The present study investigated the impact of users' perceived benefits on their happiness and loyalty towards the university's online class system. Furthermore, the notion of loyalty was delineated into cognitive, emotional, intentional, and behavioral loyalty, and a systematic analysis was conducted to assess their respective impacts. The analysis was conducted using survey data obtained from a sample of 298 college students who possessed prior experience with the university's online class system. The analysis of the survey revealed that the satisfaction with the online class system was positively influenced by perceived practical benefits and symbolic benefits. However, it was found that emotional benefits did not have a statistically significant impact on satisfaction. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that cognitive loyalty exerts a substantial beneficial impact on emotional loyalty, as well as a sequential and considerable positive influence on active and behavioral commitment inside the online class system established through perceived benefits. This study holds significance as it conducted an empirical analysis on the impact of users' perceived benefits of the university's online class system on their satisfaction levels, as well as its influence on the four-stage development process of loyalty.

컴퓨터와 네트워크 발전으로 인한 인터넷의 확산은 오프라인으로 제공되던 많은 서비스들을 온라인화로 변화하는 계기가 되었다. 이러한 다양한 온라인 서비스중의 하나가 전자 경매이다. 전자 경매란 오프라인 경매 시스템의 취약점을 보완하여 온라인으로 경매가 가능하도록 하는 서비스이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상호 인증서 교환을 가정으로 하여 안전하고 효율적인 전자 경매 시스템 구축을 위해 공개키 암호화 방식과 해쉬 함수를 이용하면서 사용자의 편리성이 제공되는 전자경매 시스템을 제안 및 구성하였다.

본 연구에서는 항만클러스터에 대한 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소를 도출하고 이러한 융합요소가 항만클러스터의 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소에는 첫째, 정보화, IT화, e-transformation화 수준 등을 포함하는 e-비즈니스화 정도 둘째, B2B 전자상거래 수준 셋째, 관련 온라인기업들의 활성화 수준, 넷째, 항만클러스터에 특화된 e-비즈니스 지원 산업 수준 그리고 마지막으로 E-Logistics 수준 등이 있다. 항만클러스터의 오프라인 요소와 온라인 요소가 융합됨에 따라 얻어지는 효익항목, 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 구성요인에 대한 항목, 그리고 항만클러스터에 속한 기업이 얻을 수 있는 성과항목에 대한 요인을 추출하기 위하여 요인분석을 행하였으며, 요인분석에서 추출된 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소가 거시적인 측면에서 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 요인과 미시적인 측면에서 클러스터내의 개별기업 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위하여 회귀분석을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to design the On-line Insurance Sales Support System using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR). In on-line insurance subscription process, this system provides the personalized insurance payment cases and insurance statistics for customers to entice an insurance subscription. By measuring, specifically, similarities between the user profile and insurance payment cases, it suggests the best insurance payment case which has the highest similarity and reflects the latest in the insurance payment cases. In addition, it serves the insurance statistical information that matches with the attributes of the finally-selected case. These functions can be useful in on-line insurance sales.

블로그는 현재 광범위하게 대중성을 얻고 있는 온라인 커뮤니케이션의 최근 형태이며, 블로그 사용이 빠른 속도로 주류를 형성해 나가고 있다. 초기 HCI 분야에서의 온라인 커뮤니케이션(CMC)에 대한 연구는 사용자가 시스템의 소프트웨어나 하드웨어의 인터페이스를 어떻게 대하는가 하는 점에 초점이 맞춰졌었지만, 최근에는 온라인 커뮤니티, 블로그처럼 사용자들이 인터넷을 통한 사회화가 어느 때보다 활발하게 이루어지고 있기 때문에, 시스템의 사용성에 대한 고려만으로는 충분하지가 않다. 즉, 시스템이 어떻게 사용자들 간에 사회적 상호 교류를 지원할 수 있고, 이러한 사회적 교류가 원활하게 이루어지기 위해서 시스템이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는 지에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 블로그 이용자들을 대상으로 이들과 상호 연결된 블로거들과의 온라인에서의 관계적 행위를 살펴보고, 또한 이러한 행위가 네트워크 구조적 특성과는 어떠한 상관 관계를 가지는지를 심층 인터뷰와 사회 네트워크 분석법을 이용하여 탐색적으로 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 얻은 사용자들의 온라인 교류 시 보이는 행위적 특성을 바탕으로 온라인 개인 미디어 서비스 설계에 대한 가이드라인을 제안해 보고자 한다.

This article proposed a new online union catalog of children's material owned by children's libraries and public libraries in Korea. In order to meet users' information needs about children's material the existing access points in the online catalogs should be expanded including such information as children's age, type of publication, genre, subject, theme, book review, awarded books, and location. Since location information about a particular material is essential to users, a national online union catalog of children's material should be constructed.

최근 웹을 기반으로 한 문서의 전자화가 이루어지면서 기존의 전통적인 펜기반 교정 시스템 또한 온라인 상의 전자 문서 환경에 맞게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 펜기반 입력 기법을 사용하는 교정 시스템에서는 일반 문서와 달리 웹 문서의 구조정보를 고려한 편집이 지원되어야 하며 또한 교정 부호와 텍스트 간의 정확한 영역 인식이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 교정 시스템 모델링을 통하여 온라인 환경에 적합한 교정 부호를 정의하고, 교정 대상 텍스트 영역을 편집 가능한 단위로 구분하여 효율적인 편집 연산이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 웹 기반의 구조문서(HTML/XML) 편집 환경을 고려하여 편집으로 인한 문서의 구조 정보 변경을 지원하기 위하여 텍스트를 비구조 및 구조정보 텍스트로 분류하여 정의하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모델에 기반하여 교정 부호의 특성에 따른 가변적인 편집 텍스트 영역 인식 규칙 모델을 정의하여 교정 부호와 편집 텍스트 영역간의 모호성을 최소화 하고, 편집으로 인한 문서의 구조 정보 변경을 지원하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 결과적으로 온라인 웹 문서 환경에서 펜기반의 모호한 교정 부호의 입력을 인지적인 관점에서 해석하여 보다 정확한 교정 작업 수행을 지원하도록 하였다.

많은 온라인 컨텐츠 회사들이 최근 온란인 광고수입의 한계를 느끼기 시작하면서 자신들의 서비스에 요금을 부과하는 경향이 있어왔다. 이 논문은 왜 온라인 컨텐츠회사들이 왜 자신의 서비스에 요금을 부과를 하게되었는지를 인터넷 시장의 성숙과 관련하여 살펴보고, 기존의 오프라인 컨텐츠회사들이 온라인시장에 진입시에 따른 전략을 고찰한다. 또한 온라인컨텐츠 시장에서의 가격전략과 관련된 시사점을 논의한다.

With recent development of internet, a lot of people use online games through internet networks. Since people that utilize the online games increase, a special company and an advertisement company adopt the PPL(Product in Placement) on online game instead of the advertisement through TV or radio. This paper persents applications of the PPL on online games and problems which was occurred by them. We propose an advertisement system architecture which processes it efficiently. To prove that our proposed PPL system on online game is efficient, we process various questionnaires on PPL efficacy in online game and analyze them.

최근들어, 도시철도 전력설비에는 온라인 상태진단이 가능한 센서를 설치하여 각 기기의 상태를 상시 감시하는 시스템이 도입되고 있다. 이러한 기술이 적용됨으로써 전력설비의 교체 주기를 판단하고, 사고를 미연에 방지 하는 등의 최적의 관리를 할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 운영기관에 따라 다양한 방법의 진단설비가 설치되어 있어 유지보수가 어려워, 도시철도에 적합한 진단시스템의 개발이 요구되어 지고 있다. 도시철도 주요 전기설비로는 변압기, 단로기, 차단기, 정류기 등이 있다. 현재 이를 진단하기 위한 방법으로는 각 장치에 따라 부분방전시험, 유전정접시험, 절연유분석시험, 차단기동작시험 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 외에서 제시되고 있는 전기설비의 온라인 상태진단 기술을 조사하고, 상용화된 온라인 상태진단 시스템을 분석하여 도시철도 전기설비에 적용 가능한 상태진단 항목과 상태진단 기법을 조사, 분석하였다.
