였을 뿐만 아니라 민주주의제도의 발전가능성을 한층 더 앞당기는 계기를 마련하고 있다. 그러나 개인들은 그들의 개인정보가 국가기관이나 민간기관에 자신도 모르는 사이 누출되어 국가기관의 감시체제를 구축하거나 불공정한 상업적 목적으로 쓰일 수 있다는 우려 때문에 온라인상의 구매활동이나 정치활동을 주저하고 있다. 특히 유럽민족은 과거의 역사적인 사건들로 인해 개인정보 유출문제에 매우 민감하게 반응한다. 이러한 이유로 EU는 EU국가들 내에서의 인터넷관련 개인정보처리문제와 EU와 제3국간의 개인정보 이전 문제를 규정하는 지침을 1995년 재정하고 1998년부터 시행하고 있다. 동 지침은 또한 미국과의 정보이전협상인 safe harbor를 탄생시켰다. 본 고에서는 왜 개인정보 보호법이 필요한지 그 이유와 개인정보보호에 대한 국제적인 논의 그리고 EU의 개인정보지침 내용을 연구한다.

기술 및 소개한 내용을 아래와 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1)전력계통의 계산기제어를 위한 하아드웨어시스템은 온라인리얼시스템의 구비 조건인 고속성, 신뢰성, 경제성을 기저요건으로 하여 동시에 다중프로그래밍, 다중처리가 가능한 범용전자계산기를 모체로 하고 다수의 위성계산기에 의하여 국지적 제어도 가능한 계층제어 시스템의 구성을 이루고 있는 것이 현 추세이다. 2)전력계통의 계산기제어는 전력계통의 안정제어가 그 주내용이나, 전력공급의 질을 일정수준으로 유지하면서 가장 경제적으로 전력을 안정된 상태로 공급하는 것이 더욱 바람직하다. 그러나 현단계에서는 긴급상태 및 회복상태에서는 전력의 안정공급에만 주안점을 두고 있는 실정이다. 3)전력계통의 안정제어의 기능은 상태의 감시, 해석 및 안전최적화의 3기능이며 안정최적화 기능중의 제어지령도 리얼타임으로 자동화하는 것이 궁극적 목표이나 현단계로서는 CRT 표시장치등의 맨머신 인터훼이스를 통하여 제어지령의 결정과정에서 조작원이 개입하는 것이 상례이다. 즉, 전력계통의 안정제어는 아직까지는 프로세스제어의 단계에 이르지 못하고 오퍼레이션제어의 특징을 다분히 지니고 있다. 4)조작원의 판단이나 개입을 줄이는 첩경은 하아드웨어의 개선보다는 전력계통 리얼타임 제어에 충분할 정도로 처리시간에 단축되는 전력계통제어용 각종 응용프로그램의 개발에 있으며 그 시기는 아직 먼 것으로 전망된다.

This paper describes th on-line maintenance system with integrated graphic environment for building electrical equipments. This system is based on the pre-defined troubleshoot knowledgebase with maintenance information. And this system utilizes the database and knowledgebase for the diagnosis of facility and runs on the operator's requirement and response. The operator is possible of a detailed observation, an early detection of abnormal state, a properly operation and a rapidly arrangement of electrical equipments. Especially, this system is developed using the maintenance of equipments, if needed, be operated by non-expertise.

With the spread of the Internet, anonymous communities emerged along with the activation of communities for communication between people, and many users are doing harm to others, such as posting aggressive posts and leaving comments using anonymity. In the past, administrators directly checked posts and comments, then deleted and blocked them, but as the number of community users increased, they reached a level that managers could not continue to monitor. Initially, word filtering techniques were used to prevent malicious writing from being posted in a form that could not post or comment if a specific word was included, but they avoided filtering in a bypassed form, such as using similar words. As a way to solve this problem, deep learning was used to monitor posts posted by users in real-time, but recently, the community uses words that can only be understood by the community or from a human perspective, not from a general Korean word. There are various types and forms of characters, making it difficult to learn everything in the artificial intelligence model. Therefore, in this paper, we proposes a preprocessing technique in which each character of a sentence is imaged using a CNN model that learns the consonants, vowel and spacing images of Korean word and converts characters that can only be understood from a human perspective into characters predicted by the CNN model. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the performance of the LSTM, BiLSTM and CNN-BiLSTM models increased by 3.2%, 3.3%, and 4.88%, respectively, through the proposed preprocessing technique.

The present study examines the dialectic tensions arising within the ICT-mediated labor culture between the dominant power of conglomerates and the precarious labor subjects in the labor practices, as smartphones and tablet PCs have grown in popularity. The present study explores how much young precarious workers named 'Cheongyeon Alba' (young precariat in S Korea) suffers from continually precarious job positions as temporary staff or contract workers, being trapped at the bottom of the pay scale, and also being electronically connected to the workplace in a seamless way. Concretely, this study investigates how the mobile phone becomes deeply entangled with the 'precarious' labor culture in the metropolitan city of Seoul. The mobile precariat has been in a disadvantaged position, in terms not only of the moral issue of exploitation in business but also of social injustice. Labor exploitation of young workers has been reinforced by the mobile labor culture, in which they are remotely monitored by live surveillance mobile apps, and mobile instant messaging from a boss can intrude incessantly into their private life. This study depicts the extension of the business's surveillant power by mobilizing the mobile phone in the working practices.
