  • 온라인 소셜 네트워크(OSN)의 활성화로 인해 다양한 정보가 생성됨에 따라 사용자에 적합한 정보를 선택적으로 제공하기 위한 개인 추천 서비스에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 소셜 네트워크에서 사용자 신뢰성을 고려한 콘텐츠 추천 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 추천의 정확성을 향상시키기 위해 신뢰성 있는 사용자를 선별한다. 사용자 신뢰성을 기반으로 유사 사용자를 선별하고 이를 기반으로 협업 필터링을 수행한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 온라인 네트워크 게임에서 스마트카드를 이용한 시스템을 설계하였다. 스마트카드를 이용하여 온라인 네트워크 게임에서 과금 체계, 시스템 유해 코드 차단 및 개인 온라인 네트워크 게임 사용자의 정보 보호를 위해 기존의 서버-클라이언트 상의 소프트웨어의 설치와 사용자들이 신뢰할 수 없는 과금 체계가 아닌 하드웨어적인 접근을 통하여 보안적으로 좀더 견고하고 안정적인 시스템을 구축한 수 있도록 하였다

The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust (온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로)

  • Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

  • This study investigated the effect of size recommendation technology convergence on purchase intention mediated by information credibility and satisfaction. The survey for this study was conducted on Amazon Mechanical Turk targeting U. S. residing women aged 18 to 60 years old who have never used size recommendation technology. They experienced the size recommendation technology in the provided web page and returned to the survey to answer the questionnaire. The analysis was done with 213 surveys using SPSS 27.0 and Process Macro (model 6, 5,000 Bootstrapping sample). The dimensions of service quality were found to be responsiveness and ease of use, and both have a significant effect on purchase intention through information credibility and satisfaction.

  • As online shopping malls continue to grow in popularity, various chances of consumption are provided to customers. Customers decide the purchase by exploiting information provided by shopping malls such as the reviews of actual purchasing users, the detailed information of items, and so on. It is required to provide objective and reliable information because customers have to decide on their own whether the massive information is credible. In this paper, we propose a personalized recommendation method considering an item confidence to recommend reliable items. The proposed method determines user preferences based on various behaviors for personalized recommendation. We also propose an user preference measurement that considers time weights to apply the latest propensity to consume. Finally, we predict the preference score of items that have not been used or purchased before, and we recommend items that have highest scores in terms of both the predicted preference score and the item confidence score.

  • Due to the spread of unreliable online information on the social network services, the users are faced with a difficult problem for determining if the information is trustworthy or not. At present, the users should make a decision by themselves throughly for the trustworthiness of the information. Therefore, we need a way to systematically evaluate the trustworthiness of information on the social network services. In this paper, we design a trust index, called KTI (Korean Trust Index for SNS), as a criterion for measuring the trust degree of the information on the social network services. Using KTI, the users are readily able to determine whether the information is trustworthy. Consequently, we can estimate the social trust degree based on the variation of KTI. This paper derives the various factors affecting trust from the properties of the social network services, and proposes a model to evaluate the trustworthiness of information that is directly produced and distributed over the online network. Quantifying the trust degree of the information on the social network services allows the users to make efficient use of the social network.

  • With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the central axis of the industry is shifting to SMEs, and online is becoming the center of marketing. In this regard, this study is aimed at the service quality and the characteristics of companies as the factors for the activation of SMEs' online export support projects and their performance creation. The study conducted a survey of companies applied for the government's online export support project. As a result, it was found that the reliability of the service quality and the characteristics of the company (CEO's will, Trade Expert), except for convenience, have a significant effect on the service utilization and performance. Accordingly, in order to revitalize the online export support business of SMEs, it is necessary to improve the human competence of enterprises and the reliability of service quality of supporting institutions. This study is meaningful in that it confirms the importance of the credibility required by the support organization as well as the characteristics for strengthening the capability of the company. However, there are limitations in not reflecting various factors of service quality and company characteristics.

  • Drawing on Protection Motivation Theory(PMT), this study attempts to clarify antecedents that influence the intention to protect individuals' privacy on the Internet. Protection motivation forms through individuals' cognitive appeal involving threat and efficacy. Then protection motivation causes privacy behavioral change. Protection motivation factors are established privacy trust and privacy risk, which are related to privacy attitude and belief. This proposed model is empirically analyzed by utilizing structural equation analysis(SEM). According to the result of the empirical analysis, it is founded that almost paths have statistically significant explanatory power except path from efficacy to privacy risk and path from privacy trust to privacy behavioral intention. This study shows powerful evidence of antecedent factors based on protection motivation of individuals' privacy behavioral intention in online environment.

  • Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.
