올해 있을 농축산업의 대외 환경변화 중 가장 큰 요인으로 DDA의 연내 타결 가능성이 진단되고 있다. FTA 협상 또한 아세안, 캐나다, 일본과 진행중에 있으며, 최근 언론보도에 따르면 2월초부터 미국과도 협상이 개시될 것으로 밝히고 있는 가운데, 비교우위론에 바탕을 둔 재계 및 언론매체의 농축산업에 대한 시각이 많은 우려를 자아내고 있다. 이에 본 원고에서는 지난 1월 25일(수) 농촌경제연구원이 개최한 '농업전망 2006 : 세계 속의 한국농촌'에서 발표된 내용을 발췌 · 게재하여 향후 우리 농업 · 농촌에 상당한 영향을 줄 DDA 농업협상과 FTA의 최근 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 지면관계상 전체내용을 싣지 못함을 양지하기 바란다.

In this paper, using one method of Additive Synthesis, Analysis-by-synthesis/Overlap-Add (ABS/OLA) method, analysis and synthesis of musical tones is processed. But peak detection of frequency domain is processed by proposed method considering the view of acoustics. It is that that harmonics frequency is times of main frequency. Using this fact, peak detection of frequency domain is useful for detection of tonal component identified musical note. It is possible to realize high-quality lour bit rate audio.

치아의 건강은 오복중의 하나라고 할 만큼 우리에게 소중한 신체기관이다. 치아가 건강하지 않다면 인생사의 즐거움 중의 하나인 '먹는 즐거움'을 누릴 수가 없다는 것은 부연의 여지가 없다. 그러나 갖가지 다양한 음식물과 여러 가지 질병들, 그리고 우리 자신의 소홀함 등으로 인해 치과질환을 앓는 사람들은 경제성장의 속도와 비례해서 날로 증가하고 있다. 예로부터 깨끗한 이, 고른 이는 미인의 조건이라고 얘기되어져 왔다. 이것은 타고 나는 복일 수도 있지만, 생활 속에서 조금이라도 더 관심을 가지고 관리해 나가는 것이 자신의 건강을 위해서도 좋겠고, 많은 사람들을 상대해야 하는 오늘날 사회생활의 예의이기도 할 것이다.

건강한 치아는 '오복' 중의 하나로 꼽힌다. 그 이유는 아마도 '잘 먹기'가 그만큼 중요하기 때문일 것이다. 우리 몸의 모든 기관이 정상적으로 작동하기 위해서 영양분이 제대로 전달되어야 하고 그 시작은 '음식물 씹기'에서 시작되기 때문이다 치아의 가장 중요한 임무는 삼키기 쉽도록 음식을 자르고 부수는 것이다 거기에 더해 음식의 맛도 느낄 수 있게 도와준다. 여러 개의 치아를 잃게 되면 임플란트나 틀니치료를 받게 된다. 하지만 아무리 좋은 임플란트, 틀니라 하더라도 건강한 치아와 같을 수는 없다. 치아를 건강하게 보존하고 유지하는 것이야말로 '건강함'을 유지하기 위한 시작이라 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find the reason why the National Mourning Dress System of the Joseon Dynasty had been established although the General Mourning Dress System had exist through research of three things; differences of each social class, changes of the National Mourning Dress System by the age and differences between the National one and the General one. The methodology which is adopted for this study is comparative analysis by social class, period and age from the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and the Orye-e. And this study is focus on the women's dress. The results of this study is as follows; Firstly, some mourning dress items had been different or not used by class. Secondly, although there had not been a great change, some dress items had been disappeared or used irregularly. And Naemyoungbu Naekwan's mourning dress had been changed by the age. Thirdly, The National one was more extensive in wearing and applied differently by class compare to the General one. Also it had an additional rule according to the period, duty and place to Naemyoungbu-Naekwan and Naemyoungbu-Goongkwan. The National one had been established by ruling class of The Joseon Dynasty who had tried to keep the Confucian standard and perfect social status system. And it is supposed that the National Mourning Dress System had not been a great change because the ruling class' will had not been changed.

One of the most important tasks of planned forest management is the determination of the allowable cut. There are therefore many methods of forest regulation which have been applied by the various administrations of Germany, France, and other countries. However, most of the older methods of forest regulation have little or no application in Europe. In this paper, a new method of forest regulation is introduced. It has been developed mainly by Dr. T. Suzuki who is a prefessor of Nagoya University. It is felt that the material covered in this paper is appropriate for use in forest management courses at the senior or first-year-graduate level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the projected workforce of nephrology CNS in Korea. Method: Need models, ratio methods and expert opinion were used for projecting needs for the nephrology CNS. Result: In 2001, there are 28,046 ESRD(end stage of renal disease)patients, 304 renal replacement centers and 1695 nephrology nurses in Korea. the hemodialysis patients per hemodialysis nurse was 12. The number of nephrology CNS required to meet the demand for caring of ESRD patients in 2002, 2005 and 2020 was estimated at 616, 837 and 3105, respectively. 47 ESRD patients per nephrology CNS was revealed as a workforce standard before 2005. After 2005, It was 31 ESRD patients per nephrology CNS. Conclusion: This study founded the need to project future increments and development in supply of qualified nephrology CNS.

음향 신호의 모델링방법은 크게 분석,해석,합성의 3가지 과정으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 분석과 합성에 가산 합성방법의 한가지인 Analysis-by-synthesis/overlap-Add 방법을 사용한다. 그리고 해석에 해당하는 주파수 영역에서의 피크추출은 제안한 방법에 의한다. 제안한 피크 추출 방법은 고조파 성분이 기본 주파수의 정수배가 된다는 점을 고려하여 적은 연산량으로 음향학적으로 의미있는 순음을 검출하는 방법이다. 음질보다 연산량에 더 주를 두었지만 모의 실험 결과를 통하여 음질 면에서도 원음과 거의 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.

The Forest Planning Model(FORPLAN) is a conceptually complex model which has been designated as the "primary analysis tool for forest planning" for all American National Forests. This paper defines eight FORPLAN components and shows the three model design frameworks that can be represented in FORPLAN version 1 and version 2.

It is fact that the cement is the most important material to harden the mortar and concrete, and Potland cement is used widely. Also, the chemical and physical properties of cement are different according to the kinds of cement. This is an experimental study to compare and analyze the influence of cement strength on the compressive strength of mortar to improve the quality of mortar and concrete. According to test results, it was found that correlation between cement strength and mortar strength was very high in all mixture.
